I was disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. Customer service was lacking. For the price I paid, I expected a much higher level of comfort and professionalism. Additionally, we were denied a refund for an unused night, despite needing to depart early due to unsafe travel conditions. The pool also remained out of service for the entire duration of our stay, with no communication or updates provided. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel and will be selecting alternative accommodations in the future.

I loved what the hotel had to offer and so did my two kids - the kitchen in our room, cleanliness overall, the indoor pool with great hours, closeness to restaurants and shopping, friendly staff (especially Cindy at the front desk) to name a few things. I will definitely be returning for a stay again in the future.

We especially loved the breakfast, the room, and the person who ran the breakfast was wonderful. I think his name was George! Everything was homemade and cared for. He walked the room and made sure everybody was happy which really makes everyone feel even happier! The front desk people were also very pleasant and helpful, and having numerous carts available to bring our luggage up was also extremely helpful. My only only possible negative would be that the pool is way too small! It’s perfect maybe for summer if you’re hot and you want to cool off but there’s really no swimming that can be done in something that small , if you ever get to a place where you can actually have a pool room that is huge and separate perhaps off the back or the side of the building that would be ideal! Or perhaps you’d have an indoor pool like that and an outdoor heated pool that could last through perhaps September . Anyway, that was our only thing that was not really advertised. We definitely will be back and we love it there! Thank you.

I was very impressed with this property. The hotel itself is very clean and it's so convenient to the local area. There are at least 2 restaurants in walking distance. The complimentary coffee was excellent and there are walking trails right out back. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel itself was fine. It was clan and comfortable. The pool left a lot to be desired. It is not cleaned frequently. My biggest complaint comes after check out. I stayed here with 3 of my grandchildren. After leaving my 15 yr old grandson realized he had left a necklace containing some of his mother's ashes in the room. She passed away less than a year ago. I called as soon as we realized and was told someone would check the room and to call back in 10 minutes. I did and was told they hadn't found it yet but there was a line of people needing assistance and i would get a call back. No one called back. I called again at 5:30 and retold the story. This time someone went up to the room and found it. I asked if it could be mailed out to my grandson and was told to send a shipping label. I was flabbergasted that a hotel i had just paid over $200 a night couldn't just put a young boys mother's ashes in the mail.

This was a last-minute trip to attend a family affair—but boy was it the right choice! Extremely convenient location next to restaurants and shopping. Indoor pool. Gym. Free breakfast. Kitchen area with all the amenities. Very new, modern interior, so absolutely no complaints!

Really unimpressed. First room had a broken window from a recent wind storm. Second room had not been vacuumed. Crumbs in sink and body soap in bathroom was empty. All in all the room was needed to be dusted and cleaned.

What more can you ask for. Right on the edge of beautiful cranberry bogs. Spacious rooms with kitchens and a quiet area. The heaters were a bit loud, but maybe because even on a fully booked thanksgiving- it was super quiet. We will be back for sure. Breakfast was so good too.

From the check-in with Myles the evening I arrived to my departure the next morning the staff was excellent. Room is very functional for business travelers and people staying for an extended period. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was terrific. My room was well cared for by housekeeping. I’ll be back to this location for sure.

Excellent stay. Staff are phenomenal! Bathrooms need a serious redesign. Whoever designed them missed the mark. There is not enough counter space with the sink and you trip over the toilet as you open the door. Would suggest you take a look at the bathrooms at Zero Degrees.

HVAC was REALLY loud. Breakfast was free and quality reflects what you get for the cost. Truly - Less than basic. For the cost of the room, one would expect alot more. Also: unless you are lucky enough to secure an even numbered room, you will be looking at a 99 restaurant parking lot…

The televisions do not have WiFi linked to them so you are unable to stream what you would like to. Their House People will come and be very unprofessional and not fix the issue and then act like it was an oversight. I will never return to this property.

This place was very nice. The staff was so friendly and helpful....every one of them. And it was a busy Thanksgiving weekend and they were just great. The hotel is located by some really beautiful cranberry bogs and it's a nice place to get some walking in behind the hotel...just flat. The only downside was that the furniture in the hotel was getting pretty dated. The beds were great, but the other furniture in the room was past its prime. We had a nice suite that had a sink, full size refrigerator, a two spot electric cooktop, and full cabinets with plates, glasses (actually nice ones), and some pots. I think there was a dishwasher too, but we didn't use most of these things. I'd go back.

I have always had a good experience staying at this property. The staff is great. The only issue we had was that the town lost power due to the storm and the hotel did not have power all night and the next day. This was not something the hotel could control, but I think they could have done a better job communicating to guests.

Cynthia at the front desk was very pleasant, helpful, and accommodating when my group arrived early and asked for an early check in and rooms near each other. The rooms were clean and quiet and the beds were comfy. The man who helped with breakfast was nice and helpful! Overall a good stay.

The hotel itself was fine. It was clan and comfortable. The pool left a lot to be desired. It is not cleaned frequently. My biggest complaint comes after check out. I stayed here with 3 of my grandchildren. After leaving my 15 yr old grandson realized he had left a necklace containing some of his mother's ashes in the room. She passed away less than a year ago. I called as soon as we realized and was told someone would check the room and to call back in 10 minutes. I did and was told they hadn't found it yet but there was a line of people needing assistance and i would get a call back. No one called back. I called again at 5:30 and retold the story. This time someone went up to the room and found it. I asked if it could be mailed out to my grandson and was told to send a shipping label. I was flabbergasted that a hotel i had just paid over $200 a night couldn't just put a young boys mother's ashes in the mail.

I was very impressed with this property. The hotel itself is very clean and it's so convenient to the local area. There are at least 2 restaurants in walking distance. The complimentary coffee was excellent and there are walking trails right out back. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

From the check-in with Myles the evening I arrived to my departure the next morning the staff was excellent. Room is very functional for business travelers and people staying for an extended period. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was terrific. My room was well cared for by housekeeping. I’ll be back to this location for sure.

We especially loved the breakfast, the room, and the person who ran the breakfast was wonderful. I think his name was George! Everything was homemade and cared for. He walked the room and made sure everybody was happy which really makes everyone feel even happier! The front desk people were also very pleasant and helpful, and having numerous carts available to bring our luggage up was also extremely helpful. My only only possible negative would be that the pool is way too small! It’s perfect maybe for summer if you’re hot and you want to cool off but there’s really no swimming that can be done in something that small , if you ever get to a place where you can actually have a pool room that is huge and separate perhaps off the back or the side of the building that would be ideal! Or perhaps you’d have an indoor pool like that and an outdoor heated pool that could last through perhaps September . Anyway, that was our only thing that was not really advertised. We definitely will be back and we love it there! Thank you.

The place looked nice and check-in was easy, but I found a used toilet paper roll tucked under the blanket/ pillow and no one in the staff seemed to care. I was too uncomfortable to get into bed after that and left early. I was really unfortunate.
