Ohhh wow where do I start... my first time in Tirana, had no idea what ti expect. Location is perfect right next to a small shopping area full of stores and restaurants, shuttle service with the best driver, who ended up taking us on day trips in the area.And the people working in the hotel are the friendliest we have ever encountered! Highly recommended!!!

Staff was really kind and accommodating. Fast was good with exception of the coffee ( dark roasted) . Having parking and laundry definitely a big plus. I read that tours were offered which is a great tool to discover the city and it’s surroundings. Ideas to better: Replace the pillows. They were very uncomfortable. Also offer a plain sheet for people that don’t want to use the comforter. Offer ground coffee instead of instant coffee paquets.

I arrived much earlier than planned, expecting to be able to drop bags off somewhere safe and explore but the helpful staff decided to check me in earlier. Breakfast was good. Bar service was good. Room standard was very high (as ever with a Hilton) The hotel is 30 mins walk from the Square, and the area around the hotel is full of restaurants so there are plenty of options for all.

Zum Frühstück gibt es sehr wenig Obst, die Obstqualität ist mittelmässig. Es gab nur Mandarinen-Schnitzel die ausgetrocknet waren und Kiwi (ungenissbar weil unreif). Croissant teilweise nicht mehr frisch. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber.

Nice hotel about 20 minutes walk from the city centre - good choice of restaurants and a handy supermarket nearby. Reception team were very friendly and helpful, as were the staff at breakfast. Our room had accessible layout which wasn’t ideal (shower flooded the floor every time), and we had to have the refrigerator replaced, but we were comfortable otherwise. We would happily stay there again.

We only had one night here, but we enjoyed it so much that we wished we would’ve stayed another. The receptionist was very helpful and accommodating, the rooms were spacious and clean, there was a nice big balcony but we were facing another building, so we didn’t use it. We have two negative points: 1. The porter did not offer to help with the luggage 2. We arrived at breakfast around 9, and they had almost run out of fruits and some sorts of cheese and these were not re-filled in the hour we sat there.

Ligger rett ved vei, en del støy. Litt harde senger uten overmadrass. Vann i dusjen rant utrolig sent, så ble stående i dusjvannet. Meget hyggelige betjeningen, blide og imøtekommende. Veldig rent over alt på hotellet.

We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn as a family (2 rooms) and were very pleased with the hotel. The rooms are in excellent condition and spacious enough, the hotel staff super friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is comprehensive and offers some special local dishes. Location of the hotel is good, however, quite a walk to get to the downdown area by foot.
