Room was large, clean and comfortable. Being across from elevators, it was a little noisier than normal. Breakfast was very good.

Sorry, but I used to clean hotels as a job. Hair in/near sink or tub did not pass. Especially now that rooms are cleaned upon request oftentimes, they should do it right. Otherwise, all was good.

Great experience. I slept like a log and after 2 nights of concerts at Red Rocks it was much needed rest! Nice hotel and it's convenience to Red Rocks was a plus. Decent breakfasts both days too.

One of the Worst Hotel Experiences I've Ever Had My family checked into this Holiday Inn expecting a comfortable stay during our Colorado vacation. Instead, it became one of the most upsetting hotel experiences we've ever had. After check-in, the TV volume wasn't working. I called the front desk. Herman answered and asked me to repeat my request. I asked, "Do you understand my English?" and repeated it. English is my second language, and I often confirm I'm being understood. Once I believed he understood, I ended the call. A minute later, Herman called back accusing me of being rude for hanging up. I explained I thought the conversation had ended. When Herman arrived, he pounded loudly on our door, startling my husband and 13-year-old daughter. Instead of helping, he accused me of insulting him by hanging up the phone. After briefly showing us how the remote worked, he raised his voice in the hallway and threatened to remove our family. He later called again, and my daughter answered. Even after she said she was a child, he continued threatening to remove our family. My husband went to the front desk for clarification. Herman told us we had 15 minutes to leave or the police would be called. When we asked what evidence justified this, we were told none was needed. Before leaving, Herman promised a full refund. However, when Hotels.com contacted the property, he denied making that promise. We were forced to find another hotel late that night. I am waiting for resolution
