The hotel was located in a prime central location making our time in the city hassle free. The underground parking was a benefit as we had a rental car and our room was spacious, comfortable, clean and had a fantastic view. The staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was not lacking and it was nice to see plenty of options for all tastes and diets. Everything was very new and felt modern. We would highly recommend for a comfortable and central Tirana accommodation.

Good business hotel in a central location, free underground parking in a spacious car park is very handy (enter first, then validate ticket). Spacious rooms, good breakfast, good wifi, windows can be open. In winter, the air in the rooms can get very dry (20-30% humidity).

You wont go wrong booking this hotel . Definitely a 5 star property. Excellent location for exploring the city woth a good upstairs bar for relaxing at night and enjoying the city lights . Our room was always cleaned perfectly and generous with amenities.

Absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm and welcoming. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. Within minutes walk to the main tourist sites of Tirana & the big main mall being directly across the road. The airport bus is 2mins walk if you didn’t want to get a taxi too. The room was very well sized. AC worked perfectly & was hardly noticeable sound wise. All of the towels were starting to show their age & were showing threads at the end, but they were still clean & soft. If you’re a light sleeper then you may need some ear plugs as we were on the 10th floor but could still hear the light hum of traffic. Good top floor bar with excellent views & breakfast restaurant had plenty of tasty freshly cooked options.

Great location, stylish and clean. The only down side is that our NON-Smoking room had a smell of smoke as soon as you walked in. You could especially smell it on the curtains. I have an extremely sensitive smell and this was a huge disappointment especially because we paid good amount of money for a suite. The views were nice. I would not stay here again.

The hotel itself is quite nice—clean, comfortable, and I would say it definitely deserves a solid 4 stars (though not quite 5-star level). One major downside, however, was the noise. The large windows let in a lot of sound from outside. The hotel is situated next to a road, and in Albania, it seems common for motorbikes to rev their engines loudly, especially at night. On top of that, there was a nearby construction site where work was happening well into the night, which made it hard to get a good night’s sleep. That said, if you’re not too sensitive to noise, the location is actually very convenient and central. So, it’s a good option if you’re looking for comfort and don’t mind a bit of city buzz. Also worth highlighting is the front desk staff—they were very helpful and service-minded, which made the overall experience more pleasant.

Hotel is average in general. The location is great in the center of the city, but i have a lot of comments on the hotel, the hotel is considered as 5 stars, but i believe is far from being 5 stars. No ironing machine in the room, when we arrived to the room their were no towels, the AC is not working properly and the room was hot. The service is very slow

The location of The Plaza Hotel is absolutely excellent—right in the heart of Tirana, making it perfect for exploring the city. The room was in amazing condition with a beautiful view, offering a very comfortable and luxurious stay. However, the service experience was mixed. While the concierge was helpful and professional, the front desk staff could benefit from better training and attention to guest needs. One major area for improvement is the breakfast and overall F&B offering. The taste, selection, and quality did not meet expectations for a hotel of this caliber and definitely need a revamp. Overall, a great location and stay comfort-wise, but with room for improvement in service and dining.

The staff were not very customer-friendly, and there was not a single smile from the male staff member during my stay. When I asked for a taxi to the airport, I was told it wouldn’t be a problem and that I could simply book it through the hotel. However, the issue was that the hotel’s "taxi" isn’t an actual taxi and cannot use the taxi lanes. As a result, I barely made it to the airport due to heavy traffic leaving Tirana in the afternoon.

We stayed at The Plaza for about 10 days.From the moment of our arrival to check-out, we couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay. The entire staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable and satisfied.Throughout our trip, staff ensured we were always taken care of, from valet to housekeeping, exchange, dry cleaning, medical emergency etc.The housekeeping staff was clean, efficient, and accommodating. We checked out the bar on the 23rd floor and loved the service and the view. I give my highest recommendation to the Plaza and look forward to returning as soon as possible for another stay in Tirana, Albania.

The location is the best. Everything you need will be at walking distance ie restaurants and tourist attractions. The rooms were big and nicely furnished . We did not find anything outdated. The staff was super nice and check in was quick and flawless. We rented a car to go south and it worked out very well. The hotel had free parking which was very convenient because street parking is challenging. We walked everywhere in Tirana.

The hotel is centrally located in the heart of the city, across the road from the airport shuttles, making it easy to explore all that Tirana has to offer. The room was clean, modern, and well-appointed, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was nice. It offered a variety of dishes. The only downside was my room didn’t lock when left the room. I forgot to mention this to reception so I’m assuming it was some sort of glitch. I left my valuables in the safe so it didn’t bother me. Overall excellent hotel and I’d recommend and will return to again

La verdad es que fue poco excepcional y esperaba más. Sobre todo el desayuno fue de poca calidad. He tomado mucho mejor en otros hoteles de menos categoría en el país. El spa también dejaba algo que desear. A parte de la sauna nada. La habitación si fue bien. Sospecho que hay otros hoteles muchos mejores para la próxima visita.
