In the winter it is extremely difficult to keep floors clean and dry when there is a storm outside. Moorehead did a slightly better than average job of dealing within the hotel. Access was questionable, their service cleared the snow then the city cleared the street. I was stuck in the mess in the middle. Rooms were great.

Just stayed one night on the weekend. Public areas could use a little sprucing up, the elevator was broken and the front desk person would not look at me when checking in. Very unfriendly and unable to get a receipt printed.

The hotel had so much potential but it needs a good cleaning and a review of their check in and out process. The lady who checked us in was having an issue because we had booked through a 3rd party. She was trying to deal with it but needed a manager to help. She went to get the manager who refused to come out? After more frustration, the manager came out and said "this is not my problem, you need to call the manager hotline". Really? Wow, I could not work for someone like that. Then the room. Uggh. Clogged sink, the soap crumbled to pieces when you touched it, the walls were dirty, fridge was dirty etc. etc. etc. The hotel was very quiet though and one out of 2 beds was not lumpy. We didnt bother with the breakfast once we saw the cleanliness of the room. When we checked out, no one said a word to us. So we were pretty happy to get into our car and go (after stepping over garbage and cigarette butts in the parking lot). Definitely not worth close to $300 in CAD currency.

Pretty decent but concerning sign of “only 4 people in elevator” at a time. Free breakfast was mysteriously free of food offering a couple apples and a vat of gravy. Room was clean, secure and well-maintained. Great place to sleep but don’t expect the Ritz.

Business trip. Nice stay for a fair price. Newer hotel. Rooms and bed was nice. Even liked the window seat. Breakfast had a typical good selection of hot and cold items with a decent size eating area. The fitness room had 3 aerobic machines, some physio balls, but just one hand bar bell. Could have used more free weights and yoga mats.

The carpet was not vacuumed, dirty and the bathroom behind door had hair and dirt on floor, disgusting. Some things broke in room. Some one hurried and just didn’t pay attention to the cleanliness of the bathroom and bedroom hotel sleeping area. I will not stay at this property again. Plus they charged me twice for a day we did not even stay and still have not received a credit.

The room was not clean. There was urine and hair on the toilet. Part of the bathroom door was coming off. Dirty. Not worth the price. No recycling bins in the room. Breakfast was terrible

Overall, this hotel is fine. For the price, however, it did not meet my expectations. The room air conditioner had a very high pitched noise. After trying out other rooms with the receptionist, it appears all the rooms have this problem. You expect the noise in hotels--but this was well beyond what we considered reasonable and even woke us up through the night. Beds were not very comfortable. Breakfast was average. Generally clean room.

Mattresses were very uncomfortable. Air conditioning unit was way too loud. Thin comforter on bed. Had to buy a blanket. Breakfast was 5/10. Eggs were inedible. Location was perfect for me. Accommodations were not worth what I was charged. Thin walls. Hallway noise. Filthy carpet in hallways. Should have stayed in Fargo again.

I arrived and checked at 8:30pm. It was after 10:30 and THREE different rooms before a clean one could be found! My room was barely OK. The bed had a mattress that should have replace YEARS ago. Truly horrible. The knob that make the safety bar a safety bar was GONE! The tub drain overflow cover came off....THEN I was double charged for this horrible experience! When I got the alert on my phone I forgot to recheck the room(my error) and found out I forget my wedding ring/band. Of course no one turned it in. WILL NEVER STAY AGAIN! Manger never on duty! Phones it in!

The room was a little run down, stains on the carpet, marks on the wall, the door frame in the bathroom was peeling off. The pillows were weird square shaped and felt like they were stuffed with something instead of a real pillow.. The breakfast buffet was horrible. Also we arrived anout 3:30 and there was a very long line to check in and only one person working. I would not pay $200 again for this room.

Air conditioner and fan is extremely loud in room 304. It was impossible to leave on while sleeping, relaxi g or having a conversation. Pillows were hard and felt like they had rocks in them. While at breakfast, there were kids using the juice machine to fill up water bottles (so gross)!

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The only downsides were extremely slow drains in the tub and sink, which made them dirty when in use and afterward, needing to pull up on the door handle to the room so it latched, and a noisy AC unit where we couldn’t set the fan to constant so it wasn’t as likely to wake is up during the night.

I had paid for my stay on Expedia and when we checked in the desk clerk had a difficult time checking us in. She kept charging my credit card for the prepaid stay. I got 9 emails regarding check in that all said the same thing. My room did not have a hair dryer so I could not even wash my hair in the morning as we were leaving right away and it is the middle of winter. Won’t stay there again

It was a fine stay. We have been there before. My daughter’s room next door to ours with 2 queens was short on towels. Breakfast was fine but we were down on Saturday at 8:45. It said your hours went until 10:00 on Saturday and we were out of juice and waffle batter. Our granddaughters were a little disappointed. Your location is very convenient for us and we will stay again when we’re in Fargo

We stayed one night. The property was decent, it’s in a more industrial area. The room was smaller, but I am ok with that since we typically do not spend a lot of time in our room. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was okay, I did like that they had a few hot options along with waffles, cereal, bread & bagels. I always appreciate a hotel that has a complimentary breakfast. The staff were friendly.
