The guesthouse has a good vibe: a shared kitchen with lots of appliances, snacks and overall lovely decorated, Everything kept clean. Spacious room, nice bathroom with shower. Friendly and helpful staff and it's in the middle of Sofia, walking distance to Vitosha Blvd and lots of cool restaurants and bars and close to the metro station.

The location was great and the beds were very comfortable. The rooms are small, but adequate. Staff is there between about 10 and 7 so if you’re out early for the day, there is no one there to answer any questions or help out. When the staff are there they were very helpful. Really my only complaint is that the description says that there is “self-serve laundry” on site. In fact, the laundry must be done by a staff member (so can only be started when they arrive, and must be completed by 7) and is quite expensive at 10€ per load. We had booked this spot at the very middle of our trip because we expected to be able to do our laundry efficiently and cheaply. The description of the services available should be updated to reflect the reality so expectations are managed.

They lost a star due to the laundry being down. It was something I was needing and relying on and it wasn't available. Staff did their best to help but there just weren't other options around that would assist. Cons: No laundry Super squeaky floor and thin walls Tiny showers Pros: Super clean Great location Helpful staff

Super friendly and helpful lady on reception. Our room was in the front building with 2 others, and our own shared kitchen which was so well appointed, we could easily have cooked in there. Superb little touches in the kitchen such as free coffee pods, tea, snacks and chocolate croissants for breakfast. The room itself was spotless, and the bathroom creatively laid out, cracking shower and both decorated to a really high standard. I have stayed in hotels that charge 3 times this which have not been of such good quality. There is a small car park about 200 yards before you reach the hotel which is ideally located but a space is not guaranteed (I think it was about 18lv for 24 hours)

Such a great place, I wish we had more than 1 night there. Super friendly staff, immaculately clean, nice common area with free snacks, coffee and tea. The vintage decor is super cute, and the area is very walkable to lots of restaurants, shops, metro etc. Highly recommended!

Location is excellent. Very close to Vitosha Blvd where there are so many restaurants and cafes. Also walking distance to many major attractions in the city. Room is very clean and cute. There is a shared kitchen with free snacks, coffee and tea. Great experience. Only downside is the presence of stray cats around the property. Otherwise, perfect. Highly recommended.

I couldn't figure out if this was a 'hostel' or a 'hotel' when booking, but it is more of a hostel type place in that there are common areas. I had a single room (looked just like the one picture with the black bathroom with license plates). Everything appeared to be clean and in good condition. Both the mattress and the pillow could use an upgrade, in that neither one was very firm/fluffy. They were okay, but more on the 'hostel' side than a 'hotel' type. As someone else mentioned, the kitchen is very narrow so if more than one (maybe two) people are in there at once it would be cramped. No one was ever in there at the same time as me so it was fine. Plenty of kitchen things to cook and eat on site. Very close to all the main attractions. Check-in and Check-out were easy. I think there is more than one building. Some of the phones on the website must the the other building. I was in the gray building which had about 3-4 rooms, a kitchen (not the white one pictured here) and dining room. They have a door marked laundry but I don't know if that was available to guests. They also had free snacks (sweets) if you need a little pick me up along the way. Coffee and tea is also free. Soap and shampoo provided in room. (Excuse my mess in the bedroom, should have moved that before the photo but oh well.)

Es war sauber, und interessant eingerichtet! Dass Frühstück machte ich mir selbst, in den dafür vogesehenen Räumlichkeiten! Die Rezeption hat bis 21.00 Uhr, nicht bis 19.00 Uhr auf! Fehler in der Erklärung! Alles war gut!

Adorable guest house with clean facilities and amenities. Some rooms have shared shower and toilet facilities, but some have a private bath. The shared kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'd need for cooking, and coffee and tea are provided. Very helpful staff will hold your luggage after checkout, as well as calling a cab.

This guesthouse is just gorgeous. We rented a room with private bathroom. I was amazed at the cleanliness of not only our room, but the common areas and shred bathrooms. The location is ideal, making it possible to walk everywhere. I would definitely stay here again.

スタッフの方は全員親切でフレンドリーでした。シングルルームに宿泊しましたが、清潔で広さも十分でした。シャワーやトイレはいつも清掃が行き届いていてゲストハウスの中では群を抜いて環境が良いと思います。メインの道路から少し路地を入ったところ位置していて、静かさと便利さを両立しています。室内は分煙ですので喫煙者にもおすすめです（やはり周りに気を使いますので）

Short walk to tons of restaurants and near the metro line which made it easy for transfers. Apartment was cute and easy to check after hours. Very clean for a hostel. Only thing waa floor was creaky and i was afraid of waking up neighbors lol

Located in the heart of Sofia. Public traffic is easily accessible. The room isn't isolated, so you can hear the nearby street at night. Also the shower is just awful. It is either you get blasted with the sun temperature or ice cold as Antarctic, nothing in-between. Some of the decorations in the room are installed sloppy and electrical wiring wrapped in tape for the heating element?! C'mon. Free snacks, coffee and tea. Staff is nice. Wi-Fi is absolutely horrible, basically non-existent. Like max 5mbit/s if you are lucky to get even a signal.

Equipe gentil e atenciosa. Localização excelente a poucos passos da Vitosha Boulevard. Única queixa quanto ao piso de madeira rangendo a cada passo dado no quarto, e banheiro sem divisão entre o chuveiro e o restante do espaço.

Plenty of kitchen things to cook and eat on site. Very close to all the main attractions. Check-in and Check-out were easy. I think there is more than one building. Some of the phones on the website must the the other building. I was in the gray building which had about 3-4 rooms, a kitchen (not the white one pictured here) and dining room. They have a door marked laundry but I don't know if that was available to guests. They also had free snacks (sweets) if you need a little pick me up along the way. Coffee and tea is also free. Soap and shampoo provided in room. (Excuse my mess in the bedroom, should have moved that before the photo but oh well.)

The reservation desk was very prompt with all their communication and arranged self check in. The property is very well maintained with a lot of free high quality snacks for guests. And to top it all the place is less than five minutes walk to the Vitosha Boulevard pedestrian street and most other Sofia attractions.

The location was great and the beds were very comfortable. The rooms are small, but adequate. Staff is there between about 10 and 7 so if you’re out early for the day, there is no one there to answer any questions or help out. When the staff are there they were very helpful. Really my only complaint is that the description says that there is “self-serve laundry” on site. In fact, the laundry must be done by a staff member (so can only be started when they arrive, and must be completed by 7) and is quite expensive at 10€ per load. We had booked this spot at the very middle of our trip because we expected to be able to do our laundry efficiently and cheaply. The description of the services available should be updated to reflect the reality so expectations are managed.

Beautiful little cozy flat, with all you need for a short stay, having coffee and tea available is a delight when traveling solo. Only thing missing is a real person form the place welcoming you and ensure you don’t need anything.

Such a great place, I wish we had more than 1 night there. Super friendly staff, immaculately clean, nice common area with free snacks, coffee and tea. The vintage decor is super cute, and the area is very walkable to lots of restaurants, shops, metro etc. Highly recommended!

My stay here was very pleasant even though I was only there 1 night. The only issue I had was when I first arrived nobody was there even though they were supposed to be open at 10am. I had to waited and was greeted as if I was disturbing her. However I was able to leave my bags and walk around. The room was very comfortable and nice, the Aesthetics was very pleasing. Also I left my AirPods there and reached out to them and they have been very helpful to assist me with getting them back. I would definitely stay here again.

Adorable guest house with clean facilities and amenities. Some rooms have shared shower and toilet facilities, but some have a private bath. The guesthouse was terrific and the hostess so friendly and attentive. The location super near to shopping and sights. I will absolutely recommend it and if I am going to Sofia again I would rather stay here than in an expensive 5 -star hotel.

Small but amazing property. Location is the best, right on the heart of the city center, nice neighborhood. Room was nicely decorated, very clean. Nice and helpful staff. This guesthouse is just gorgeous. We rented a room with private bathroom. I was amazed at the cleanliness of not only our room, but the common areas and shred bathrooms. The location is ideal, making it possible to walk everywhere. I would definitely stay here again.

Super friendly and helpful lady on reception. Our room was in the front building with 2 others, and our own shared kitchen which was so well appointed, we could easily have cooked in there. Superb little touches in the kitchen such as free coffee pods, tea, snacks and chocolate croissants for breakfast. The room itself was spotless, and the bathroom creatively laid out, cracking shower and both decorated to a really high standard. I have stayed in hotels that charge 3 times this which have not been of such good quality. There is a small car park about 200 yards before you reach the hotel which is ideally located but a space is not guaranteed (I think it was about 18lv for 24 hours)

I couldn't figure out if this was a 'hostel' or a 'hotel' when booking, but it is more of a hostel type place in that there are common areas. I had a single room (looked just like the one picture with the black bathroom with license plates). Everything appeared to be clean and in good condition. Beautiful small hotel. I had a small 1 person room, but there is a large kitchen / living space where you can sit. You can use all the kitchen utensils you need. There’s coffee, tea and snacks for free. Location is also great. Would definitely recommend it!
