So the free shuttle service seems to be a hit and miss process at best. When we arrived at the airport we could barely get anyone to answer the phone at the hotel and once they did, the response was vague and inaccurate. Once the driver arrived after we waited for nearly 40 minutes, he proceeded to drive somewhere else within the airport grounds and pick up some construction worker. That seems odd and was perhaps why the driver was so delinquent with the pickup. Needless to say that further extended our drop off time at the hotel. Additionally, the following morning, we sat down for breakfast at the restaurant only to be ignored for at least 15 minutes. We left, walked down the street and enjoyed coffee and a breakfast sandwich off site. Overall, the staffing mindset appeared to be very cavalier regarding serving the customer base at all levels. Maybe we caught them at a bad moment, but it was an overall negative experience.

Ottima soluzione per essere collegati a BOS quando si ha il volo grazie al bus navetta messo a disposizione degli ospiti. Nel complesso la struttura è molto comoda, pulita e confortevole. Stanze ampie, comodo anche il parcheggio gratuito. Da migliorare la comunicazione della colazione che non è a buffet ma solo alla carta (e non è chiaro se ne hai diritto quando la paghi in anticipo). Comunque consigliato

Excellent hotel for a flight in or out of Logan. Very convenient shuttle service. They picked us up from the airport at 1:30 AM and we were able to get into our room quickly. Very clean and tidy hotel and room.
