Value for money. Nice view from the rooftop.

Its not pleasant hotel that I ever stayed but price is high.. Service of front staff not kind, Elevator stopped while working, Wifi bad, Not recommended to anyone!

Staff were helpful. The room was not expected as previously had a bath tub but still comfortable bed. The balcony had chairs but I couldn't use them as the door was locked? Staff is helpful and polite they did try to arrange help when needed. Was actually hospitalized midway in stay and staff tried to facilitate as much as possible. Housekeeping a bit haphazard when I asked for extra bathmat as floor was wet but they did try to provide what I asked for just forgot the tissues.

*Location: A bus stop close to the airport, crossing the East West Line and the Circle Line, and a 1-5 minute walk away, allows you to travel to all Singapore attractions and destinations. *Service: All employees responded immediately. Water and cleaning were also provided every day for the number of people booked. *FACILITY: The facility is not up to date. But the bed is very soft and nice. Construction is underway because the surrounding area is under development, but unless you are in a hotel all day, you won't be disturbed in the morning and at night. *Convenience: A very large shopping mall is adjacent to the subway station, there is a 24-hour Hawker Center, and convenience stores and gas stations right in front of you! Hawker Center food is delicious and cheap, so don't move far and eat here! Orange juice is so good. *Disappointment: No ventilation (for Singapore and Malaysia 3-4 star accommodation and most families), it is not suitable for couples seeking romantic travel. There is no night view! But how about staying overnight at Marina Bay Sands Hotel or Fullerton Bay for a cheap reservation? If I go to Singapore again, I think I'll choose again. I am Korean. I knew that transportation was convenient because it was my second trip to Singapore, and I chose the accommodation considering that I had to arrive in the evening and move to the airport in the morning, and I was very satisfied.

英語が話せないのですが、こちらのカタコトの英語を一生懸命理解してくれようとしてくれました。部屋によると思いますが広くて素敵なバルコニーがありますが鍵がかかっていて開かないのですが、フロントで同意書を書けば開けてくれます。バルコニーで朝食や夜はお酒を楽しめて最高でした！また次もここに泊まりたいと思います。

The bathroom was very small, there was a cracked wash basin and the shower area had mould. The carpet was dusty and dirty. Just stayed there from 2pm to 9pm and did not stay overnight.

Staff were eager to help. Lobby clean and dining on 2nd floor. Room needed a little more attention in cleaning.

Not too bad for the class of hotel TV channels should improve with more stations available and should allow guest the access of smart TV usage of YouTube or Netflix Cleanliness should also improve a little. Convenient location to mall, buses & MRT

MRT最寄り駅周辺にはショッピングモールが複数あり、飲食店やスーパーが入っていてとても便利です。 バス停も駅に行くまでの間にあるのでどこに行くのも便利な場所にあります。 交通量が多い幹線沿いなので、車の音が少し気になりますが、総合的には満足なホテルです。

地點很好離捷運站算近又有兩個百貨商場，只是飯店房間比想像中小的多，只能攤開一個行李，個人商務適合，家庭兩人就會覺得有點小了

The aircon was noisy, the bed quality was not great. The bed was quite short, had to sleep in diagonal. I'm 180cm. Did not sleep well overall.

There is only one guy in the lobby (tall Indian guy) who is service minded. Girls seemed to be deaf and mute. You will never hear a good morning, hello, welcome.. they even avoid eye contact with customers going by the Lobby. I didn’t feel welcome because of that attitude. They were busy with their phones. Rooms are tiny. Air con right over your neck. No remote to control it, just a panel so if you want to change the temperature in the middle of the night.. very uncomfortable. Breakfast definitely not suitable for European standards. I will not come back to this hotel again. Cleaning staff did a great job, and they actually said hello when meeting them in the corridors.

チャンギ空港に夜22時くらいに到着したので、なるべく空港に近い場所で選びました。 空港からホテルまでGrabを利用してS$19くらいでした。 24時間対応のフロントで、男性スタッフさんがとても親切でした。私の時にはデポジットはなかったです。 部屋は(おそらく一番安いランクだったので）とても狭かったですが、私には十分でした。機内持ち込み可のトランクだとギリギリ開いて置けます。 私の時は部屋の中はとても清潔で不快感は全くなかったです。 アメニティも揃ってます。 夜中に到着して、シャワーを利用させていただきましたが、おそらく隣の部屋の人はうるさかったかもしれません。水道を開くと音がしました。 電気が全体的に暗く、とくに鏡の上の電気の付け方が分からなかったので、朝お化粧をする時に不便でした。 近くにショッピングセンターがあり、レストランがかなり充実しています。平日の夜中だと1時までやっているマックが徒歩5〜6分の場所にあります。 パラレバの駅も同じくらいの場所にあるので、とても便利です。 機会があれば、ぜひ次回も利用させていただきたいと思います。 どうもありがとうございました！

駅近くで、それに併設のショッピングモール？もあり基本なんでも揃う環境だと思います。周りの雰囲気も穏やかで良かったです。しかし、ランドリーサービスを利用しようとフロントに立ち寄った時に対応してくださった方の愛想が悪く少しガッカリしました。

엄청 저렴하고 프론트 직원들이 엄청 친절하다. 6일 정도 묵었는데 매일 청소를 해주셨다. 비행기 소리가 크게 들리지만 2일 정도 지나면 신경쓰이지 않는다. 와이파이가 하루마다 등록해야 하는 불편함이 있지만 그래도 와이파이는 굉장히 좋은 상태임. 에어컨이 가끔 겁나 작동하는 거 빼고는 솔직히 가성비 갑 호텔

It was great stay for all of our colleagues. We all booked this hotel, stayed a while, and booked the same when we visited SG again. We didn't try another hotel. 5min walking distance to big mall area, korean restaurrant, and it was pretty convenient cause there is a convenient store right in front of the hotel at gas station.

モールも近くにあり、地下鉄駅へのアクセスも良かった。

Can't expect too much because of the price, but overall is a good experience and hotel location is very convenient
