Nous avons séjourné dans un appartement Henriette. L’appartement en duplex était très propre, calme, spacieux et avait tout le nécessaire (machine à laver, cuisine équipée, etc). Le sauna privé était un plus. Les lits étaient très confortables. L’hôtel est idéalement situé au pied du téléphérique de l’Aiguille du Midi. Tout est à proximité (restaurants, supermarchés, remontés). Le spa de l’hôtel est très agréable, réservé aux adultes sauf dans la matinée. C’est très agréable de ne pas être dérangé par les bruits.

Second stay at the Heliopic, first in the hotel then this one in the apartments, and just amazing. Fantastic well equipped immaculate apartment. The bedding is amazing best nights sleep in a huge bed. Staff are very attentive and helpful. The views are phenomenal and never cease to amaze. The pool and spa are perfect after a long day. The free coffees water and ice cream are a lovely touch. Highly recommend and will certainly be back.

The apartment was perfect for our needs, spacious, separate bedroom, lounge with sofa bed, dining table, well equipped kitchen, balcony, we were a family of 3. Although we didnt cook it was great to have those facilities should we have needed them. Having the use of everything the hotel had to offer was great, the superb spa, hamman and pool, bar area, reception, ski shop on site, complimentary water, coffee and juice and sweets for the children. close proximity to the bus services to the various ski areas. A very successful and enjoyable time had by all.

The hot tub and terrace were gorgeous. Apartment was spacious and clean. Just a side note, the upper floor is designed for kids/juniors and it may be difficult to be used by tall adults. Great location just next to the Aiguille du Midi cable car. There is also an washer/drier but it is in the basement of the next building, you have to ask for it.

Reservamos o hotel por constar na descrição a disponibilidade de estacionamento, mas fomos surpreendidos que não disponibilizariam por não termos feito reserva da vaga, fato que não constava no site. Nos informaram que teriam vaga para dois dias durante nossa estadia de 4 noites, mas a chefia não gostava de disponibilizar por período inferior, então ficamos sem vaga, precisando nos deslocar e pagar por vaga de estacionamento em outro estabelecimento. Nós sentimos lesados, tanto pelo gasto não esperado, quanto com o transtorno. O apartamento era bom, as comodidades também.

Good options are limited, the service upon arrival and the entire stay was full of incredibly rude staff. We stayed in the apartments which are designed terribly with only one bathroom on the first floor. The walls are paper thin so we could hear our neighbors yelling, laughing and partying all night long. The apartment came ill equipped with no dish or hand soap or any paper towels. We noticed my daughter’s bed sheets were completely dirty and covered in stains. Additionally, dust and dirt was all over the floor - clearly cleanliness is not maintained.

Fabio the valet/bell boy was delightful and thorough. The desk staff both when we arrived and when we checked out were abrupt, unhelpful and condescending. Physically the apartment was clean and as described.

J’avais opté pour l’ appartement isabelle pour loger deux adultes et deux enfants. Les appartements sont à côté de l’hôtel juste à proximité de la gare du téléphérique de l’aiguille du midi. C’est dans une ancienne maison qu’ont été rénovés plusieurs appartement dans un style moderne. Le nôtre possédait un rez de chaussé avec un belle cuisine et tout ses ustensiles. Un bar vaisselle et lave linge est aussi présent avec ses capsules. La chambre a l’étage était équipé d’une excellente literie. Un rideau séparait un hamac d’intérieur que les enfants ont beaucoup apprécié. Les tv dans la chambre et en bas diffusaient la tv mais aussi un choix de films gratuits. Juste un bémol dans ce magnifique appartement c’est l’absence d’où retires à l’étage. Pour le reste de l’hôtel, c’est du sans fautes. Malgré une coupure d’eau venant de la ville, la réception s’est mise en quatre et nous a ouvert une chambre de l’hôtel pour qu’on puisse se doucher. Le personnel est professionnel et agréable. Nous reviendrons pour profiter du reste de l’hôtel.

Excellent hotel right next to the l'aiguille du midi gondola! The location is a 3 minute walk away from the pedestrian areas so it was very quiet, thankfully. Staff was friendly snd caring. Our room had AC! This was welcome as the sun was strong and the days were hot. Breakfast was a full buffet and delicious. I would stay there again. Highly recommend!

Good options are limited, the service upon arrival and the entire stay was full of incredibly rude staff. We stayed in the apartments which are designed terribly with only one bathroom on the first floor. The walls are paper thin so we could hear our neighbors yelling, laughing and partying all night long. The apartment came ill equipped with no dish or hand soap or any paper towels. Fabio the valet/bell boy was delightful and thorough. The desk staff both when we arrived and when we checked out were abrupt, unhelpful and condescending. Physically the apartment was clean and as described.

J’avais opté pour l’ appartement isabelle pour loger deux adultes et deux enfants. Les appartements sont à côté de l’hôtel juste à proximité de la gare du téléphérique de l’aiguille du midi. C’est dans une ancienne maison qu’ont été rénovés plusieurs appartement dans un style moderne. Le nôtre possédait un rez de chaussé avec un belle cuisine et tout ses ustensiles. Un bar vaisselle et lave linge est aussi présent avec ses capsules. La chambre a l’étage était équipé d’une excellente literie. Un rideau séparait un hamac d’intérieur que les enfants ont beaucoup apprécié. Les tv dans la chambre et en bas diffusaient la tv mais aussi un choix de films gratuits. Juste un bémol dans ce magnifique appartement c’est l’absence d’où retires à l’étage. Pour le reste de l’hôtel, c’est du sans fautes. Malgré une coupure d’eau venant de la ville, la réception s’est mise en quatre et nous a ouvert une chambre de l’hôtel pour qu’on puisse se doucher. Le personnel est professionnel et agréable. Nous reviendrons pour profiter du reste de l’hôtel.

Second stay at the Heliopic, first in the hotel then this one in the apartments, and just amazing. Fantastic well equipped immaculate apartment. The bedding is amazing best nights sleep in a huge bed. Staff are very attentive and helpful. The views are phenomenal and never cease to amaze. The pool and spa are perfect after a long day. The free coffees water and ice cream are a lovely touch. Highly recommend and will certainly be back.

Excellent hotel right next to the l'aiguille du midi gondola! The location is a 3 minute walk away from the pedestrian areas so it was very quiet, thankfully. Staff was friendly snd caring. Our room had AC! This was welcome as the sun was strong and the days were hot. Breakfast was a full buffet and delicious. I would stay there again. Highly recommend!

외부 자쿠지 있는 아파트먼트 호실에서 머물렀는데 정말 좋았습니다. 부모님이랑 같이 머물렀는데 취사도 가능하고 취사도구들도 다 완벽해서 스위스 음식에 지칠때 쯤 직접 취사해먹을 수 있어서 좋았어요. 특히 몽블랑 뷰 외부 자쿠지 대박입니다. 위치도 샤모니 도착-출발 하는 메인 버스정류장에서 걸어서 5분거리라 짐가방 들고 이동하기에도 매우 편했네요 샤모니 가시는 한국인 분들 있으시면 여기 강추입니다.

The apartment was perfect for our needs, spacious, separate bedroom, lounge with sofa bed, dining table, well equipped kitchen, balcony, we were a family of 3. Although we didnt cook it was great to have those facilities should we have needed them. Having the use of everything the hotel had to offer was great, the superb spa, hamman and pool, bar area, reception, ski shop on site, complimentary water, coffee and juice and sweets for the children. close proximity to the bus services to the various ski areas. A very successful and enjoyable time had by all.

Great service and great location. 5 minutes to ski buses and all shops and Chamonix did central. Staff very attentive and the spa facilities were amazing after a day of skiing.

Perfectly clean hotel. Evening staff is not pleasant and claimed I had received an email denying my ability to park at the hotel as the parking was full (which I did not receive), and when I asked them to show me/forward me the email he was insisting they sent he told me to take it up with the morning staff. Entitled and did not actually seem to want to help

Appartement henriette super, spacoeux, propre et chaleureux. Super bien equipé. Seuk point negatif la piscine nest pas accessible pour les enfants de 14h00 à 21h00. Uniquement disponible de 10h00 à 14h00 donc pas possible dacceder lorsqu'on sejourne une seule nuit car la chambre doit etre liberé à 11h00. Dommage

We stayed at the apartments. There is also the hotel separate from the apartments. Location is perfect, right next to the cable car and close to restaurants and shopping. The apartment was very clean and furnished with everything needed. Very quiet as well. Beds are comfortable. We really enjoyed staying here and worked well for 3 adults.
