The property is nestled right in the middle of a vineyard. Enclosed safe front garden for your pets to roam safely. The host is a gentleman very friendly and welcoming. Confidently book this property knowing you will have an easy relaxing stay. Wish I had more time to enjoy the area unfortunately I was working.

This is a great little house for a small group. we are a couple with a small dog, so pet friendly is a priority for us. There was everything there that we could need. My husband particularly loved the pizza oven. A really quiet, private place.

Lovely outdoor area with views of the vines which is securely fenced for dogs. The hammocks are a great touch. Even though the accomodation is basic, it is very comfortable and quiet. Bruce (the host) is very welcoming and provided us with a wine tasting of Top block wines. Great location.

We thoroughly enjoyed the outside area (when the heat permitted), and the air-conditioner was amazing for the heat. The fur-kids liked the yard and it was nice to feel safe to let them explore. Close to lots of things to see and do. Thanks so much.

Property was excellent - exactly as advertised in the middle of the vineyard and perfect for a getaway with the family and dog. Bruce was fantastic, more than happy to help. Pizza oven cooked wonderful pizza's, and all the cooking appliances you could want including an excellent BBQ. Kids loved the hammocks. Location is perfect to base yourself in the Riverland and explore the towns and countryside around, as Monash is very central to so many areas. Very peaceful over New Years which is exactly what we were looking for.

property surrounds very beautiful. pizza oven was a great feature. was neat and tidy however earwigs were a problem at night. im sure manager will be able to get onto this as he did express awareness that this was an issue. may need to work on door seals

Outside was lovely. But inside, i didnt like the cheap linen on the bed, which wasnt so comfy.. And the floor was cold, its only Autumn.

I was looking for an ideal place that can provide a contained outdoor space for the dog, so I was pleasantly surprised to find myself in the middle of a winery. There was WiFi and DVD for my daughter, a perfect little yard leading out from the house for the dog, and wine for sale in the kitchen (for me). We had a very pleasant and trouble free stay.

A very enjoyable and relaxing two-day stay. Particularly enjoyed eating breakfast and dinner outside under the shade of the large trees and surrounded on all sides by the grape vines (in summer). Nice enclosed grassy, shaded area for our dog, who seemed to enjoy just lying there ! Our host Bruce was very helpful and chatty. Will certainly stay there again when we next visit the Riverland!

Nice enclosed grassy, shaded area for our dog, who seemed to enjoy just lying there ! Our host Bruce was very helpful and chatty. Will certainly stay there again when we next visit the Riverland!
A very enjoyable and relaxing two-day stay. Particularly enjoyed eating breakfast and dinner outside under the shade of the large trees and surrounded on all sides by the grape vines (in summer). Very pleasant, felt very welcoming. My dog Frog loved the lovely fenced yard. Quiet, very Tuscanlike. Well appointed. Would have liked a coffee plunger. Wine was a lovely touch. Vicki, Anne & Jen

property surrounds very beautiful. pizza oven was a great feature. was neat and tidy however earwigs were a problem at night. im sure manager will be able to get onto this as he did express awareness that this was an issue. may need to work on door seals

Property was excellent - exactly as advertised in the middle of the vineyard and perfect for a getaway with the family and dog. Bruce was fantastic, more than happy to help. Pizza oven cooked wonderful pizza's, and all the cooking appliances you could want including an excellent BBQ. Kids loved the hammocks. Location is perfect to base yourself in the Riverland and explore the towns and countryside around, as Monash is very central to so many areas. Very peaceful over New Years which is exactly what we were looking for.

The Pickers’ Hut is a great place to stay. The pizza oven is gold and makes for an even more enjoyable experience. The fenced yard is perfect for the dogs. The location is quiet. Even on cold nights the hut is warm, comfy and cosy. The bed is comfortable for a good night’s sleep too. This was a return stay for us and are most certainly happy to come back again. Thanks Bruce and Leah.

The cottage was clean and compact with two bedrooms and small family room and kitchen. The fenced yard was perfect for our dogs. We were really only there in the late afternoon and evening as we were attending a nearby dog show. It would be a great place to relax if you had the time.
