Super hotel. Meget luksus i receptionen og ved ankomsten kom der en og tog vores kufferter og hjalp os helt op til værelset med dem. Ikke alle personaler i receptionen var imødekommende. Et par af de kvindelige receptionister var direkte afvisende, men alle andre var meget søde og smilende. Vi bookede dette primært pga poolen, og selve kvaliteten af den er ok, men den er ikke særlig stor, så når der er et par grupper der er i poolen eller sidder ved den, så virker den crowded. Restauranten der er lige ved virker lidt mærkeligt placeret, da de så sidder og kigger ud på dem der bader og ligger og soler sig. Det er så en mega lækker restaurant, men det er ikke super fedt at blive betragtet af en masse spisende ikke badende mennesker, når man selv har badetøj på. Morgenmaden var ok. Stort udvalg af desserter og lækre meloner. Værelserne var fine og rene. Sengen mega lækker. Surprise at der var lille altan, rart at kunne komme ud og sidde. Vi brugte spaen, hvilket kun er et enkelt rum, men hun var simpelthen så sød og dygtig. Vi fik en massage og en hydrofacial. Fik så en pedicure med i prisen. Hende ville vi komme tilbage til. Mega god og dygtig. Området er ikke noget at råbe hurra for, men det ligger 30 min fra Blloku eller den gamle og nye bazar.

Ich war selten so positiv überrascht wie bei diesem Hotel. Angefangen über den freundlichen Mann der uns beim Parkplatz geholfen hat über den Gepäckservice bis hin zum tollen Frühstück. Das Zimmer wirklich mehr als großzügig, mit 2 Balkone, sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Betten sind groß und ich habe sehr gut geschlafen. Die Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt und frische Handtücher sowohl im Bad, als auch in der seperaten Toilette ausgelegt. Die Lage ist optimal. rund 1,5km vom Stadtzentrum entfernt, kann man entweder laufen oder direkt beim Hotel befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle und ein Taxistand. Frühstück hatte ich schon erwähnt. Geschmackvoll und mit reichlich Auswahl. zu Abend kann man entweder auf der Dachterasse oder im Restaurant beim Foyer essen. Auf dem Dach befindet sich noch ein (sehr) kleiner Pool, der eher von Kindern belagert wird und eine Sonneterasse mit Liegen, wo man nach einem anstrengenden Tag die Beine hochlegen kann. Bei aller Lobhudelei muss ich auch noch eine kleine Kritik anbringen. Und zwar geht es um die Konstruktion des Bades. Mir erschließt sich nicht der Sinn, warum man hier Glaswände verwendet hat und einen Vorhang den man dann darum schließen muss wenn man nicht gerade exhibitionistisch verlanlagt ist. Zumal sich auch der Vorhang nicht komplett schließen lässt. Auch die Konstruktion der Duschkabine... Sie hat nur 2 Seiten, so dass immer Wasser rausläuft und sich im Bad verteilt. Insgesamt aber ein super Hotel mit Niveau!

The staff were excellent. Very friendly and good customer service. Especially the masseuse in the spa, very nice person. The hotel overall was good however the description in terms of distance to the main square isn’t accurate. It’s at least 20-25 mins walk to the main sites. The cleanliness’s needs improving in the bathroom - I had worms growing in my suite and this should be better. It wasn’t a bad hotel - very nice inside and the swimming pool on the top of the roof was great. Clean your rooms

Our stay was fantastic from the start. Pleasant greeting and helpfulness upon arrival. The suite was immaculate. Spacious. We felt very spoilt. Definitely worth the money. We used the pool, my husband had a massage, and we enjoyed the sauna. Breakfast was enjoyable. Staff throughout the hotel very friendly.

Struttura un po' datata ma con uno stile antico e chic soprattutto al piano inferiore,al ristorante e nella hall. Le stanze hanno un bellissimo letto,molto comodo,ma un bagno vecchio anche se ben tenuto. Colazione molto buona, personale gentile e disponibile. La pulizia deve migliorare... abbiamo trovato fuori dalla finestra una tazza con dell'acqua e delle sigarette dentro, forse chi c'era in camera prima di noi era un fumatore,la tazza fino a stamattina era ancora lì...e poi un giorno abbiamo trovato uno straccio bagnato sul divano,forse delle donne delle pulizie,non saprei... quindi questo deve assolutamente migliorare.

Had a lovely stay at the Hotel Mondial for a weekend in November. Got the family room with two rooms which had their own main door which was perfect for our requirements. Rooms were very spacious and clean and had a lovely sized balcony. Breakfast included - although sometimes a little cold.

A very smart hotel about a 15 minute walk from the main square in Tirana. The rooms are high quality, comfortable. The hotel has a nice rooftop bar, pool and sun terrace which was nice to use whilst there. The breakfast was tasty with plenty of choice. Only slight downside with the hotel was the Wifi was a quite slow and kept cutting out. If that could be improved, it would have been a faultless stay.

NO AIR CONDITIONING IN MARCH,VERY NOISY LOCATION. The property is advertised as having air conditioning. SO ALTHOUGH I DIDN'T MIND THE BUSY ROAD, I EXPECTED AIR CONDITIONING. But the air conditioning isn't turned on till summer. So expect a very stuffy & hot room if you want to be able to sleep. When I spoke to reception on the first morning about this they said open your windows. That was the solution, point blank. They are four lines of traffic outside the window with cars constantly beeping their horns. This didn't seem to matter to the receptionist and she wasn't very apologetic a bit blase, lacking some customer service skills, &left us dumfounded really, which spoiled our stay so I won't be going back. This one member of staff let the bitter taste All online sellers advertise air conditioning , so on On the 2nd day I emailed reception, when I didn't get reply, I emailed again from a different email account, they did offer to show me another room, but by this point I only had one night left. This was a different receptionist to the one I first spoke to, who was more helpful, the first one wasn't very helpful at all. It was 24 degrees, so I did not want the windows open all day heating up the room, and you can't sleep for the windows open due to the 4 lanes of traffic on a busy road , and a police station being next door. THERE WAS NO AIR CONDITIONING IN MARCH. Breakfast was nice, the terrace was lovely, the room was a very good size, housekeeping were great.

Warning to anyone staying here. I arrived expecting a 4 star experience but was dead wrong. The room looked great (203) but was unusually hot. I called reception and they said to wait 10 minutes for the unit to warm up. 30 min later still hot air. I called again and this time they said that Albanians don’t use the A/C. She said she likes it hot and that all the units are centrally controlled from the 1st floor. I told her was unacceptable and that I refused to sleep in the middle of summer when it’s 96 degrees outside in a 4 star hotel. After back and forth they moved me to 407 and the a/c did work there proving the prior statement was false. The new unit was inferior in size and quality but at least I had working a/c. They didn’t offer to credit me the difference between the room lévels (suite to standard). I would not recommend this hotel because it’s more like a 3 star with 2 star service.

We were a party of 21 and the hotel was excellent. Great staff and good value for money. The only downside was that only one key was issued for twin and triple rooms and this caused some inconvenience, as people returned to the rooms at different times. Despite requests, it was not possible to have more than one key card. We have never had this before.

Obwohl wir mit der Buchung „ein Problem“ gehabt haben, hatt der Herr (leider den Namen nicht gemerkt) uns so spät in der Nacht mit dem Check-in mit seiner Freundlichkeit sehhhr geholfen. Auch der Manager, welcher uns über das Telefon mit einer ausgezeichneten Freundlichkeit versucht haz zu helfen! Beide haben uns die Nacht geretten. Eine solche Freundlichkeit verdient viel mehr als ein Dankeschön. Vielen vielen herzlichen Dank. Wir waren nur für ein Zwischenstopp in Tirana, aber das Hotel hat uns wirklich sehr gut getan! Der Bett war fantastisch gemütlich und die Zimmer sehr sauber. herzlichen Dank nochmals👏👏

The hotel is very nice, and it's located not too far away from the city center. Room was great. However, the custom service was nowhere to found. It felt like we weren't wanted there. It probably had to with the fact, that I'm not as bald and rich as every other customer there. I still paid the same amount, and maybe even more for the stay, because we used room service. For the price paid, it would be great to feel welcomed at the hotel. This wasn't the case for us, which made the entire visit terrible. The food was delicious though.

The staff assisted us with directions and calling for taxis as we needed them. We ate at the hotel restaurant two different times for dinner and the food was delicious and inexpensive. Our waiter was friendly and provided complimentary shots of Raki after our meals. The continental breakfast had a good selection of different fresh foods with juice, water, tea or coffee available and it comes with the cost of the room. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

We had a difficult situation, as my wife had broken her ankle a couple days previous to our stay. The staff bent over backwards to accommodate our unique needs and helped facilitate our departure to the airport. Alida, at the front desk, was particularly helpful, as were all the porters, wait staff, cleaning staff, etc. We had delicious Albanian specialties in the hotel restaurant and the breakfast is comprehensive and delicious. We LOVED our cappuccinos.

Our bedroom was spacious with an Olympic sized bed. Very comfortable. The bathroom was very modern with a big shower cubicle. The buffet breakfast was excellent with a good range of dishes to choose from. The staff were friendly and helpful. My only minor complaint was that the rooftop bar was very smokey and uncomfortable to sit there. I believe there is a dedicated smoking section but this was was ignored. The smell was such that we stopped using the terrace bar. Overall a great hotel in short walking distance to all the main sites and town centre. I would stay here again.

This is a really good hotel. The staff are wonderful especially the waiters. Great value, breakfast was good (apart from the hot food, which wasn’t!). Easy to walk to all of Tirana’s sights. Transport to and from the airport was easy and very reasonably priced. Variety of bars, the rooftop one has good views.
