Stayed 4 nights

+ for early check in and the location. - for the customer service after the stay. We made an honest mistake regarding payment, we mixed this stay and an other, so we thought we had payed cash when we checked in (but it was at the stay before). And they didn’t say anything when we checked out. Received an e mail after check out regarding payment, and told them I had paid with cash. The answer was: no, you haven’t, and we have a video of you. They could have been nicer and asked why we hadn’t paid, instead they chose this negative tone.
