El hotel más lindo en el que he hospedado, habitación cómoda, alberca riquísima y lo que más me gustó fue la familiaridad con la que fui atendida, toda una experiencia con Martha y Amairami, su desayuno riquísimo y muy linda atención. Fue como estar en casa, muchas gracias!

This is a very good family-style hotel. The hotel looks like an ordinary house, but when you approach the door, you will see elegant decorations. The hotel is spacious, comfortable and clean. They provide a very good free breakfast. The two ladies are very friendly and provide everyone with a rich, fresh and delicious breakfast. The kitchen also provides us with great convenience every day. When you are hot and tired, you can go back to your hotel to get ice water from the refrigerator, bring back food and sit in the spacious kitchen to rest. It really feels as comfortable as at home. We traveled to several different places and stayed in hotels of different sizes. I really like this hotel.

We spent three nights, the room was very comfortable, bath facilities clean, although it took a bit of time for the hot water to arrive to the shower. Breakfast was very good, made to order from a good choice of items. Staff friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and cool. The hotel is about a 20min walk from the central plaza. We did have a problem using our Apple devices with the WiFi. It could have been our fault because we electronically shared the password between our devices, laptops and phones, afterwards we couldn't access the internet because on each device we kept getting a warning that the device's IP address was being used by another device on the network. I would suggest manually entering the passwords on all your devices. Other than that we enjoyed our stay in Merida.

Super amables y accesible en todo. Espero ponto regresar para ocupar todas las habitaciones con la familia :) Increible estancia!

La propiedad en general esta en buenas condiciones. Atendieron mi solicitud de una plancha y una secadora de manera amable. Lo malo es que caminando no está cerca al zocalo. Al menos son 22 minutos a pie y al paseo Montejo caminando igual. En taxi o auto estos dos puntos estan a menos de 10 minutos. El dia que llegué no habia quien atendiera y no me dijeron cual era mi habitación y les marqué y nadie contesto y tampoco al dia siguiente tuvieron la amabilidad de preguntar si todo estaba bien. Las sabanas estaban manchadas, lo que daba un mal aspecto. La regadera, se llegaba a tapar y el agua no se iba. Habia hormigas, entiendo que sea el tipo de clima y propiedad, pero no era cómodo al momento de dormir. Solicité me cambiaran las toallas y no lo hicieron. Hay muchos aspectos a mejorar.

La atención es inmejorable. La cama es muy cómoda, el baño es amplio y cómodo pero le falta algo de mantenimiento a las paredes de la habitación, el aire acondicionado hace ruido y las ventanas no tienen mosquiteros por lo que preferible no abrirlas.

Tel que recommandé par expedia j’ai pris contact avant d’arriver et finalement, il devait y avoir quelqu’un à mon arrivée mais c’était fermé à clé et sans réponse. De plus le wi-fi allait pas vraiment bien, c’était instable comme connexion.

Un excellent séjour dans cette hospedaje charmante, avec un personnel au petit soin. Un bémol sur le lit un peu petit 130 ou 140.. On conseille tout de même cet endroit, à 15 min à peine du zocalo et de la station de bus Centro historico.

We had a lovely stay. The room was charming and very comfortable, especially the bed. We really enjoyed the breakfast in the morning and the staff was just so helpful and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to couples.

Tel que recommandé par expedia j’ai pris contact avant d’arriver et finalement, il devait y avoir quelqu’un à mon arrivée mais c’était fermé à clé et sans réponse. De plus le wi-fi allait pas vraiment bien, c’était instable comme connexion.

Un excellent séjour dans cette hospedaje charmante, avec un personnel au petit soin. Un bémol sur le lit un peu petit 130 ou 140.. On conseille tout de même cet endroit, à 15 min à peine du zocalo et de la station de bus Centro historico.

La propiedad en general esta en buenas condiciones. Atendieron mi solicitud de una plancha y una secadora de manera amable. Lo malo es que caminando no está cerca al zocalo. Al menos son 22 minutos a pie y al paseo Montejo caminando igual. En taxi o auto estos dos puntos estan a menos de 10 minutos. El dia que llegué no habia quien atendiera y no me dijeron cual era mi habitación y les marqué y nadie contesto y tampoco al dia siguiente tuvieron la amabilidad de preguntar si todo estaba bien. Las sabanas estaban manchadas, lo que daba un mal aspecto. La regadera, se llegaba a tapar y el agua no se iba. Habia hormigas, entiendo que sea el tipo de clima y propiedad, pero no era cómodo al momento de dormir. Solicité me cambiaran las toallas y no lo hicieron. Hay muchos aspectos a mejorar.

We spent three nights, the room was very comfortable, bath facilities clean, although it took a bit of time for the hot water to arrive to the shower. Breakfast was very good, made to order from a good choice of items. Staff friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and cool. The hotel is about a 20min walk from the central plaza. We did have a problem using our Apple devices with the WiFi. It could have been our fault because we electronically shared the password between our devices, laptops and phones, afterwards we couldn't access the internet because on each device we kept getting a warning that the device's IP address was being used by another device on the network. I would suggest manually entering the passwords on all your devices. Other than that we enjoyed our stay in Merida.

Las habitaciones super comodas, la cocina la cual puedes utilizar para cocinar tus platillos y salir a la alberca a comer, la atencion de Shrirley y Martha, indiscutible, súper atentas y serviciales. This is a very good family-style hotel. The hotel looks like an ordinary house, but when you approach the door, you will see elegant decorations. The hotel is spacious, comfortable and clean. They provide a very good free breakfast. The two ladies are very friendly and provide everyone with a rich, fresh and delicious breakfast. The kitchen also provides us with great convenience every day. When you are hot and tired, you can go back to your hotel to get ice water from the refrigerator, bring back food and sit in the spacious kitchen to rest. It really feels as comfortable as at home. We traveled to several different places and stayed in hotels of different sizes. I really like this hotel.

This is not a reflection on the hotel but rather on the guests. I think a noise/party schedule would be helpful. Some guests where using the pool at midnight while listening to music and chatting and drinking. During normal hours that would be ok. The space between the pool and the rooms is small so noises easily carry onto the rooms. Customers should be made aware to be respectful of other guests comfort.

I have stayed here 3 times. The experience overall has been great. The amenities and areas for visitors are plentiful and available. The hotel is small though. This last visit was a bit noisy though because the weather was very hot and people were enjoying the pool late at night. I would only suggest maybe a noise//visit/pool use schedule? Or maybe there is one and I just didn't see it? Thank you!
