Breakfast was watered down juice, waffles mix was so runny it would not cook. Morning leaving upper floors flooded hall and running down wall. Black mold around showers base , a little bleach foam could prevent this.

No tv remote in room, refrigerator didn’t close properly and everything inside was sweating. Air conditioner was not working properly, was told hotel was close to being “sold” out. Clearly by the parking lot it wasn’t. The only breakfast that didn’t suck was on Monday our check out day. A/C in halls was nonexistent.

There was broken car window glass in parking lot that did not give us a comfort feeling regarding safety. Glass was there all three days of our visit. How about a broom? Staff was friendly.

The property looked nice in the advertisements and even when we arrived and parked our vehicle. We wondered why there were only two other vehicles in the parking lot, but we discovered the reason once we got to our room. Of the three lamps, only one worked. The elevator sounded as if it was going to crash every time we used it. The electronic room key never worked, necessitating a trip to the front desk to obtain a replacement every time we returned to the hotel. Towels were not replaced after use. At least the maids did remake the beds daily; however, our room was never vacuumed. We will not book the hotel again.

The wooden planks in our bathroom were coming up & would almost pinch your foot off. There was also a gross dirty spot in the middle of the floor. Carpet wasnt super clean either

Horrible. The HARDEST bed I have ever slept on. Both my husband and my backs hurt after 1 night. Also, their curtains are sheer so the BRIGHT street lights shine right into your room. They need solid curtains.The TV hardly worked as well.

This is going to sound stupid but… I accidentally left my keycard in my room. I went down to the front desk. All I had to do was to tell the desk clerk what room I was in. He didn’t ask for ID, or even my name. That didn’t make me feel very secure.

Desk clerk was on her phone with ear buds. Not very helpful at all. Reserved king suit room with separate bedroom and kitchen. Paid the extra for it. Got a regular hotel room. Online reservation made. With proper date selected. Glitch in system changed it. All I could get was an oh well it is not refundable.

The check on took a lot longer than expected. Then when I got to my room and opens the door and walked in there was a man asleep on there bed. When went back to front desk they just blew it off like no big deal. I could have been shot or anything. Front desk needs to do better I am eerie about staying at a hotel now because of it. Don’t know what I will be walking into.

The lady at the front desk moved her car and let my friend and I park our motorcycles under the awning to keep them out of the rain. She was the sweetest lady ever.

We enjoyed the location. We were visiting family in Oklahoma and going to different locations. The property was located right in the middle of where we needed to go. Also the staff was very nice and helpful. Full breakfast was wonderful.

the breakfast food was very skimpy. Went I got to breakfast room at 8 am all the eggs and sausages were gone. Poor planning on the about of people in hotel. 2 days in a row. The first day the coffee machine did not work. Fixed for second day. The room was clean & comfortable.
