Older complex but well maintained. Bed was comfortable. Very nice view of the ocean. Easy parking. Location away from all the congestion of Daytona. Had recycling bins. Everyday saw staff maintaining and cleaning the property. Always felt safe

We liked how the rooms are very clean. Housekeeper is very friendly. Office staff wasn't all that. We were disappointed that we paid an high amount of money for our stay and we couldn't stay on the property after checking out. We wanted leave our car parked then walk to the ocean front from the hotel. Also they do not allow pool access after check out. It was a gate code, not key access, we already knew the code so it didn't make sense why we couldn't use the pool or even walk through the pool deck to the beach. The parking lot was almost empty and so was the pool when we checked out. My 4 kids was so sad. The stairs was so exhausting. Elevators is broken. We had a lot of stuff and small children to carry up and down the stairs each time.

Ocean view from balcony - gorgeous! Property is a little bit worse for wear, though room was very clean and well provisioned. Coin op laundry worked fine. They had elevator issues during my stay. I paid top dollar because it was Bike Week and rooms were scarce. For 250 a night I’d like something a little nicer!

Unless you keep the AC at 63 and on dry, which they don't tell you, the entire place and all of your belongings are soaked with salt water moisture. Beds are not very comfortable and the place is 5 years past needing an upgrade. Advertised the pool was heated, not in the least. Staff was friendly though.

Emily was amazing as well as Margaret! There was another young woman whose name I didn’t get, but she was wonderful as well! The view was incredible and the pool was pristine and beautiful! The only thing that would have made it better would be to replace the mattresses!

Staff was friendly and helpful. The building and room (furniture) were very outdated (1970's). A remodel is needed and king beds would be nice. The TV location was behind a partition wall so from the bed you couldn't see the TV. The facility was clean and the pool was perfectly heated as well. If you are a renter and not an owner, you have to pay to use a beach chair.

We had my daughter's 11th birthday here and they let us invite guests with no problem to be there for the celebration. The room was very clean and well stocked with everything you may need from toiletries to pots and pans. The pool it's self was the cleanest pool we have ever been in and we stayed in a lot of places, also the front office staff is very welcoming and kind . The beach view is amazing and the kitchen was very spacious. The beds were comfy as well.

This area is full of older hotels that have seen better days. I knew that this place was one of them and it was actually better than expected. The property is very well maintained and clean! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. We were only in town for 1 night but would be comfortable staying here for longer stays.

The view of the ocean from the room was amazing. However the hotel did not have internet the entire time we were there. They kept telling us it would be fixed soon but it wasn’t. The room was fine. The hotel was a little run down but you could not beat the view and pool.

View of the water was excellent Room was small and bed uncomfortable. Worse part was that we checked out at 8am(needed to be out by 10) front desk was locked. No one answered the phone and no voice mail available. Called every half hour until 1 pm. It is really far from daytona and lots of detours.

The property is quite run down. The unit that we had was very small. All older furnishing. The mattress on the pullout couch really needs replacing. Don't expect to check in on time. It may be 15 minutes late. No early check in is available. They have no late check out option unless you are an owner. (This is a time share). It was somewhere to lay our heads but was definitely not somewhere we would return.

The staff at Traders Inn are absolutely phenomenal! Everyone was so nice and helpful! We definitely hold a special place in our hearts for "Miss Emily" (as our kids call her) in the front office. I've dealt with her since our booking and she was just absolutely beyond amazing! We will definitely be back as we have finally found our home away from home when we come to Ormond!!!

Nothing exceptional about this property, late check in early check out. If you check out a minute later than 10am they charge an additional fee of $50. We had no time to enjoy the beach as we were not aloud to stay on property after check out.

The staff is always very welcoming and friendly. The front desk girls really make you feel at home. The place is clean and quiet and the beach has plenty of open space even on a weekend like 4th of July. I really enjoy this place when I visit. Thanks !!

Was great stay however the first night i flew from st.louis mo.to atlanta and then layover was supposed to be short but had waited over 6 hours so my flight didnt land until 8:30 pm when normally be 3:07...then had to get my rental car so was at 9 p.m. i called the hotel and Jade helped me get to there for they closed at 10...i was very stressed and panicky due to the time thing and asked her to walk me thru the way there from airport trying to beat the clock...and dark.plus road construction so she helped me with that but then when i got there it was right before 10 p.m. and jade was on phone taking along time to wait on me ...i was very exhausted and wanted to get to my room plus everyting closed and wanted to get food and ameal...finally found a late night pizza place that delivered late...but she said to me maybe i wasnt meant to be there n made me feel very small....it was rude to me to say that n i felt very bad but wasnt my plan nor fault my layover was over 6 hours..thats y i wanted to be there by 4 to get in hotel...buy food...then relax at pool n beach....but rest week was good...i askd her if she could put that person on hold n check me in for that person was just asking a bunch of questions about the area

They didn't allow early check-in which would have been nice after a 9 hour drive but that's alright. Front desk personnel were wonderful and the view of thew sunrise was superb.

Older complex but well maintained. Bed was comfortable. Very nice view of the ocean. Easy parking. Location away from all the congestion of Daytona. Had recycling bins. Everyday saw staff maintaining and cleaning the property. Always felt safe

It's an older place but well kept. Sharon at the front desk was great. Gave us lots of information about the place. Great to be only a couple of minutes walk to the beach with a stop back at the pool

The location was perfect! Right on the beach with a pool. We loved our stay as a family of 4. The only thing I would have a minor complaint about is we needed extra pillows and blankets, and didn't realize until night time. We were all a bit chilly at night. Aside from that, we loved our room and would definitely stay again.

Nice pool area and access to the beach. Rooms were large enough to accommodate 4 people. Food in the area was walkable distance which was nice. Staff were helpful.

I called ahead on my way specifically to ask if coffee was provided since we were stopping for snacks and breakfast items at Publix on the way. I was told that there was a drip coffee pot/machine and yes, there was coffee for it provided. What we found was two prepackaged coffee pods with no indication of how much each was supposed to make. It definitely seemed like more than for a single cup but we learned that it was not intended for a full pot. Or even 1/2 pot - which I tried with the second pod. It came out like colored water/ tea- like. We even pushed the “strong” button! Everything was pretty old. Sofa sleeper is what you have to sit on to watch TV and was very uncomfortable.

Wonderful location. I had an ocean view room with a balcony & a Murphy bed. The room was super clean & the view was fantastic. I wish the office area had coffee & fruit or something for breakfast. Fortunately , it’s near restaurants & markets. I also wish the check out time wasn’t so early, 10:00am. It doesn’t give you much time to enjoy the location. The bed & bedding could have been more comfortable & soft, especially the pillows.

We liked the easy access to pool & beach. Partial ocean view was perfect. Glass sliding door was very hard to open & shut. Coffee items were stale but enjoyed the big pot after buying our own coffee. Staff was very helpful & friendly. Thank you!

the staff was very friendly and the pool deck area was very nice. upon arriving, my room although dated, was spotless. lots of places to eat less than a mile away. grocery store right acroos the street.

It's not luxury but it's very clean, front and cleaning staff were great and super friendly. Pool was clean and well maintained and having the beach just feet from the pool area is great. Beach area is beautiful and quiet. This was our third time here and would come back.
