The gentleman that checked us in was awesome, I did not get his name and his shift ended about 30 minutes after we checked in. We got there around 10:30 pm. He was very friendly and funny. He did a great job of going over everything the hotel had to offer, pool, restaurant, bar breakfast and the exercise room. All of the front desk staff was very friendly. Little disappointed in the cleanliness of the room, and there was only 1 cup left by the ice bucket. There were 3 adults and 1 toddler in the room, we could of used a few more cups. The beds were wonderful. I haven't slept that good in awhile. All in all, it was a good stay.

Well, I was highly disappointed that the restaurant and bar was not open. That was one of the reasons why I wanted to stay there so we wouldn’t have to go out and eat or have a drink. We could be right there in the room in the hotel so yeah, I was disappointed The morning after I wanted to have a late check out in the checkout lady was extremely rude. She kind of snapped and said NO LATE CHECK OUTS. It said 12 was the checkout time and she said that we had to be out by 11.

My wife and I was very impressed with how clean, fresh our first impression was. Check out was Friendly. When we got to our room it was amazing, clean and comfortable. We visited the Bar and had a cocktail, but we didn't eat but the food smelled good and our Barmaid was very polite.

Ease with check in at gentleman at the front desk was awesome very helpful and gave printed directions to places I needed to get to. I just wish the hotel was staffed better. I waited 20 minutes to get a seat in the restaurant. After I noticed only 1 person taking orders and delivering food. Side staff 2 people helped with water, bread and questions. I really wish I would have gone to a different restaurant. The food was dry searingly under a warmer since the day before. Soups really good after I tried the other things first. All being said, hotel fabulous and restaurant so-so

Floor in our Room was sticky upon arrival. Notified desk and now one came to clean. Only 2 towels in room for 4 guest. Went to front desk and no extras available. Toilet sprayed water when flushed. Elevators were dirty.

When we checked into room the temperature was 63 degrees. We had to turn on the heat and vacate the room until it warmed up. There were no extra blankets or pillows. Hallway on second floor needed to be swept, after 3 days it was done. Elevator floors were dirty the whole 5 days we were there. Based on reviews I was expecting

I booked a 2 queen reservation….. when we arrived in our room it was a king bed with a pull out couch that was absolutely disgusting. We also didn’t have any pillows, sheets or blankets in our room for the pull out couch. When asked, they only had pillows and sheets so we had to run to Meijer at 11pm at night to get blankets to sleep with. No one working seemed to care about our experience or help solve our problems. It was very much a “it is what it is” interaction.

The staff gave us a very difficult time because we booked through Expedia. They didn’t have the room we booked and blamed it on booking through Expedia. When we did get a room, it wasn’t clean. We had to move three times before we got a clean room. We did finally get placed into the room we booked, but it took over 24 hours and a compliant filed with Expedia before we got the room we booked. When we asked for a receipt for incidentals when we checked out, we were told we could not have a receipt because we booked through Expedia. It took several minutes of discussion about needing a receipt to check room charges before they finally gave us one. Additionally, the hotel property overall was short staffed resulting in delays for service and overall not a clean or maintained property.

Lobby is really nice and clean. Staff was helpful when we checked in. The room itself was clean, but a little outdated. They only have travel size tolietries, so be prepared! Overall, worth the price for a quick stay.

Room was nice with great amenities. Walk in shower, which is a plus. Firm mattress with larger pillows. ( dont see that much any more) No noise from other rooms, and didnt hear any corridor noise outside the room either. The people at the counter are really nice and got me checked in super quick. The italian restaurant in the hotel is good eating, but its about 20% higher than I would expect, and they are slow at getting food out, so plan to sit for awhile. But no complaints on the food.

Corner suite was fantastic for our family of 4 to spread out. Beds were comfortable. Shower and bathroom areas showed a little bit of dirt/grime around edges which could be cleaner but overall we were very happy with our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

When we checked in the attendant was not exactly presentable as an IHG would want themselves represented. He told us we would be charging us $ 14.99 for breakfast and when we said we would be leaving in the morning prior to breakfast and didn't need that charge he seemed annoyed. took our credit card for incidentals and then a few moments later when I presented a beverage for purchase he wanted me to pay him with cash or another credit card. I reminded him that he had just seconds ago taken my card for incidentals and he was irritated that I pointed that out and made sure I knew it. We went up to our room and I opened the beverage I purchased, a bottle of beer, and the top snapped off and was not safe to drink. I went back downstairs and asked if I could exchange it for another and he said - "why don't you drink it or just pour it in a cup"? I told him it isn't safe an might have apiece of glass in it an he begrudgingly agreed to allow me to exchange it. NOTE: the woman at the reception desk the next morning was amazing and completely the opposite of the night attendant. thanks for caring enough to ask me about my experience. I own a business and would want to know things like this.

Checked in late, after 16 hour drive from florida. Needed a solid sleep, in a clean, quiet hotel, and this fit the bill perfectly. Very close to I75, and has plenty of restaurants in the vicinity.

The hotel itself was not bad. When we opened the door to our room, the smell was unbearable. It smelled of bleach and chemicals. At that point we had been traveling all day and I just wanted to go to bed and me and my kids were up all night because the smell was that bad. The gym equipment was filthy, The breakfast was delicious although really not worth $14.95 per person, my daughter ate a bowl of cereal. I definitely would not stay here again.

Hotel was clean. Unfriendly staff, breakfast wasn't included, charged to sit on the patio. I didnt know until check out, for all these charges. We paid 207+tax, for one night. And we cant sit on the patio for free?
