Nice facility. No elevator???. Nice staff.

I was scammed. I cancelled a hotel reservation because it didn’t have a pool, this one has pictures of pools on their hotel property, we got there and there wasn’t no pool whatsoever. Keep in mind the other hotel was way cheaper as well and this one was way more, I thought because of the amenities, wrong. Check out was also supposed to be at 11 am, house keeping was already banging on the door at 9 am.

NO GUEST ELEVATOR … really?! Desk clerk was extremely nice and helpful! Way too expensive of a stay for no elevator

For a "small" hotel, they offer a decent free breakfast. They have a waffle maker, unlike other small hotel where it's only coffee and maybe a muffin. Staff are friendly. My room *212 was clean. I'm not sure if they don't put lotion in the bathroom because there was none, other than that i liked the room. The hotel has a small market / convenience store. I did not check out the fitness room.

Beds are comfortable and it’s quiet. I do wish there was an elevator.

We decided to book this hotel for our planned visit to the Cheyenne Frontier Days, purely based on affordability (compared to Cheyenne prices). It turned out to be a treat of a stay! The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was plentiful. The breakfast room becomes an available bar at night, which was so nice. The hotel is set within parking lot walking distance of a superb BBQ restaurant and a delicious Mexican restaurant (among other choices). Keep in mind, there is only one staff member on duty, and if they are busy, you will be waiting for assistance at check-in or check-out (or bar service at night). Patience is necessary on that front.

Unless you actually go through the hotel website, you don’t know there is not an elevator or help with luggage up 18 steps. I’ve had 6 back surgeries and this was difficult for me to do.

This hotel was very clean and very safe. Walkable easily to coffee in the morning and some convenience stores close. There is no elevator, but there is a great little continental breakfast! Staff was very friendly and easy, check-in and checkout.

Did not have prior knowledge they do not have an elevator and they gave me a second floor room without asking.

Let me start by saying we booked our stay based on your advertisement of a pool and patio for our stay, we have 3 children and several other baseball team families also stayed here because we all wanted a pool and patio for us adults to relax after days full of baseball. This property had NO SWIMMING POOL and a very small patio. Not the patio your page shows for this property. I demand compensation for this, as we had to pay $30 each day at the local rec center to go swimming, and very inconvenient having to travel back and forth for this. BREAKFAST- Saturday morning at 8 15, there were NO EGGS, HAM, OR POTATOES available, i ask the front desk... he says he will go get some....25 min laterz with a room FULL of people waiting for food, he then brings eggs out as we are leaving and had to go spend $76 for breakfast at village inn for our family. Sunday morning, we walk down to go eat and doors are locked at 9am and again we have to go.spend $80 on breakfast and drive 10 miles to do so. I ask the counter again, why is breakfast closed at 9 when the sign says sat/sun 7am to 10am. I am beyond angry and disappointed in this extreme inconvenient happenings all wknd. I feel i should be very well reimbursed.

When you enter in room it’s coming bad smell from carpet rom 202

Dirty sheets on the bed when first arrived. Management quickly handled and changed them but seriously, get rid of stained sheets don’t recycle them.

Mostly clean and decent breakfast. Not the most comfortable bed I've slept in... The room needed some repairs... Deadbolt would not lock because the door was misaligned and the sink faucet was broken.

Pros: Staff was welcoming, room clean except for wet washcloth left in bathroom. Don't know about breakfast, left too early. Great fresh coffee, microwave, fridge! Cons: Soft beds, towels are extremely thin and small, out of body wash and shampoo in the shower's refillable bottles. Make sure to book first floor, no elevator. Would stay again for an overnight, not a vacation. Very friendly staff.

The property is showing the wear & tear over the years, laundry out of order, cabinets in breakfast room showing wear, shower faucet and handle need replacement.

The staff was great, the rooms need updating. The room had a very old worn sleeper sofa, the bathroom had a loose tile by the tub. The breakfast bar could not keep the eggs warm.

The food options were ok. The coffee was good and I liked they had the vanilla creamer. I would like cartons of milk to drink. I liked that the AC worked well. The room could use some updating. One of the lamps, the light was out. It was confusing on how to turn on the TV. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We rented a suite and it was very large and comfortable. It did not have dish cleaning soap o dish towels but the great staff helped out. I liked that there was a bar and food to purchase (microwave able) The dining area was small.

We stay here Everytime we go to Greeley. It's quiet, the beds are the most comfortable I've ever felt in a hotel. The staff is extremely friendly. It's very clean. Their coffee is even really good.I highly recommend it.

Moved us to adjacent room as TV wouldn't connect with cable.

The only hotel I’ve ever been to without an elevator. We stayed in the middle of the building and the stairs were located on either end. Only access to the upstairs rooms. No big deal, the only real issue was that it was nearly 100° the day we arrived and the room was not temperature controlled. They did have wall units but did not work very well, so it was a hot night.

Room was clean and comfortable but located next to a busy highway and a railroad. Breakfast was not very desirable.

For the most part, our visit was good - driving directions though, took us to an empty field, but we eventually found it! Concerns re room 128 were continual noise from stair traffic (we turned on the TV to block that) also, the heater in room doesn’t shut off to temp selected - we set it at 70, fell asleep and it was over 80 degrees in the room and heater still running!. Lastly, the alarm went off at 6 am - so much for sleeping in on a vacation Sunday! No THAT big of a deal to us - but could be a big deal to other customers!

The two remote system for the tv was not customer friendly.

The host at the front counter was very friendly and professional and helped me right away with my room when I was having issues with the lock. Recommend this place very much.

Such a great little place. We were there for a volleyball tournament and they usually offer breakfast at 7am on weekends but when the staff found out we had to be to the tournament at 7:15 they had the breakfast ready by 6:30 and not just pastries. They had eggs potatoes and our meat of the day was ham, plus a waffle maker. I’ll definitely stay there again.

I book this hotel because it said it was pet friendly. We get there at 10 pm and we’re told it was not pet friendly. They said we couldn’t stay. They finally let us stay the night for an additional charge. We had to change hotels the next day. Staff was rude when I asked why thwy were marked as pet friendly they said they took service animals.

Staff was friendly but unable to assist in a consistent manner. My hair drier was broken; night shift (6a to start zoom work) stated they could not help and would put n the list for day shift. Day shift had no such communication, but was able to give me a spare. Asked about late check out; same thing. Night shift didn't know, would pass along to day shift starting after midnight. 6a person had not had any information passed along, and referred me to the 6am staff. Breakfast had sugary yogurt, old eggs (got there at 0620, breakfast opened at 6a), potatoes and sausage, No fresh fruit, greek yougurt etc.

How is it you can have a reservation made 6 months in advance fully paid for and they have zero record of it. Because their Skytouch system doesn’t sync with Expedia. So we arrive for our 5 day stay, they say we don’t have a reservation and they have no rooms and no ability to refund our money. Their manager did nothing to assist, they didn’t care. We have stayed here in the past many times same time of year zero issues. I can promise you they will never get our business again!

The staff at Cobblestone Eaton are great there is a mother and daughter and a son that all used to work there and are super friendly. Fun to chat with and considerate during check-in and checkout to serve your needs!

Convenient location, for my needs. This is a small town. I was on a business trip. So only stayed one night. Clean rooms, they have a small market with vending machines. And another convenience store is at walking dintance. Overall a good stay. If i'm in the area again will stay here.

The motel was very convenient for our stay as we needed to go to meetings south and attend functions to the north over the week we were there. It was a nice quiet safe place.

Came down for a graduation ceremony, perfect location to the university. Affordable for families.

Nice, small, clean motel, breakfast isn’t great

The hotel was extremely clean and quiet. The biggest challenge was breakfast on Saturday. The dining area did not open until 7 am. There was some type of scout gathering and the food, coffee etc, was completely gone by 7:05 am. Not enough help to restock. Coffee in the lobby was also completely gone. The coffee maker in the room had several packets of decaf coffee but only 1 packet of regular. Will consider staying again as it was extremely clean

The best homemade breakfast and homemade cookies. So clean and all nonsmoking property. Close to our grandkids.
