Wir haben auf der Durchreise nach Österreich in dem Hotel übernachtet. Dafür war es sehr praktisch. Das Auto konnten wir in einer kleinen Tiefgarage abstellen. Der Check-in hat schnell funktioniert, ein Check-out war gar nicht nötig. Das Zimmer war klein, aber sauber und für eine Nacht völlig ausreichend.

Sehr freundliches Personal und insgesamt recht passables Hotel. Das Frühstück war nicht besonders reichhaltig. Mein Zimmer war ordentlich, das Bett bequem und sauber. Drumherum war doch noch etwas Reinigungsbedarf. Den inbegriffenen Parkplatz wusste ich gerade in Passau sehr zu schätzen.

A basic serviceable hotel for an overnight stay. Hotel is modern, clean, beds were good, bathroom good. We didn't get the breakfast. The only issue is that it is very far from the center of town. We were there on bikes and had to go about 2 miles into town to get dinner. The hotel is in the middle of a residential neighborhood and not near anything. But it's fine for one night. They had a garage for our bikes. Passau is a beautiful old town with a vibrant center city and I would love to have spent more time there.

Letztes Jahr mussten wir keine Gebühre fürs Parken bezahlen. Es wäre auch schön, wenn man eine kleine Sicherung / Randerhöhung einbauen könnte, damit auch die kleinen Gäste sicher schlafen können. Sonst war allses gut.

The hotel was clean, however, it was in the middle of nowhere. We had to walk 2 miles to access the old town area, and 1.5 miles to DB Passau HBF. No restaurants nearby other than a grocery store. We did not have an automobile, so this was very disappointing.

We stayed here for 2 nights prior to a river cruise. The Danube river was flooding from heavy rains and the hotel helped us with some alternate arrangements. Very kind of them.
