A hidden gem! Polite and knowledgeable front desk staff. Loved the full kitchen, although no utensils or pots are provided. Very clean hotel and rooms. Functional, clean and affordable laundry facilities on site. We'd definitely book here again for extended stays!

Room was very clean and all the necessities available. Plenty of parking and area was quiet. Did not see many staff when coming and going most days but did not need anything from them so can't comment on their service. I would definitely stay here again if needed, nice to have a full fridge and freezer w/stove top to cook.

If you’re looking for a place to just to be able to sleep and relax then this is the place. Very nice and clean. If you want a pool they don’t have that or an actual ice machine, but they do have fridges in the room you can activate to make ice.

The only negative was the shower curtain was hung too high and the water ran off it onto the floor while showering. Otherwise everything was great. Clean. Spacious.

I experienced a problem with bedbugs and my issue has been ignored by the hotel. I spent an entire day decontaminating my work van and all of my personal belongings so I didn’t bring these parasites home with me and infect my family. I am disappointed with the hotel and not addressing my concerns. I have not gotten a single response from the hotel about this problem.

Was tired after a day of driving. Needed a place to rest for a few hours before continuing our trip. Found this hotel on hotels.com. Only $90 for a night's stay! Clean room. New building. No rugs/carpets to hide dust/dirt. Full size refrigerator/freezer and a cooking surface in room. We only stayed 6 hours but were very impressed. Looking to stay at other MyPlace hotels in the future of they are all as clean and equipped as this one was.

When we checked in it was late and we were tired . When we pulled the covers back to go to bed it was obvious the sheets had been slept in. They were wrinkled with hair in the bed and what appeared to be sand or pepper? Staff brought us clean sheets which we changed ourselves. They also brought towels. When we got up in the morning there was no shower curtain. There was a drain in the middle of the floor so we thought maybe this was on purpose so we showered without the curtain. What a mess. When we checked out we we’re told there should have been a shower curtain. We didn’t ask and no one offered to adjust our room rate for the multiple inconveniences.

It had a kitchenette, very clean and quiet. The room wasn't pretty, but it was very practical and useful for extended stay. Big fridge, 2 stove tops, counter space, sink, table and luggage area. Beds and pillows were nice.We would stay again.

Just needed a place to sleep for a night on a 2 day driving trip. Price was convenient and bonus was it had a kitchenette with a full fridge. Most hotel fridges aren't cold enough and don't have freezers so this was awesome! I was able to empty my cooler into the fridge to keep our food/drinks cold and refresh the ice packs in the freezer. Yay!

Super cute hotel. Very nice rooms. Bed was very comfortable. Only complaint is the door would not shut or lock, you had to mess with it for awhile for it to finally shut and lock. The lock on the inside was broke off. Other than that, great stay!

Great customer service. I was traveling with a friend and the front desk worked to get us rooms that were close together. I had an issue with my tv/remote and Phoenix was quick to fix the problem. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

At first we didnt expect a warm welcome being black in Nebraska. But i was wrong. The front desk attendant was wonderful. I believe her name was Linda ( not sure) she was very helpful and attentive. The location was excellent nice and quiet. There is a Casey's general store, a bar and grill and a few other establishments within walking distance. The hotel was clean and the rooms were excellent. We ordered food from a lical barbq spot which was excellent. (See review on youtube)on Hatin allday74. Over all i give the hotel a 5

The front desk was extremely helpful. We came from out of town for an early morning soccer game and they were able to accommodate us with an early checkin vs waiting. I felt she went above and beyond and was extremely appreciative of her service. We did have issues with our TV as well, at which the front desk person on duty helped us in a timely manner and was helpful as well.

This extended stay was one of the nicest extended stays we have visited. It’s a little pricey compared to some of the other long term rentals, but you get what you pay for. Clean and well kept property and very close to newly developed shopping and restaurants. Right off of I80 and about 20 mins from downtown Omaha. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We actually left our Keurig in the room by accident and the ladies that cleaned our room had it bagged up for us and waiting at the front desk when we returned in hopes it was still there. While there is a kitchenette in the room, it was not stocked with what you would need to cook, but we had previously read that in the reviews and came prepared. They also have those items for sale at the front desk if you are in a pinch. Overall we found this place to be great and would definitely stay here again.

Staff was great to communicate with especially since we had so many delays trying get to Omaha. They were very helpful and considerate. Our room had an issue with the toilet but maintenance arrived quickly. We had to switch rooms but the staff was helpful and friendly.

Wife got into a car accident and had to go to the ER but when I called and told them I had to cancel because of this they refused to cancel my reservation and did not refund me. Sure the fine print said they didn’t have to but the employee told me it’s at the managers discretion. Guess they felt like it wasn’t a good enough reason.

It was very easy access off of I 80 coming into Omaha. It is a perfect location and economically viable for someone that might need an extended stay with the range and refrigerator built into the room.

The add on the app said it had breakfast but it doesn’t, this place is for staying days, where you buy food because it has a full kitchen. Large refrigerator, stove, microwave, sink, and laundry outside the room. Other than that, it is a very good place to stay a week or so

The ONLY 2 complaints were the HUGE garbage dumpster out in front to the leftof the entrance in the parking area...please consider placing it elsewhere. It was full and smelled horrible when you walked by it. Second is no continental breakfast items provided. For the cost of the room...even a brown bag with muffin and fruit would have been appreciated. Other then that...the cleanliness of the hotel was wonderful with good ease of use for our 2 dogs to walk them around property 😀.

A hidden gem! Polite and knowledgeable front desk staff. Loved the full kitchen, although no utensils or pots are provided. Very clean hotel and rooms. Functional, clean and affordable laundry facilities on site. We'd definitely book here again for extended stays!

Room was very clean and all the necessities available. Plenty of parking and area was quiet. Did not see many staff when coming and going most days but did not need anything from them so can't comment on their service. I would definitely stay here again if needed, nice to have a full fridge and freezer w/stove top to cook.

Absolutely fantastic staff. The gentleman that checked me in was phenomenal Absolutely fantastic. He got me in and I was able to get some rest early in the morning when no other hotel in town would check me in that early for some reason.. I will be back to this hotel!

When I walked into the room it smelled like a car air freshener. It isn't noticeable after a while which was one reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars. The other was the tv remote turned the tv on and off but didn't change the channel from the Weather Channel. There was a fun program about viral weather I enjoyed. The room was clean and comfortable. The recliner was really comfortable. The bed was so comfortable I barely disturbed the bedding. There is a coffee maker but you need to provide your own filters and coffee. The freezer has an ice maker which was unexpected. The shower has pump shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The hotel is located near a couple of good restaurants - a tiki bar and grill across the parking lot and a breakfast/lunch restaurant 2 minutes away. Plenty of free parking. Staff was friendly and polite. I will stay here again.
