Such a wonderful experience. Before arrival, Ms. Rosa communicates through Watapp so that we could arrange after hour check in. She was attentive and made sure she stayed late to receive us. The place was nice and clean. Great view. The staff was attentive. Very nice little place that had a personal touch. Enjoyed it very much!!

The owner threatened to kick us out of the room at 21:30h because we complained about the lack of hot water. My kid went into the shower for no more than 2-3 minutes, and the hot water ran out right away. This was after being outside for a whole day, so not like right after another shower. When I texted the manager for help, he accused me of lying & did absolutely nothing to investigate, address, or even explain that there was a plumbing problem. Then he doubled down on accusing me of lying about how long my son was in there. He ended rudely with: “Use cold water. Bye”. After I posted a review, he sent some lady to help, who barged into the room, even after I refused entry (my kids were already in bed). She just kept yelling at us in Italian that we were lying, and never listened to our request to simply leave the water on for 3 minutes. She called the owner from her phone, and then they both took turns yelling at us. Finally, the owner shouted that we should pack up & leave the property right now (this was at 2130h, 9:30pm). We called Hotels.com Customer Service, but the property refused to answer their phone calls as well. Since we had no other options during the busy tourist season, we ended up staying for one more night, but did not feel safe at all during the entire stay. Absolutely avoid this place, and any others owned by the same person. (“Skyhouse”) Properties like this are why we tend to avoid vacation rentals in the first place.

Take into account if you check in after 9pm there is an extra €30 on top of what you already pay for what they call a “late check in”. Another consideration is the actual check out time is 10:30am and not 11:00am as advertised on Hotels.com. I don’t think I would stay here again.

Ambiente molto freddo, anche il personale poco accogliente e solare. Struttura un po’ decadente, in camera il frigo bar è vuoto eccetto una bottiglietta d’acqua, non esiste servizio kit bagno e il letto sembra una brandina talmente è basso il materasso. La struttura si trova al settimo piano e per salire e scendere bisogna sempre pagare l’ascensore (0,05€), cifra irrisoria ma servizio scomodo. La parte peggiore è stata la colazione praticamente assente, pochissima scelta e tutto confezionato. Nulla di fresco neanche la spremuta o delle brioche. Per essere a Napoli un vero peccato!

Not much choice with breakfast, but staff fantastic. Ideal location for the ferry and everything else walkable/metro stations walkable. Restaurants and small shops nearby.
