Pretty disappointed with our stay here this time. We’ve stayed here in the past and it was a nice place, this time however the rooms were dirty, the hot tub didn’t work, the breakfast was minimal and it just feels run down….caution tape hanging on various things…. More than likely won’t ever be staying there again. Oh and expensive for all of that :(

Everything has been awesome. Our room is beautiful and clean. It’s very quiet even though it’s a Saturday night. My daughter had a bit of an accident involving the elevator door and the gentleman at the front desk was really responsive and even gave my girl a free bag of chips for her bravery. The only bummer is that the hot tub wasn’t functional, but to me that’s not a huge deal.

There looked to be blood stains on the curtains of our room. Pool was dirty and smelly. Hot tub didn’t have enough water so the jets weren’t able to function properly. Overall, stay was fine but very unsatisfied with the cleanliness

All together the stay at this hotel was bad experience, starting with crickets all over the bathroom and AC stopping to work at midnight. My son is disabled and the pool handicapped chair was not working and my son attempted to get out of pool and since he has a le amputation his only leg slipped on steps and went under water, my grandson was able to help him out. At the end of our stay they told us one of the room hadn’t been paid through expedía and she charged my card without authorization.

Reserved multiple rooms for the MS150. When we arrived, one of the beds was stripped but no clean sheets were put back on. I was so tired I just went ahead and slept in the other bed which appeared to be changed. In the morning, ready for a hot shower, no hot water! Not in my room or in any of my teammates rooms.

The elevator did not work. When we checked in we were told it would be working later that day. When we arrived back at hotel. It was still not working. My husband is handicapped and we were on the second Floor. It was extremely difficult for us to get our bags up the stairs when he can hardly get himself up stairs.

My second room was clean, the first had not beem cleaned. Pillows on top of the lampshade and on the chair. Went back to the front desk got another room. 2nd room was fine. Just... blah. The clerk was not personable at all, never made eye contact. The room wasnt very clean, the soap dish on the bathroom was filthy. The bed was very comfortable with nice sheets. AC worked great. Very quiet. Shower was great. When i checked out the night clerk was winderful! At 0500 he brought my room reciept to the side door where i was loading my car and took the luggage rack for me. Super nice and friendly!!

I don’t normally give bad reviews but anyone that thinks about staying at this hotel should be warned that you may be charged more than you agree to pay at Hotels.com. They charged me $20 extra because my children are college aged. I had told Hotels.com that we had 4 adults for 2 queen beds, but the Best Western charged me extra regardless. After an hour spent on the phone with Hotels.com I was able to get a $20 credit from them. This hotel just can’t be trusted with your credit card for incidentals. As for comfort, the bed is old and bowed toward the middle. The AC was loud and sounded like a blender all night when it kicked on. One of the lamps had a burned out light bulb. The room only came with 3 towels for 4 people. The staff was friendly but the management can’t be trusted with your credit card information. They admitted that they have an argument with a customer almost every day about this policy. Avoid this hotel.

Clean and comfortable stay. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and polite. The front desk was very helpful fixing an issue we had with payment and made sure we wouldn’t be charged twice! Continental breakfast had plenty of options. We didn’t visit the pool, but it looked clean and other guests seemed to be enjoying it!

We had a legitimate family emergency where we had to take care of our grandchildren because of the health crisis in our daughter-in-law‘s family. We just wanted to reschedule to another date A month later, but no one was willing to help us with that because we had “missed the canceled deadline.“ they would still have gotten their money.

The hotel was beautiful and inviting. The staff went above and beyond helping me to change my booking date as I made an error on the date. It took awhile and Tammy was pleasant and patient while we figured it out. The hotel itself was beautiful from the entrance to the dining area and our room.
