Our stay this past weekend was ok. Nothing not upsetting. Just noticed that our room 420 had a light out in the bathroom. Elevator was quite slow, so ended up taking the stairs quite often during our stay. The breakfast was just ok. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Arrived to broken elevator had to climb 3 flights to a room where neighbors were yelling and screaming constantly. Asked for another room and couldn’t accommodate.

Rooms were updated and clean. The breakfast that was included was incredible. The parking is the only thing I can think of that needs attention. There is limited spaces and we literally parked in the last spot available when we returned at 10:30pm after our day out.

most of hotel very very clean but the bathroom in our room had dirt in the corner behind the door. my other big concern was the outside door to the pool area was wide open. my husband went downstairs around 1AM and the door was still open, please have someone check on this because thats a accident waiting to happen

We have stayed here many times. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is always hot and ready on time. Parking is always adequate. My favorite thing is to request the first floor seems to be the quietest area that meets our needs.

Fire alarms were going off Saturday morning around 7 AM. April 5, 2025. We were told at the front desk that it was a false alarm, but no explanation as to why it was going off. These alarms were ear piercing and went off for over an hour, it was enough to drive anyone insane. We threw our stuff in our suitcases and checked out early. Did not even eat breakfast. We could not stand the noise any longer. The fire department was there, and I think they were attempting to reset the alarms, but had difficulty .

Staff was very nice, but I was given a dirty room at check in. The bedsheets were filthy, there was hair everywhere in the bathroom and even feces in the toilet. I was given a new room which was cleaner but could have used some updating. Worst part of my stay was that I got bit by a dog as I exited the elevator. The GM stated she was told the dog was a service animal but could not give me any information for the guest whose large and aggressive dog bit me. After filing a police report and calling corporate several times I have still found no resolution for my medical bills (4 stitches and antibiotics) Corporate is obviously located overseas so there is a language barrier and little to no help. Will never book with this company of hotels again.

Very very happy with our stay! We observed house keeping cleaning through our entire stay, vacuuming, dusting, stocking ect… Everyone was very pleasant and welcoming. Bravo!!!

Overall, our stay was good. We really appreciated that they started breakfast an hour early so that our youth team could be out the door at at their game in time. My only constructive criticism is the dust. The lampshades, pictures frames, headboard, and along the walls by the furniture need some alltention. I only noticed because I dropped my phone between the nightstand and bed and there was chewed up gum, some other little garbage and a lot of dust. The bathroom was very clean though. Overall I would stay here again.

Only real complaint is that the AC could not be lowered below 72 degrees. This was very warm and it felt better in the hallway. If it was not for the short stay I would have asked for another room or if this is the lowest temperature a guest can have I would have left and went elsewhere.

The room is just a bit crowded and the shower did not drain properly. Its a nice building friendly staff. There were only 2 towel sets in our room for 4 people you ask at check in how many people i would suggest giving enough towels.

We just wanted a night away while having house projects so stayed a quick night here. The check in process was smooth and upon immediate arrival the room seemed clean and nice. But after being there awhile we noticed there were multiple cracks in the ceilings, the tub would not drain and filled as we were showering and every noise the people above you made you could hear. We were woken up at 2:30am to them stomping around. The breakfast was full service and great though!

Staff was unwilling to provide me with a receipt after my stay. Expedia told me the property gives it, and the property stated Expedia is supposed to give it. This is awful, and I’m sick of people pushing things to other people. Why can’t someone just help someone out. Ridiculous, .

Overall a pleasant stay. My only issue was the inconvenient access to the complimentary coffee, as there appeared to be a kids birthday party or event taking place in the lobby on the afternoon of my arrival. When I came down later that evening, the coffee did not taste fresh. The property felt older but it had been renovated.

Check in was easy. The woman at the desk was very friendly. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast wasn’t very appealing. The watermelon was old and dried up.
