Muy bien ubicado, a una cuadra de la playa. Habitación cómoda, en estos momentos están reformando por lo que en algún momento me molestó los ruidos de la misma. Deberían de cambiar los televisores para Smart así el pasajero puede tener la posibilidad de ver Netflix u otras aplicaciones en lugar de la TV en cable que no tiene muchos canales en español. El desayuno no es buffet, es bueno para los israelíes, no para lo que nos gusta continental ya que no había gran variedad de panes, bizcochos, etc. De todas maneras, cuando terminen la refacción volvería. Otro tema es el estacionamiento, es limitado en los lugares y es por orden de llegada, no pudiendo reservar lo que es complicado porque de saber que no tiene uno buscaría otra opción por fuera del hotel.y no a último momento.

La struttura si trova in una posizione comodissima per visitare la città e a due passi dal mare. Ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Camera molto molto piccola ma discretamente pulita, letto comodo, acqua in camera e colazione servita compresa (non europea e nemmeno continentale ma comunque abbondante). The Hotel wasn’t bad. Beds were comfortable and the staff were nice. But it needs investment as the last 10% just isn’t up to scratch. For example the gym is horrible. It wasn’t cleaned once during my stay, has exposed wires coming up from the floor and broken air con. The shower leaks, and the grouting is complete state. We loved the spacious room and location. The beach is right there and it's a short walk to Carmel Market. The room was excellent (we had a room with a patio) with the exception of some plumbing issues. The shower drain made a constant gurgling noise that was super loud and constant throughout our stay. We loved spending time on the patio, it felt like we were experiencing the city even when we were resting at the hotel. The gym was a mess so I ended up working out on the beach. I highly recommend skipping the gym and going to the beach! There's a ton of workout equipment on every beach. The breakfast was delicious.

Otelin konumu harika, çok güzel bir konumda, denize çok yakın. Otelin Tam önünde toplu taşıma seçenekleri mevcut. Kahvaltı açık büfe değil, otelin altında yer alan cafe de veriliyor ve menüden seçebiliyorsunuz. Hotel.com ‘da yazıyor ancak ücretsiz bisiklet imkanı yok, havuz yazıyor fakat otelde havuz da yok. Otelin odaları yatakları çok konforlu, banyosu çok temiz ve güzel. Herkes çok yardımcı. Hiç zorluk yaşamadık.

Une vraie honte de séjourner dans cet hôtel, une catastrophe sans nom !!! Pour commencer la chambre à notre arrivée étati clarement SALE , le salle de bain à peine nettoyée, le miroir remplie de poussiere!! Pour faire suivre, le service au petit déjeuner catastrophique, le personnel incompétent, plus de 30 min tous les matins pour attendre un café au lait. Le ménage de chambre n'a pas été fait 3 jours sur 7 !!!! Quand il a été fait, ils ont uniquement changé les servietttes de toilette et fait le lit, pas un coup de balai n'a été passé de la semaine, pas une seule poubelle vidée dans la chambre. une odeur de toilettes en permanence au niveau du lobby !!! La salle de sport, un vrai déchet, pas une serviette, le ménage pas fais!!!! j'y ai sejourné pour une occasion particulière et l'hotel à gaché notre séjour !!!NEVER AGAIN SCANDALEUX !!

Very well located hotel but the rooms are not set up with enough closet or drawers. Very pet friendly. Some staff members are friendlier than others. The parking in the basement is tiny but very convenient. If your are planning to use it, make sure your car is not higher than 1.50 meter

Brown Beach House is a good option if you're looking for accommodations close to the beach. We stayed for 3 days and enjoyed our experience. We found the hotel in general could be cleaner, and the rooms were a little dated, despite being 'modern' in decoration. Our A/C broke the last night before we left, which could have been a problem given the 40 degree weather. The staff as well were not all friendly, and depending on who was working the front desk, we sometimes felt like we were a nuisance. If you book through Expedia, breakfast is included at their restaurant downstairs, which was a huge plus. We were thinking traditional American continental breakfast, but you can have a large, sit-down breakfast, and it is included in the cost! The food was phenomenal; we had shakshuka, buffalo mozzarella salad, and many dips fresh challah. Overall, the location and breakfast is worth coming back for, although the hotel is a little small and dated.

Hotel is well located and nice but the service in the room is not up to par. One day they forgot towels the other they forgot toilet paper, the floor was always Sandy like Brooke’s but not washed. At the reception service was good as well as at the restaurant.

Je ne suis pas du tout contente nous sommes arrivés dans une toute petite chambre obscure pas du tout conforme au photos 😡😡De plus l hygiène des toilettes étaient plus que douteuses. Nous avons obtenu de changer de chambre au bout de 3nuits sur un séjour de 5 nuits. Le vendredi nous descendons au petit déjeuner complet on nous dit de revenir dans une heure!!! Retornamos ao hotel após há alguns anos mas ficamos um pouco frustrados. O hotel precisa de manutenção e reforma , os quartos estão envelhecidos e o serviço de quarto/arrumação é muito fraco realizado por pessoas despreparadas, não repondo corretamente shampoo, sabonetes toalhas e etc. contudo continua a ser uma boa opção, ótima localização e o time da recepção é muito atencioso. O café da manhã é ótimo e a cama/colchão/almofadas muito confortáveis.
Retornamos ao hotel após há alguns anos mas ficamos um pouco frustrados. This was my second stay at the Brown Beach, the first was in 2017. The first stay was great, clean rooms, tasty breakfast... nice lobby snacks. This time the room they gave me was initially horrid, dank and tiny. I was able to move, and the new room was nicer, but the bed was terribly uncomfortable and lumpy, there were cockroaches and the breakfast was not good (undercooked eggs, burnt toast) and good luck getting the attention of wait staff. I was so disappointed. The front desk staff was great, but there's only so much they can do.

Brown beach house needs a makeover, at least in the rooms. Old outdated furniture, cracks in walls and dark. Also, the noise from the street is very loud. The upside is the front desk and dining area staff are excellent.

We loved the spacious room and location. The beach is right there and it's a short walk to Carmel Market. The room was excellent (we had a room with a patio) with the exception of some plumbing issues. The shower drain made a constant gurgling noise that was super loud and constant throughout our stay. We loved spending time on the patio, it felt like we were experiencing the city even when we were resting at the hotel. The gym was a mess so I ended up working out on the beach. I highly recommend skipping the gym and going to the beach! There's a ton of workout equipment on every beach. The breakfast was delicious.

I checked in late and the receptionist had an issue with the computer but still was very nice. The room window was broken and because of that was slightly open all of night, and because of that we had a lot of noises and even an horrible smell during the night that coming from the outside, the breakfast was fine.

Brown Beach House is a good option if you're looking for accommodations close to the beach. We stayed for 3 days and enjoyed our experience. We found the hotel in general could be cleaner, and the rooms were a little dated, despite being 'modern' in decoration. Our A/C broke the last night before we left, which could have been a problem given the 40 degree weather. The staff as well were not all friendly, and depending on who was working the front desk, we sometimes felt like we were a nuisance. If you book through Expedia, breakfast is included at their restaurant downstairs, which was a huge plus. We were thinking traditional American continental breakfast, but you can have a large, sit-down breakfast, and it is included in the cost! The food was phenomenal; we had shakshuka, buffalo mozzarella salad, and many dips fresh challah. Overall, the location and breakfast is worth coming back for, although the hotel is a little small and dated.

Une vraie honte de séjourner dans cet hôtel, une catastrophe sans nom !!! Pour commencer la chambre à notre arrivée étati clarement SALE , le salle de bain à peine nettoyée, le miroir remplie de poussiere!! Pour faire suivre, le service au petit déjeuner catastrophique, le personnel incompétent, plus de 30 min tous les matins pour attendre un café au lait. Le ménage de chambre n'a pas été fait 3 jours sur 7 !!!! Quand il a été fait, ils ont uniquement changé les servietttes de toilette et fait le lit, pas un coup de balai n'a été passé de la semaine, pas une seule poubelle vidée dans la chambre. une odeur de toilettes en permanence au niveau du lobby !!! La salle de sport, un vrai déchet, pas une serviette, le ménage pas fais!!!! j'y ai sejourné pour une occasion particulière et l'hotel à gaché notre séjour !!!NEVER AGAIN SCANDALEUX !!

The hotel was adorable! And just a 5 minute walk to the beach. The staff was friendly & helpful- they made you feel welcomed. I would definitely stay at this property, or maybe try one of their other ones, the next time I'm in Tel Aviv.

Muy bien ubicado, a una cuadra de la playa. Habitación cómoda, en estos momentos están reformando por lo que en algún momento me molestó los ruidos de la misma. Deberían de cambiar los televisores para Smart así el pasajero puede tener la posibilidad de ver Netflix u otras aplicaciones en lugar de la TV en cable que no tiene muchos canales en español. El desayuno no es buffet, es bueno para los israelíes, no para lo que nos gusta continental ya que no había gran variedad de panes, bizcochos, etc. De todas maneras, cuando terminen la refacción volvería. Otro tema es el estacionamiento, es limitado en los lugares y es por orden de llegada, no pudiendo reservar lo que es complicado porque de saber que no tiene uno buscaría otra opción por fuera del hotel.y no a último momento.

Kahvaltı açık büfe değil, otelin altında yer alan cafe de veriliyor ve menüden seçebiliyorsunuz. Hotel.com ‘da yazıyor ancak ücretsiz bisiklet imkanı yok, havuz yazıyor fakat otelde havuz da yok. Otelin odaları yatakları çok konforlu, banyosu çok temiz ve güzel. Herkes çok yardımcı. Hiç zorluk yaşamadık.

This was my second stay at the Brown Beach, the first was in 2017. The first stay was great, clean rooms, tasty breakfast... nice lobby snacks. This time the room they gave me was initially horrid, dank and tiny. I was able to move, and the new room was nicer, but the bed was terribly uncomfortable and lumpy, there were cockroaches and the breakfast was not good (undercooked eggs, burnt toast) and good luck getting the attention of wait staff. I was so disappointed. The front desk staff was great, but there's only so much they can do.
