Check in was two buildings away from actual hotel. Our room was on the second floor but could only be accessed by walking down three long hallways essentially walking three sides of a square without a shorter route. TV stations were limited. Walking through the casino to get to the hotel initially was horrible due to the overwhelming smell of smoke. Hotel room was clean and did not smell of smoke however. Would not recommend for the price at all.

This place is being renovated at this time, but it doesn’t really interfere with the lodging. The staff were friendly and efficient. Dining options at the casino are very limited and it is a 25-30 minute drive to any other options.

The Hotel is newly renovated, There’s no breakfast available, the casino area is very smoky, they’re working on renovating the buffet area in the casino area. The casino does have one operating restaurant currently. The place has so much potential.

They have made some improvements here, but there are not good dining options and it seems that all the vending machines are broken or malfunctioning in some way. So my tip would be to Bring your own food/snacks.

If you have another place to stay, avoid this place as the plague. It is a huge complex however everything is closed down. There’s not a lounge that is open for sitting or drinking. There is no restaurants except one the way in the back of the facility and it is not designed for you to sit and eat it is designed for you to take out.the food that Was offered was good, but very limited and very expensive. The room was old and dated the hot water in the shower was not hot barely warm at 6:30 in the morning. There is no valet parking at the hotel and for those who are physically challenged. It is quite a walk from the parking lot to the hotel. The staff at the front desk was very pleasant. That was a breath of fresh air however, there pleasantness was overshadowed by the deplorable condition of the hotel itself, there was no place to purchase coffee in the morning before 9 AM in the Casino that was a joke. The bar in the casino was closed and there were no drinks available alcoholic drinks available imagine that!

Our bathroom in our room was disgusting! There was a used qtip on the floor and dirty smears on the wall! Bed was very outdated and uncomfortable!!! We will not be staying here again!

The bed was very comfortable, then room was clean and quiet. The shower had good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The towels were fluffy fresh & clean. The place was very clean and smelled fresh. The ice machine had plenty of ice. I broke even in the casino slot machines. This is located just over the bridge from Helena, Arkansas which has some fantastic civil war historical sites and the Delta Cultural Center along with the very cool Phillips Co. Museum. Maple Hill Cemetery in Helena is also a great visit if you are into that thing.

The base boards, lamps, and desk was dusty. The shower water was brown, turned wash cloth brown. Toilet kept bringing up stuff that was whatever in it. I complained, they said just let the water run until it clear.

For the price I was giving a room that one bed was broken, there wasn’t any refrigerator or microwave in the room, I had to go back downstairs to inform them, had to wait until someone come up to review that room, was told that room was up for repair and shouldn’t never been given out, after driving 10 hours I had to wait another 30 or more just to get another room, the room I pick and show the room was supposed to be nice and clean, refrigerated and microwave supposed to be in the room I pick, all that money I was spending I shouldn’t be forced to stay in the room I didn’t pay for or ask, we finally got another room after the maintenance gave approval, if a customer say they didn’t want a room that was damaged with no refrigerator or microwave I should have gotten that changed, not that I have to accept what they give me, I been to a lots of hotel on emergency level the room was always descending and better and me as a customer if I know I wasn’t going to be comfortable in that room or see that room wasn’t right, they always give me another, luckily that I haven’t had problems with that but twice and you’ll make it three, but it was correct and I always get another room and they take care of the problem before they release to anyone else

The hotel was much better then what previous reviews where. The hotel itself was going through renovations but it was clean and orderly. The only issue I had was the AC wasn’t cooling the room like it should and the WIFI didn’t seem to work up to par for the side of the building I was in. Other than that it was very nice stay.

The reason I only gave 4 Stars was that the TV wasn’t hi-def and many of the channels in the guide were unavailable. An example was every ESPN channel except the main channel was available. Unfortunately, that’s the channel that carries the most significant events.

Just be aware, there is NO WiFi in the rooms. I was surprised as I was going to do some work in the room. Overall the hotel was clean and seemed to have been relatively recently updated. I was there for a 4 night stay and there was no housekeeping service for the room.

I paid online through Expedia for a King room - I received a double 😡 I didn’t know there wasn’t a fridge or microwave- bathroom was so outdated- it was confusing on how to even get to “check in” they didn’t even have coffee in the lobby- the lil coffee pot in the room was a joke - the chair in the room was SUPER DUSTY- Staff is very friendly - I understand that things are under construction but guest come first

The room was very basic, but nice. However...both beds seemed to have a ridge in the middle, so you had to sleep right in the middle or you felt like you would fall off either side. Also, the only restaurant available at the casino was tucked away on the opposite side of the complex, making it super inconvenient. And lastly, this was definitely the smallest casino we'd ever seen. Not a single roulette table.

This hotel is old and outdated. The carpet needs to be replaced, lots of stains. The beds needs to be replaced. The ac unit is old. The tv is so small. I was so ready to leave. The room was clean though.

room was not ready at 400pm. i had to wait on a hard park bench for 30 minutes until room was ready. Staff was rude and unapologetic about it. I will never stay there again

Only one restaurant offering take out food, with very limited menu, was completely overwhelmed. Dog in room nearby barking late into the night. No lounge to relax in while room was being made ready. Confusion about reservation at check-in.

I’m from Lula so Isle of Capri have always been a go to hotel. The staff are friendly and they helped me with my dad that’s is a wheel chair. Room service was great and they stay was well worth it

This is a very afforable place to stay. The rooms are comfortable, clean and roomy. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We stay there for both Clarksdale's Juke Joint Festival and King Bisuit. It's handy to both festivals with free parking. We have eaten breakfast in the restaurant and it was very good. And if you gamble, we don't, it's a nice casino. Highly recommend.

If you’re in the Helena/Clarksdale vicinity, the Isle of Capris is one of the only places where you can reliably get a room. And the room was fine, clean and comfortable enough. One thing - when you check in, make sure you get the room you booked. I booked two queens and wound up with one - it was late so we made it work, but lesson learned.

No remote for the TV, tv had broken areas or burn spots so image was messed up. Local cable channels but no guide, no WiFi, only 1 restaurant and it's basically all to go, lots of non working machines, showerhead leaked and did not provide adequate water pressure. The only saving grace was that there was a microwave and a coffee maker so I could bring meals to warm up. Again, how does a place not have WiFi?? Staff was friendly.
