Great place.. highly recommend it… close to everything

There is $10 dollar overnight parking charge for an open lot parking! there was no lotion in the bath room , my shower gel bottle was empty, and the bath room floor had hair all over!! but I wouldn't stay here! for what they charge it felt more like a quality inn!

When we arrived very late due to delayed flights the room type we booked was given away. When I asked for a change in my room rate the person checking me in could not provide me with a new rate and then suggested I ask the manager for points. The room I was then given after midnight, was not cleaned. Linens were strewn about and so were used towels. The next room we were given could not be lit from the entry way and 2 of the lamps did not work. The next morning, we asked to switch to the room type we were paying for which was arranged. We were not assisted in moving our luggage. To get the charges for the first night changed, I had to wait for the manager to come in at 1 pm. After 1pm I was not contacted by the manager. When I was in the lobby later I needed to ask for the manager. The manager said she would print out a revised charge list for me. It was not provided until check out. The breakfast staff was very nice. The parking lot is nothing worth an additional charge of $10 per day. The first day we left the room late and took the DND off the doorknob at about 1 pm. It was not cleaned when we returned. Someone came by around 5 pm to offer towels I asked them to empty the garbage.
