So quiet, did not hear a single plane. Unfortunately no transfer shuttle to the airport so had to walk there pre dawn across the carpark with all our luggage. Initially given a king room when booked a twin. Had to move my luggage myself again to another (twin) room Room is nicely furnished and clean.

The person at check in asked too many personal questions about my travel plans and made me feel creeped out as a single female traveler. Other staff were great. Meals were good and easy check out. Hotel was quiet. Room was basic for the price. No bottled water, minibar or toiletries included. Nothing else around there except the airport. You need a car to get to the terminal as quite a long walk and no shuttle. I would only stay there again for convenience sake if I had another early flight.

Over priced but we had no choice. Extreme price didn’t even include breakfast. No airport pick up so we were left to walk from airport with luggage. At such an extreme price pick up should have been offered. Would never recommend this service or organisation.

We stayed two nights and our room wasn’t serviced by housekeeping. The staff were friendly but not too helpful. No reason why, tried to give me some clean towels to take up but I was on my way out. The towels were dropped in to the room but the beds remained unmade, bin not emptied, no milk replaced in the fridge and used teaspoons left near the jug.

Great room service, nice breakfast and great coffee. Bed was super firm (not a fan), room had a blinking fire alarm in it and lack or shower screen drenched our bathroom. Staff were really nice and helpful. Overall, good place to stay right next to the airport.

We were given wrong information about opening time of the airport. As we were carrying medical equipment and insulin pump which meant we could not go through the scanner we caused a huge line up at security. I asked how we could have prevented this. They told me we needed to get there much earlier. Your front office lady did not know that the airport opened at 4:30am. She told us 5:30am. We could have saved a lot of anxiety for us and frustration for airport staff if we got there earlier.

On checking out just after 6am this morning I asked for my bill to an Eastern European male in 30’s who was very abrupt and did not want to look at me. Just said ‘email or printed’. I then asked for directions to the airport to which again no eye contact with head down, arm out pointed and said 6 minutes. I am of mixed race/black, I know that is why I got that reaction from him. I am a grown man who has worked all over the world and I was shocked by this level of customer service. It is 2025 and people should be past this. I do not stay hotels to be treated in this way. This experience in the hotel was good until this morning.

Scotch filet steak was on the menu Aud 50. Filet steak is not flat and 6x4 inches. My wife had to leave her one as it was full of fat and grizzle. Breakfast toast was not toasted so asked if it could be, came back absolutely burnt. So we were due to return 13 Feb. so cancelled.

A great hotel but they need to have more staff on at breakfast one of the waitresses wasn’t that great didn’t seem to be able to plan properly ie the chief would ring the bell for a breakfast to be collected but it would sit on the servery for 8 minutes before the person to whom the breakfast was for went and collected it herself not good
