Parking is safe. Breakfast wasn't great, but it was Xmas holiday, so it's somewhat understood.

No elevator, which is a bummer if you're not staying on the 1st floor. Breakfast is pretty paltry. Staff was nice. I wasn't expecting anything fancy. Stayed for a reunion that was close by.

The establishment had the doors locked all around, including the front entrance due to staff shortage. There is a phone for you to call and they will open the door for you to let you need. There police station is across the street and the area feels safe. There is no elevator, and you will need to take the stairs on the far end of the building. My 2nd floor room was adjacent to that door/staircase and it was insulated well enough that I was only woken up once during the night when someone was going onto the 2nd floor. The continental breakfast was okay. No meat. It was a fine stay for the price.

Our room was in good condition and the staff were very friendly. Our rooms were cleaned daily, beds were made and fresh towels everyday too! I was really impressed because most hotel only do this by request now. The only downside was no elevator so we had to carry our luggage up and down the stairs. Overall, it was a great hotel stay.

Parking was secure, across the street from a police station. The room was spotless, and the staff were very attentive. The bed is very comfortable, but the pillows lack comfort. The breakfast buffet is nice, but not particularly diabetic-friendly. Overall, this was a good experience

This is a wonderful hotel, quiet, clean, good breakfast and great parking.you can even buy a beer or wine nightcap if desired.

Great stay. Very secure area. Even need a key to get into the lobby and up the stairs to the rooms. Good hot breakfast the following morning.

So very happy we chose this hotel for our extended weekend. It is a charming little hotel. Staff is exceptionally friendly, hotel is very clean, and there is ample parking. Entrance into hotel is warm and inviting and staff is welcoming. I appreciated the quiet and also how safe I felt staying here with my daughter. The free breakfast is a fun added perk. Drive into Pittsburgh was about 30 minutes and drive to airport about 15. Dining options are available near hotel.

Our stay was met with friendly staff, clean condition and very quiet. Comfortable. Breakfast was good. They had a little store and a beer and wine bar. We stayed for four days and couldn't have been more pleased.

Clean rooms, safe building, friendly staff. The small bar in the lobby was open until 2am which was a nice option to relax at after a long day of driving. My only recommendation to the hotel is to invest in better pillows, as the current ones are a little flat and hard. Otherwise, this was a great stay!

On checkout we were informed that their computers were down and they would email us a receipt for our stay. We are still waiting. Was our bill adjusted to reflect the removal of conditional additional charges for abuse of our room? We don’t know. Housekeeping was excellent. Breakfast was good. Very quiet.

Very clean and very friendly staff. Breakfast was great, and the room was just as advertised.... beds could be more comfy but not bad at all, I didn't wake up sore or anything. We were on the 2nd floor in the middle and never heard anything or anyone else our entire stay. We were visiting nearby Geneva College the next day so stayed here after a 6 hour drive, it was calm, clean, comfy, friendly and we had everything we needed with no complaints. Very small town area but cool places to eat and unique shops. We had vicellis pizza and it hit the spot with very friendly people in the town area too :)

We checked in late on a Friday night and were greeted by thee nicest front desk woman. Our room did feel a little humid and had the slightest musty smelll, but overall it was a pretty good hotel for the weekend.

We spent a weekend visiting family. The hotel is fairly new and clean. It is located in an industrial park entrance across from Ambridge High School, the police station and fire department. School was out and the area was very quiet. The hotel is a buzz in and your room key gets you in and out. The lobby is small and has a sitting area, coffee stand. The breakfast area is to the left with a few small tables. Breakfast is eggs, breakfast meat, waffle and pancake maker and various other breakfast items yogurt fruit juice and packages bake goods. The hotel is small. They allow pets. We asked for a pet free room and we were we had to go upstairs where there had not been pets for while. There is no elevator. The room at the top of the stairs was clean and comfortable . Unfortunately, the hotel was full and housekeeping did not come sat and sunday. So beds not made, soap and towels not refilled. Someone had dropped off towels on Saturday. All in all we would stay there again. Good place foe the price.

The staff was very pleasant. Very helpful. I had two rooms rented. The one room did have a musty smell to it. We have plenty of towels it was clean. And yes I would come back. The breakfast was plenty for our needs. There was a waffle maker. There was some scrambled eggs. There was also bagels and bread for toast juice as well.

The motel was very nice, but I have 2 complaints. Charging forty dollars per day for 3 of the 5 days stay for "incidentals" is ridiculous. My wife and I have been on vacations for 45 years and never experienced this. The bill was for seven hundred and eight dollars, but my Visa was charged for nine hundred and twenty dollars. Denise said that I will only be charged seven hundred and eight dollars when the charge moves from pending to posted on my Visa account. The 2nd complaint is that our room (118) was not cleaned at all on 10/5/2024. Our checkout was 10/6/2024 am. I mentioned this to Denise at checkout.

Bed was very uncomfortable. Pillows was flat. Housekeeper came in room before we checked out. She was told we had checked out.

Excellent refrigerator with good freezer and wonderful shower.

Decent continental breakfast, check-in was easy, staff was friendly. The digital cable was hard to use, could not go to a channel directly, had to flip through all channels to get where you wanted. Water pipes were loud during shower. Room came with a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. :-)

Have stayed here before and always had good experiences. Same this time, though both mattresses in my room could use replacement.

Great switch at the last minute to this hotel. It is about 30 minutes north west of Pittsburgh. The hotel worked with me to ensure my elderly parents had a 1st floor room since there is NO elevator. The hotel is exceptionally clean and the breakfast was wonderful (waffle station, biscuits and gravy, some type of egg daily, ham or sausage, oatmeal and cereal, bagel/toast/muffin, fruit, milk, yogurt, juice, coffee-24 hours, available). The hotel is directly across from the fire and police stations. It is easy to get on/off main roads. There is gas and a few small restaurants within walking distance. The only small complaints I do have is that when the people above us walked around, it boomed throughout our rooms. The fitness center/laundry machine room had incorrect times listed on the signs and nobody informed me. I was locked out at 7:30 from retrieving my clothes when it stated I had until 10 PM. The young lady working did not have a master key until after a few calls to the manager. Initially I was told I’d have to wait until laundry opened at 8 AM or until the manager came at 11 PM. (Neither were an option). A temporary sign would have prevented aggravation especially when I heard staff knew about this. My mom left her phone in the room at checkout. When we went to go get it 8 hours later, we were told that someone should have notified me by phone. That did not happen (I called them regardless).

It was a nice hotel. Quiet area. The king sized bed was not comfortable.

The staff, especially Janelle, was very accommodating and courteous.

Had to wait at least 10 min. outside door while one person was on phone. Lack of sufficient staff. Not a criticism of the person. Mattresses were lumpy and felt like bean bags, and pillows were hard and uncomfortable. I will not stay there again.

The staff is amazing and very friendly!!!!

The bed was too hard, the pillows were not at all comfortable. The shower floor has deep grooves in it that make you off balance. The remote didn't work for the TV so we had to switch it out for another. Trash cans at breakfast were overflowing, all three of them. There was no coffee until I and another guest complained, then they made more. No one was ever at the desk, they were in the back eating and on their phones.

I enjoyed my four-day stay. It was safe, quiet, clean, the staff was friendly, it had a nice continental breakfast and it was only 25 minutes from downtown Pittsburgh. Great value for the money.

A great property - neat, clean, safe (across the street from the police and fire stations), well lit, well maintained, accessible, close to highway, with a 24-7 front desk, a beer/wine bar, and lots of parking. Property is also located at the edge of downtown so there were convenient dining and shopping options. We were more than pleasantly surprised and will be staying there on our next trip to Pittsburgh!

Quiet environment was an excellent experience. Breakfast was cold and not everyone eats pork.
