Great stay at aloft!! Close to airport as we flew in for a weekend concert at SoFi! Updated hotel with nice pool, clean and modern rooms plus free popcorn in lobby. Plenty of good food options nearby plus grocery store. Shuttle to airport too!!

Very punctual airport shuttle. Staff at hotel very friendly, professional and accommodating. Room spacious and comfortable. Great restaurant in the lobby, (W xyz). Menu was limited but food was delicious. Bartender made great drinks.

Clean and safe. Shuttle bus was regular to and from the airport. Close to many places to eat and the bus stops nearby. Laundry cannot be used if you have an international credit card and you have to download an app to use. Parking here was expensive.

It was a nice property and very clean. It was surrounded by other hotels and townhomes. The bar lounge was separated from the downstairs fire pit and pool area. Would be better to have this all in one area

Cool concept. Pool table and outdoor sitting areas. There were many large groups and it was loud. Staff was accommodating. We paid for breakfast but it was a continental breakfast and my husband couldn’t eat it will his diet restrictions. The menu should be listed when offered to add. We could have got breakfast at one of the many nearby restaurants. I’m amazed had to pay for what we got. The rooms were good but no microwave and the bathroom door is a peek a boo door that slides back and forth but is loud and sticks and hard to close completely.

Chargers weekend. Aloft is great. I love the pool and pool table. Close to downtown el segundo which is also great.

Airport shuttle friendly and on time. Easy check in. Microwave in the lobby with good snack selection.

The shower had broken tiles. The bathroom door would not close properly. Parking was $50! No car wash included. Yes $50!!! Rip off. The exit to the parking did not work so you had to ring for help over and over again to exit.

We stayed 2 days at the Aloft hotel and had a great time. Staff very nice and we enjoyed the room and the pool areas. Pros: Nice room, comfy beds. We liked the pool and outdoor seating area - great when the weather is nice Staff was very nice I liked the lemon water and popcorn available for snacks in the evening Shuttle to and from airport was nice Many eating options all within an easy walk from the hotel and a market across the street Cons: TV only had cable channels and wasn't very responsive. The hotel would gain more points from me if they had streaming services available on the TV Hot tub at the pool would be a great addition The bar is up the stairs from the pool and seating area. It would be nice to add a Menu with a QR code where you could order drinks to either be brought down or picked up from the bar I like they had live music but it was 4x louder than it should be. We could not hear the Staff at all and would not have considered watching the LIVE music with how loud it was. I could hear it a bit from our room 2 floors down.

Awesome spot for an LA layover. Close to LAX, convenient to eateries, grocery stores and drug stores. Lively bar and foyer and great shuttle service. Our room had a bit of a water leak but staff very apologetic. Loved pool area!

Staff was great, but room had a water leak with water dripping by the toilet and on the countertop in the bathroom. Rooms could have been a bit cleaner as I found quite a few small hairs in the bathroom. Bed was comfortable and the downstairs bar area was impressive which included a pool table. Great outdoor seating area as well.

I recently stayed at the Aloft Hotel, and while my experience was generally positive due to the excellent customer service, I did notice a few areas for improvement regarding cleanliness. The staff was incredibly attentive and made me feel welcomed throughout my stay. However, the cleanliness of the room could have been better. The shower tub had noticeable spots that needed attention, and the sink also required a more thorough cleaning. Despite these minor setbacks, the hotel's modern decor and friendly atmosphere made my visit enjoyable. I hope to see improvements in cleanliness on my next stay, as the overall experience was promising.

Bad mildew smell in the rooms

We stayed here during a 16hr layover. The area is fine with fast food and grocery options steps away. Staff service was excellent and friendly. They were kind enough to give us a voucher to grab a continental breakfast as we left to catch the shuttle to LAX. The room itself was small, dark and smelled a bit musty and smelled of mildew. The pool area looks very nice though we didn’t have time to swim.

The room I was checked into was NOT properly cleaned it was somebody else hair on bathroom wall. When I checked out general manager was supposed to call me about my experience but did not. Only stay here if you’re desperate

The room are really small furniture is way to big for the room.

We had a late night and stayed at Aloft for one night. Good for an airport hotel but wouldn't stay here more than a day after or before a flight. The hotel was clean but rooms were very humid, you could feel the damp on the bed/linens.. definitely could use a dehumidifier.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially at check-in.. The location was also convenient—close to restaurants and LAX. The only reason I’m not giving five stars is because the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times. Still, overall a very pleasant experience and I’d definitely stay here again.

Property is small but nice, hotel has lots of amenities and is close to shopping, restaurants, local venues. Hubby enjoyed the onsite bar & outdoor firepits. Breakfast was free for joining the Marriot Club, or else it would have been $23 per person which is ridiculous for continental. Also outrageous is the $45 per day parking fee. Room was small but the beds were comfy. The bathroom is an issue. Barn door with over a 1 inch gap on both sides gives no privacy. Plus the only other mirror in the room is on the backside of that door, so unless you want to feel like a peeping Tom, 2 people cant get ready at the same time. May be fine for couples, but not for a family or friends. Plus the shower leaked all over the floor, which you could tell had been happening for a while due to the moldy, peeling wallpaper next to it.

2 nights for a layover before an international long haul flight. Hotel was fine for what we needed and in a good area that felt safe. Lots of food options nearby. Hotel room was very cramped and small, and felt “tired” - bathroom was dusty and lights rusted but I guess that doesnt impact overall stay, it just felt less than quality though. The beds were comfy so that was a win. The staff were very friendly and helpful and I loved the Popcorn in the lobby!

I left at midnight because I felt unsafe on the first night. Property refused to reimburse for remaining days. Bartender had no ingredients to make any drinks. Scammers hanging out at the bar. Room was dirty and smelled.

Staff, both at counter and shuttle driver helped us out of a jam at 3 am when my daughter left her id and wallet in the room. They got it to the airport in time for bag check. Thanks so much!

The young lady at the check-in spent 15 minutes helping me connect my iPad to the wifi as there were some unusual problems She would not give in until I was connected and the smile never left her face Thank you for outstanding personal service

best hotel i’ve stayed at so far. hospitality is truly above and beyond all the staff are amazing but i get to highlight paulina because i remember her name but all the rest of the team are phenomenal.

I booked 2 separate rooms for myself and a friend and before arrival my card was charged for 1 night for each room, although I selected to pay when I stayed because I knew my friend would be paying for her room with her own card. So I let the lady know I was charged for 2 nights already and I was only there for 2 nights. She explained she could do a refund but it would take 10 days to refund and my other option was to have my friend pay for the remaining balance during check out and that she would note everything under my reservation. When its time to check out at 3:30am we are told the system is doing a night audit and it would be about 20 mins which it took a lot longer and we had a flight to catch at 6am. Mean while the guy at the front desk is falling asleep and almost falls out his chair multiple times while waiting for this update. When the system finally comes back up he is so tired that he is delusional and not making any sense when I try to tell him what they lady says he is telling me something different and tells me the only additional charges that will be on card is for parking because I already paid for 2 nights and I am trying to tell him that one of the charges was for my friends room. At this point it was already 430 and I didnt want to miss my flight but I knew it was not correct and he was not understanding what I was saying and 2 days later I had another charge for another night plus parking. Horrible customer service.

Excellence at its finest, great staff, housekeeping was splendid, front desk was world class all around.

Friendly staff, fun atmosphere! Great place for a younger crowd. My kids had fun playing pool! Great location, close to everything, and shuttle service from LAX to the hotel was great!

Roadie and Dee at the bar were fabulous! Friendly and helpful and really hustled the whole time. Shuttle service was great as well.

Convenient for airport and courtesy shuttle. The bar and restaurant service were disgraceful. I used the Starbucks across the road after the poor service which they attempted to charge me for.

The staff is really friendly, the person who checked man was super sweet and very accommodating. We had friends come to the bar later on that night. And our time at the bar was really lovely as well. Overall, really good. Stay. We’ll definitely come back

Check in was easy Greeted soon as you step inside The bartender is the best. Food was decent, I eat again. Good location. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Only complaint is the TV needs better reception. I'd stay again ..

I found the staff helpful and courteous, and the cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. In general with all American hotels I have stayed in during this recent trip I prefer a higher temperature in the shower and more force in the water. Found that the interactive television features did not work, and the advertised "hot" breakfast option was discontinued: that said, the buffet breakfast option was excellent.

Parking is extra, which is a bit of a scam, but that's normal for the area. Breakfast was the worst I have ever had at a hotel. Do not pay for the breakfast.
