No elevator so we had to carry our luggage upstairs which is always so much fun. Not. The rooms were clean and the beds were ok. They were firmer than we like, but the served there purpose. The onsite Resturant El Jefe I give 5 Stars. The steak and sweet potato au gratin was AMAZING!!

During my stay at Shawno Four Seasons we experienced multiple incidents of the hotel being very unkept. When we checked in we noticed there was trash in our room from the last guest scattered about. We mentioned this to the front desk attendant and she advised her cleaning crew to clean our room again. We came back, and all of the trash was still there. We knew that nothing was going to be done about this, so we had to dispose of the garbage ourselves. Any other time we would have left immediately, but unfortunately we were not able to book another hotel at this time, as we were in for a wedding and needed to get to our festivities. Later in the evening we were headed to our car and noticed a large amount of vomit right outside the entertainment of the hotel. We were told it had already been reported, but was still there. The front desk staff was friendly at each encounter, but that doesn’t make up for the lack of cleanliness during our stay. If you end up having to book here, I would throughly check your rooms.

Stayed there for the Mooseyard event. It was nice that there were busses that made a stop here. Beds were comfy, clean and the staff were friendly. The room was ok. Looked like it hasn't been swept for over 2 weeks and the chair smelt like mildew, stale.

The pool area was apparently rented by people for a large family party that took up all table space and seemed to be off limits to other guests and was very loud. One of the beds in our room had hair all over the sheets and they said it was due to the cold air causing static to attract the hair but they were clean. There were no USB plug ins in our room to charge a phone and we did not bring a wall plug adapter.

Old, but well kept. There was only wall outlet by the bed which was located behind the bed. They had an 2 prong extension cord coming off of it. So if you have anything with 3 prongs, you need to bring an adapter with you if you wish to plug it in by the bed.

It was very clean and a nice pool even though we didn’t get a chance to swim. The staff was friendly and the room was spacious. The only downside was that the walls were thin and you could hear ppl in the hall talking and the shower next door to you running. Other than that I would recommend and definitely will go back if in the area.

Stay itself was fine, comfortable. Wifi didn't work at all however, on my phone or laptop. Granted my stay was just after a storm so it could have been a temporary issue, but at least consider the need to use cellular data if you must. If connectivity is not an issue, however, this place is fine.

The property itself is pretty dated, but that would be acceptable if the service n attention were above average. The receptionist had an excuse for literally everything without even remotely listening to our grievances. We hung the Maid Service Please door hanger on the door handle, got no service in 2 days. Her answer: “oh, we never see those, you should’ve called”. Then why have the door hanger at all? Lesson learned. Never again.

They gave me a key to a room that someone was already occupying. The deadbolt was latched otherwise I would have walked in on a person.(tv on and do not disturb sign on the handle) Very friendly staff though gave me a different room right away and apologized. Computer error or mistake not her fault. Wow though that could’ve ended terribly.

Clean, quiet, friendly staff, no breakfast only coffee. There is an IHOP down the street. Beware there is NOT a microwave in the room. So we couldn’t even make our own coffee. There a Mexican restaurant attached to the hotel and a bar. Yes I would stay here again.

Well the number one reason for booking the hotel was for the attached restaurant. Upon arrival with no prior notification we were I that the restaurant closed for a prolonged period of time and would not be available. Due to this the included breakfast would also not be supplied. I was told just go somewhere else to eat when I was told they are closed. Mattresses were old, worn out and extremely uncomfortable. Flooring and countertop were all pealing off in the bathroom. Overall horrible experience.

The hotel rooms itself is a bit dated but the beds were still comfy enough. The women at the check in counter was very nice. We went to the restaurant attached to the hotel & they were down a chef from what we were told & they had to go to just the buffet as an option which we figured that sounded good & completely understood. Unfortunately I didn’t ask how much that cost & it was $18.99. I would’ve checked into other options in the area considering it took 35 minutes to get our toast from the waitress which we didn’t eat being we were already done eating at least 10 minutes earlier & waiting for the bill,she made it sound like we were “lucky” we weren’t getting charged for it. The food wasn’t bad & I get being understaffed I would just suggest that the restaurant puts up a sign or the staff tells you how much the buffet is before you get seated.

I liked this quaint hotel. I would stay again for sure. It’s clean and every one of the staff are friendly. The attached restaurant, El Jefe, is excellent! The menu is Mexican, but with a unique take. I highly suggest you have a meal there while in Shawano.
