The outside did not look like the picture that was posted and neighborhood was not great ! Inside was clean and for the price and for 5 people staying was a great deal. Overall stay was good but when we came back late at night there was some sketchy people in the alley where you park .

The ground unit was exactly what we needed. Space to relax and a kitchen made our stay manageable and a step of from a hotel. The unit was clean when we arrived and each unit had an off road parking spot. The in unit laundry make it easy to pack light. The house is old, and if tennants are up stairs, the creaking is quite loud, but we were lucky to bring earplugs and it worked out.
