salle de bain un peu vieillotte, rideau de douche, du coup impression de saleté, mouton sur le sol. donc properté limite. par contre tres appreciable d'avoir des bornes pour véhicule electriques sur le parking

Hôtel précise qui y’a des bornes électriques, Une fois que on m’annonce qui viennent être installé mais pas mise en marche délais 1 mois donc j’ai du galéré pour me recharger.

Lady at reception was kind and welcoming. However, the bedroom was tiny, bed far too big which took over most of the small bedroom space. Moreover, I was located on the ground floor with the window directly looking over the parking lot and the bathroom was opposite this so had to close the bathroom door in order not to be seen by anyone in the parking lot. Bathroom was also very small. Also, I only have an espresso in the mornings, no breakfast so when I tried to buy one from the machine I paid by card twice - still don't know if I've been charged - and put in coins but got no espresso. I asked the couple at reception busy with breakfast if I could be given an espresso from the breakfast lounge and I offered to pay for this but they abruptly said 'no'. Maybe it's company policy, but considering I had attempted to purchase just one espresso from the vending machine, with their help also, and failed surely they could have allowed me either to pay for an espresso from the breakfast lounge or given me a free one? At the next hotel I stayed at near Geneva I was given a free espresso when I asked for one and was willing to pay for it, why not here? I have worked for five years in the hotel industry in Rimini, Italy and the way I was treated left much to be desired so I won't be returning here and don't recommend it.

Awful- automated check in machine not working helpline was rude- when it was working again didn’t issue ticket. Vending machine took my money and didn’t dispense drink. You get what you pay for I guess.

There are no lift and air conditioning not working properly so sad

Travelling from the UK with our two dogs we stayed at the B&B Hotel Troyes to break up the journey. Room / facilities was large, basic but clean and welcoming. Locally to the hotel there are various dining establishments within walking distance.

I didn’t like it at all. We stayed at other B&B in France and they had much better standards and cleanliness. The hotel had bed bugs. We had to wash all of our stuff when we got back in UK

Slidt hotel og værelser. Det lugtede kraftigt af røg på vores værelse og gangene omkring. Meget urent og slidt badeværelse. Morgenmaden var rigtig god, frisk og lækker

An overnight stop over traveling to the south of France it was convenient and close to the motorway in an area with supermarkets restaurants and a petrol station.The hotel room was basic it was clean and tidy.

Good variety for breakfast, rooms were clean and everything we needed for a stop off on way back to Calais!

Functional. Very noisy air conditioner/heater. Kept coming on loudly during the night. Clean and good shower.

Cet hôtel dessert l\'image de marque de B&B : il est clairement vieillissant mais le principal problème est le nettoyage. Globalement, la chambre est propre mais dans le détail, la poussière est là dans les "coins" et la salle de bain aurait besoin d\'un nettoyage en profondeur. Une boîte de pizza vide nous attendait d\'ailleurs dans la chambre, témoignant du peu de soin donné au nettoyage. A considérer éventuellement pour une nuit de passage.

Séjour d'une nuit lors d'un déplacement professionnel. Établissement assez récent. Accueil correct mais pourrait être amélioré. Compliqué d'obtenir une facture personnelle lorsque la réservation avait été regroupée pour 2 collègues. Surtout l'isolation en partie basse des fenêtres demande à être corrigée, et ce pour ma chambre et celle de mon collègue.

Air con wasn't working in the room. Bathroom very tiny and doors sounded very loud when being closed in other rooms.

Check in painful Codes didn’t work Phoned intercom took ages to answer and really un helpful

Firstly I had to pay twice for this stay, once when I booked via Expedia months ago and again when I checked in via the automated check-in machine - no humans were available despite arriving at only 7pm. Expedia customer services seem to obstruct every attempt to secure a refund for the duplicate payment. They blame the hotel for not responding, refuse to understand what I am telling them such as suggesting it was too late to cancel (who said anything about cancelling?) or that the payment at check in was just a holding amount - tell that to my bank account! Secondly the hotel was pretty dire. I don't expect luxury at this price range and usually stay in Ibis Budget hotels. However, the bathroom in this hotel was truly horrendous - dirty, smelly, gaping hole in the ceiling, hole in the shower tray, water from the shower didn't drain, soap dispensers all empty. Very grotty and no somewhere I will stay again, even if I only have to pay once.

Check-in na 21u was niet ok. Van de 2 geboekte kamers kon ik slechts 1 inchecken met de terminal. Na telefoon met service center wel binnengeraakt. Anderzijds wel tevreden over de accommodatie.

Très déçu de la plate-forme hotels. Réservation pour 2 nuits à 22h55. Arrivée sur place à 23h personne à l’accueil. Le téléphone ne passe pas. Il existe une borne pour un accès libre, je rentre mon numéro de réservation de la plate-forme et mon nom et aucune réservation. Je contacte via le tchat hotels.com, on me demande mon numéro de réservation et mon numéro de téléphone pour me rappeler et ils font des vérifications. Pour eux c’est normal car l’accueil ferme à 21h. Je demande d’être rappelé pour qu’on s’explique mais plus de réponse. Malgré plusieurs relances aucune réponse. J’ai dû donc passer ma première nuit dans la voiture et dans le froid. Je reçois le bon code le lendemain à 11h! Naturellement je demande d’être remboursé d’une nuit encore une fois aucune réponse. Bref, plus jamais cette plate-forme hotels.com. À fuir

Très bon accueil à la réception. Une dame absolument charmante nous a aider à répondre à toutes nos questions. Vraiment agréable. Merci à elle. Petit déjeuner avec buffet, copieux, et salle lumineuse et agréable. Hotel direct sur une zone commerciale pour quelques achats de derniére minute, juste à la sortie d'une bretelle autoroute mais pourtant endroit calme de nuit. Bonne literie. Salle de bain assez spacieuse. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Nous sommes arrivés après 22h, la réception était fermée et sur la borne nous n'avions pas le bon numéro de réservation. Attention le numéro envoyé par mail ne correspond pas. Nous avons dû appeler le call center.

Do not book and pre-pay for this hotel via Expedia. I was charged again in full by the hotels automated check-in terminal and am still battling to get it refunded.

Prima voor een overnachting op doorreis. Goed gelegen bij de snelweg en nabij shopping centre. Voldoende eetgelegenheden.

This was a quick stop over while traveling back from the Alpes. The room was very clean and comfortable, as was the bed. breakfast was easily the best for this type of accommodation. I will definitely use this place again.
