I had the worst experience here the first we arrive we were unable to to use the pool they had rented it out to a private party for a sweet 16 birthday party they told us that it would be available at 6:30 when we went to get in the pool again we confronted by a hostile employees telling us that we could not come in they decided to give us an credit for breakfast the next morning we decline because we had reservations for brunch they then stated they would comp us for a night than told the only way they could do that if I chose to be honors member they continued to lue to our faces and passing the buck no house keeping came until 5 pm had to request for towels wash Clothes ran out of toilet paper took them an hour to bring it up to us had to use the bathroom in the gym area they only had 8 channels said no longer have cable if we want to watch something find the app on our phones it was just not a good experience

Property is a cross from the Galleria mall. The only bad I have is the daily valet parking rate is overpriced and that price do not include tip. The valet parking and self parking are in the same garage. The self parking was alot less (even if you go in and out multiple times) because I can park my own car.

No self parking. Valet is forced. Carport wreaks of Marijuana. Wifi is too slow. You will have to upgrade to paid tier for streaming. In room service is extremely slow. They have really low stock on loner microwaves. Add in comments when booking rooms or good luck with that. On +ves, its opposite Galleria, clean and modern looking. I don't think I will be returning to this hotel.

The hotel itself was amazing. Check in was amazing Ed was great and walked me through every step of the process for check-in because this was my first time visiting the property. He also accommodated me with a late check out because I was in town for a conference. room and hotel itself was clean and modern. the second day I was there after returning from the conference I sat at the bar and had a quick bite to eat before returning to my room. There were two bartenders the lady seemed to be busy so when the guy arrived, she asked him to take my order. He took my food and drink order, and my food arrived in about 10 minutes after finishing my meal and the drink, neither one of them ever asked if I needed anything Nor did he ask to refill my drink and I had ordered a lemon drop. I sat and waited 15 minutes after eating all of my food and having an empty cup, and neither one said anything to me. This only appeared strange to me because he took another gentleman‘s order who was with his wife and told them if they needed anything to let them know and went and checked on themso after sitting for 15 minutes, I asked for the bill neither 1 told me to have a good day or anything. The only one who addressed me was the manager who was standing off to the side. I’m only including this because I felt a type of way because I was the only African-American female sitting at the bar, and everyone else was Caucasian, including the bartenders. I hope this does not happen again for anyone.

After a brief, tense, energetic exchange he disappeared into the parking garage. Everyone I encountered after that was super nice and pleasant. Hotel was buzzing with with weekend activity. The rest of the stay was flawless. Nice hotel, clean and comfy.

Manager very condescending told me I was basically frugal for booking with expedia and should of found a cheaper the hotel manager told me “if I was going to complain about the double charges and holds on my card that I should of been aware of the authorization charges.” It takes 7 days to get my money back but she didn’t have to belittle me could have just said nothing I can do hotel policy I can’t waive incidental room charges.

Stayed here before love the hotel, valet (is expensive though lol), the bar and restaurant, staff was nice. You can meet alot of nice new ppl. And it’s walking distance from the galleria mall but I’m not a walker so.. will definitely return when I come back to Houston again

Loved staying here! Close to Galleria! Staff was very nice and accommodating. A weekend family trip! A great stay! Pool and gym were also great. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel had everything I wanted: coffee bar, cocktail bar, gym, nice size rooms, and convenient location. The Galleria was directly across the street! I also thought the staff was friendly, helpful, and very pleasant.

No self parking. Valet is forced. Carport wreaks of Marijuana. Wifi is too slow. You will have to upgrade to paid tier for streaming. In room service is extremely slow. They have really low stock on loner microwaves. Add in comments when booking rooms or good luck with that. On +ves, its opposite Galleria, clean and modern looking. I don't think I will be returning to this hotel.

We were in a time crunch made it to check in around 5 o’clock. Unpacked rested for about 20-30 minutes and went down to the bar/lounge/restaurant and order some food before our baseball game. The food was great. The service was excellent. We ordered some drinks that were phenomenal. The weight staff was amazing and always ready to help check in was so easy. Valet was so easy no bad things to say about this hotel visit. It was our first time staying there and we will be back.

Manager at Check in was very rude. Itinerary was not in their system and told me “that’s what happens when you go through a third party. You need to call them. Next.” Finally settled with Expedia and checked in. Ordered room service for breakfast. No utensils or condiments. Front desk nor in room dining answered the phone. After finally getting a hold of someone, Had to wait 30 minutes and then was brought one utensil. Food was cold. Valet service too busy so had to wait for car. Terrible overall service.

The restaurant manager Peter was rude, defensive, and not accomodating. Also, some of the food is lacking (i.e. graprefruit juice is a juice drink and not juice). Adrian is great though

The people at the property were amazing! The bar staff never stopped hustling with a huge crowd for the National championship game and they never stopped. They were pleasant, hard working and so were those in the restaurant. The hostess was a doll! Thanks for making our stay so enjoyable!

I loved my stay here! The breakfast buffet was absolutely worth it—the food was delicious and cost less than half of what it would normally be. The property itself is beautiful and conveniently located near great restaurants, the mall, and museums.

Most of the staff were friendly...I just didn't like my room bed was hard, $60 a day for valet parking..$30 for breakfast.. pool was nice..I wouldn't stay here again tho.

All the staffs are amazing than Spiderman. Everything was great! Am issue and concern I have is the Food and Beverage manager Mr. Tu Ngo charges 18% gratuity. I completely understand tnis is supposedly goes to the staff amd I'm sure we don't mind paying it to support them. However, what I can't understand is if you're going to gratuity gouge your guest then please give us more or even for our hard earned money. You charge Mr. Tu Ngo $22 for 6 small chicken wings 3 small carrot and 3 small celery sticks after taxes and gratuity gouge is added it comes out to be $27 and change with no fries or drink. 6 very small wings. Then you're literally charging us guest 18% gratuity to self services ourselves when we purchase anything out the refrigerator we walk over to the counter to pay. It's like you charging us the guest gratuity for labor to pay your staff and we did all the work and I'm sure the hotel pocketing some of it. Why are you charging the guest gratuity to self services themselves and why are you charging gratuity rates and offering less food? All I'm expressing is if you're gonna charge us the guest high 18% gratuity then stop being cheap! You get the picture buddy. My final note is to the guest. There's literally a Walgreen 3mins away. You can go there and get those energy drinks they sell 1 for $5 including 18% gratuity and buy 3 for $5 at Walgreens and alot of other beverages the they sell at the hotel for triple the normal price. Shame on you Mr. Tu Ngo
