Clean room, parking. Very nicely maintained grounds. Good selection for breakfast.

There was still a lot of snow on the ground which took up parking spaces and the amount of money that we paid for one night in the offseason was a little too much. But other than that the room was clean the area was nice and quiet.

I requested a late check-in and the very kind and clear staff told me they would leave my key for me in the black box to the left of the office door. I found no key in the box when I arrived and nobody answered the phone so I did not stay at the hotel. I am wondering if they will consider refunding my money. Or perhaps I did something wrong.
