Hotel Rurale Orti di Nora & SPA

I am always loath to write negative reviews and sorry to post “ Never again for us”. You see, prior to our arrival we confirmed our arrival time three times both on the booking platform we used and by direct email to the hotel itself. We advised both a 2pm check in (the hotels minimum time) as well as a 4pm use of their spa facilities for 90 minutes. We arrived at the hotels barrier gate in our car at 2.10pm and nobody responded to the intercom by the side of the gate despite several attempts. At around 2.25pm a Ford truck pulled up behind our car and one of the occupants got out and tried the intercom but to no immediate avail. It was not until 02.30 that suddenly the barrier gate opened for us to drive to carpark then walk to the reception area. Only then were we able to check in. My wife and I were taken to our ground floor room by a very nice member of staff but alas, she could not get into the room as the electronic door card did not work. Therefore we had to wait some minutes for the member of staff to go back to the reception to have the key reprogrammed. Finally at 02.45pm we were able to get into the room only to discover that 1)the wifi did not work at all 2) The hotels mini safe did not work 3)there were just one pillow provided on each of the two twin beds and 4)the bedside light stand was shattered. Well, needless to say, we made the best of it and just rested until 3pm when we went to use the two hotel pools. One was a tepid temperature pool with air p

Coffee and kettle set in room will be very nice

Clean, great experience, just some things in a room need a fix, toilet seat losse.

Great experience, loved the farm, my kid had fun looking at all the animals, some improvements maybe, as our toilet seat was loose, and I would avoid eating at the restaurant, average at best. Except that great place, would love to go back, we did not try the spa as we decided to enjoy the beaches near by instead.

Our stay was amazing! We stayed for 3 nights and it was our favourite hotel out all one ones we have stayed at in Sardinia. The breakfast buffet was always fresh with lots of options. The pool and jacuzzi were well maintained and we loved to spend our afternoon by the pool. My husband and I would come back the next time we visit and we’ve already recommended it to our friends.
