Six Hotel Guadalajara Expiatorio

El estacionamiento está a una cuadra del hotel; el parque actualmente está en remodelación, pero seguro cuando esté listo será un lugar maravilloso cerca del hotel. El hotel es un lugar agradable y confortable; volvería a hospedarme ahí sin duda.

El inconveniente es que el estacionamiento es una pensión, entonces no puedes disponer de tu vehículo durante la noche

La verdad el hotel esta bastante bien, me escribió el personal temprano en la mañana por whatsapp para confirmar la reserva. Pregunté si se podia hacer early checkin pero comentaron que la habitación estaba ocupada, pero que con gusto me podían resguardar el equipaje. Además me ofreció un tour a Tequila a muy buen precio el cual tomamos y nos gusto bastante. Al llegar la noche, note que la habitación era diferente a la que había reservado, si contaba con tina y con balcón, pero el balcón era mas chico y sin mesa, me comentó la de recepción que al reservar a través de terceros no se garantiza la habitación, para lo cual yo les comenté que no tendría ningún problema si hubiera una leyenda durante la selección de habitación, u otras fotos de las demás habitaciones similares. Pero la chica de recepción me dijo que estaba ocupada pero al otro día me movían sin problemas y así fue. Dejamos de nuevo el equipaje en resguardo y nos movimos al cuarto mas tarde al siguiente dia de la primera noche La habitación que me movieron si era la que habia reservado originalmente y pues es que tiene vista a los arboles lo cual resulta mas agradable. El hotel en sí está agradable , tiene una terraza con vista a las arboles del parque y vista hacia el templo expiatorio. El parque afuera se ve un poco feo solo hay que andar con cuidado pero no tuvimos problemas. Lo bueno es que el uber si te puede dejar frente de la entrada principal. El templo expiatorio esta 4 min caminando vale la pena

El estacionamiento está a dos cuadras del hotel si debes llegar antes de las 10 porque en la noche está muy solo la calle

Mi estancia fue larga, y la verdad todo estuvo muy bien desde la atención de todas las chicas de recepción como del personal en general, lo único que no estuvo padre en en varias ocasiones que quise ocupar el estacionamiento estaba super saturado ya que no esta en la propiedad lo demás estuvo super bien

La vista en la azotea es espectacular, los cuartos limpios, solo el sábado hay un tianguis con mucho ruido pero los demás días excente

Buena atención y actitud del personal pero me quede en la PB y a partir de las 7am hay mucho movimiento supongo que del personal de limpieza y con el estacionamiento es super incómodo ya que no está dentro de la propiedad, creo que es un convenio ya que es un estacionamiento público, en horarios del estacionamiento hay muchos carros y si llegas en la noche para que te abran es muy tardado y hasta incomodo. Si por algo no regresaría es justo por el estacionamiento.

Accesible a muchos sitios. El estacionamiento como a 2 cuadras

I loved the location and the 24 hour rooftop terrace. I didn’t like there wasn’t a mini fridge or microwave. The AC doesn’t work well in any of the rooms I stayed in. I think a cafe on the rooftop terrace would be a wonderful addition!

Encontré un insecto en la habitación le hace falta limpieza

El lugar estaba bien , pero había detalles algo desagradables como cucarachas y accesorios de la habitación rotos de allí en más todo bien !

Todo bien, solo que tienes que avisar antes de las 12 que te limpien el cuarto, si no no lo hacen, ubicación bien

The hotel is great, affordable, clean, great location, is always my go to when I go to gdl. I only have one complain, before there was Netflix and YouTube in all the TVs but not anymore. That was a nice to have and I mean prices is the same so hopefully they can that back. Other than that it is a good place to stay.

La ubicación es buena, a unos 10 minutos del centro. La zona es relativamente tranquila. La habitación estaba bien, desafortunadamente quisimos usar el jacuzzi y estaba excesivamente sucio, lo que más preocupa es que debimos insisitr con la limpieza para que la hicieran. Al menos la atención fue buena

The only thing i didn't like it was than i never get clean my room in 9 days !! In other hotels they clean your room at least every 2 days!! But not here!!

El agua de la tina en la habitación salia muy sucia como con lodo

Was able to check-in early which was super helpful. Room was clean and everything looked good. Only thing was that there wasn’t a window nor a wardrobe. However I would stay at this hotel again. Great for the price.

I ended up leaving around 10-11 P.M. during my second night because of the excessive noise and Wi-Fi that didn't work.After notifying the staff that the internet did not work, I was told that I could switch rooms the next day to a room where the internet worked better. The staff held my luggage, and the switch was completed by early afternoon. Before I agreed to the switch, I made it clear to staff that I did not want a noisy room after they offered me one next to the lobby. Having no internet connection is favorable to being in a noisy environment. Well, they moved me into a room (internet didn’t work in that one either) that is right on the other side of a very loud bar (picture posted) that plays pounding bass into the early hours of the morning. I went back down and asked the staff to be moved back to a room that didn’t feel like I was inside of a nightclub. After they claimed this was not possible, I asked to be moved to the other Six Hotel property in El Centro that is a similar price. The staff said that only a manager would be able to facilitate such a change and I can speak to them at 10:00 in the morning. The staff was surprised I was leaving for a quieter place as they said, "this is Guadalajara". I understand street noise but this was another level and I took a penalty charge for a night I was not at the property but was worth the extra two nights paid because I found another property that meets the criteria I seek in a hotel (Clean, Quiet, A/C, Wi-Fi).

Buena limpieza, solo que mi habitación no tenía ventana

I LOVE this property, only two small complaints. The internet was quite weak and the room lighting (especially the bathroom) was dim.

El hotel es muy bueno, limpio, excelente ubicación, limpio, buenas instalaciones, dan buen servicio y los trabajadores son muy amables siempre. Tengo tiempo quedándome en este lugar lo único malo es que ya no hay internet en las teles y Antea si se tenía acceso a Netflix o a YouTube. Ya solo se puede ver la programación normal

Es necesario su personal administrativo de la mañana tenga más cuidado con las reservaciones. Mi reservación fue por 5 noches del 16- 21 de noviembre de 2023. 1.-llegamos al hotel el jueves a las 11 am y como El check in es hasta las 3 pm pues no pudimos entrar a nuestra habitación nos recomendaron ir a la terraza o a visitar algunos lugares cerca y accedimos. Regresamos a las 5 pm y nuestra habitación continuaba sin estar lista. Tuvimos que esperar más tiempo. Estoy casi segura que nuestra habitación se la dieron a alguien más. 2.- el lunes por la tarde 13:30 hrs. Llego a mi habitación y me topo con la sorpresa de que estaba bloqueada mi habitación. Baje de nuevo y me dicen “ que se bloquean a las 12 y les contesto mi check out es mañana no hoy “. 3.- los recepcionistas de la noche son excelentes al igual que el personal de limpieza. 4.- Cambien al velador del estacionamiento o hablen con el encargado, ya que el velador es un señor con muy mala actitud si llegas después de las 12 de la noche no te abre o es grosero.

Mi huésped llegó al hotel antes que yo y para conseguir las llaves de la habitación, la chica de arriba pidió 200 pesos para conseguir la llave. Cuando llegué al hotel pagué el importe total, así que pedí los 200 que le dio mi invitada y no me los devolvió. Al hacer el check out, volví a preguntar y ella todavía no me devolvió los 200 y el gerente no me ayudó. así que pagué el monto total por la noche que nos quedamos aquí más 200 pesos adicionales que ella se quedó para ella. Además, el baño no funcionaba y me preguntaron si podía ayudar a arreglarlo antes de ofrecer otra habitación. En general, este lugar fue un desastre.

Staff is great

All In all, it was a good stay. Staff were kind enough to find us a larger room. The first room was way too small for two large men. We were closed to the rooftop which was an added plus. The staff were good but Mich was awesome. She is a delight to talk to and made us feel very welcome. The hotel is located in a lively neighborhood with many restaurants bars cafes and is close to the historic sites and museums. It is close to Colonia Americana and Avenida Chapultepec and also Guadalajara Centro. Although there was a Kitchen on site, all foods purchases were through room service. It would have been a nice touch if we were able to grab a cup of coffee whenever we desired.

Everything was great. View was amazing and the staff were awesome.

The staff is Excelent !! Very helpful and always smiling trying to help!! The hotel is ok. The installations are ok. But is in a very noisy area ! However. Also the location is very centric near great spots in downtown Guadalajara! You get what you pay but it is perfect for short stays

La atención de las recepcionistas fue excelente, en especial quien nos recibió en el turno de la mañana, igualmente la señora de la limpieza fue muy amable y atenta. El Hotel aunque pequeño, muy bien y cómodo, con buenas vías de acceso. Bien localizado. Volvería a hospedarme en ese hotel, si vuelvo a ir a Guadalajara.

Si bien la ubicación es grandiosa por la. Cernania de muchos lugares de importancia, esta rodeada de bares lo cual no permite en lo absoluto el descanso

La estación de bici, la estación del metro un parque, plazas comerciales está muy bien ubicado y la visita del templo expiatorio es increíble

En general el hotel está muy bien, los chicos en recepción super amigables sobre todo el chico del turno nocturno. Excelente servicio y además muy limpio, el único inconveniente es el lugar donde está no es tan seguro por las noches y está muy sucio por fuera no así el hotel. Un plus es su terraza que está maravillosa

Está ubicado en buena zona realmente es limpio son atentos para el precio está bastante bien y tienes bastantes establecimientos cerca

Lugar bien ubicado solo que en la zona hay mucho consumo de marihuana, mucho indigente y hospedaron un grupo de jóvenes que toda la noche tenía ruido música alta y fue imposible descansar

Nice spot near the downtown area. Easy to grab an Uber and get around the city.

Friendly staff, great breakfast and shuttle , room very comfortable and clean.

Le hace falta mejorar la calidad del Wifi y algunos aspectos en el baño habitación "302" el tanque se atira al bajarle, no hay dinde colocar el jabón de mano en el lavabo y es antigienico, tampoco tiene filtro y se sale el mal olor del lavabo, la televisión miy limitada en las apps solo podia ver televisión normal y Netflix lo demas estaba desprogamado, pedimos servicio alcuarto y el cafe llego frio . . .. De lo demas aceptable
