Very charming house with hospitable, non intrusive and knowleadgeable host. It is always a plus when you can chat with the host at breakfast about things to do and news and events in the area. Our room was nice and comfortable and though we were sharing a bathroom, there were no other guests that day. Breakfast was simple but good and focused on local products. Grounds for the house were very pretty and inviting for a nice drink on the patio or in the garden. Very friendly dog but those who do not like animals should take notice. All sorts of amenities are available close by. Qualiyt/price ratio was extremely good

Large veranda with comfortable seating with pretty property views. Interior of the home is decorated with a loving touch. Antiques, handmade quilts and artwork. Interesting history. Large pretty rooms. Beds are like sleeping on a cloud! Excellent chef style breakfast. Really couldn’t ask for anymore. Perfection!

The King room was wonderful, very spacious with a gas fireplace that made it nice and toasty on a frigid night. All the rooms and common areas are extremely clean and well-maintained. Delicious stuffed croissant for breakfast! Our hostess Annette was very welcoming and organized.

The property was nice and clean ( not super clean ), they had a great dog Fred that in the evening around 8 pm was whining by our door ( it was kind of annoying). For a bed and breakfast home the morning breakfast was good, but it would have been nice to have a choice. Maybe cereal, or a toasted bagel with cream cheese or other toppings. It would have been nice to have a choice Overall the experience was good, just some thoughts for the owners that run the facility.

Staying in the area after surgery. Annette and Jim have a beautiful B&B. Our room had an ensuite which was perfect. It was very quiet and comfortable. Annette made delicious breakfasts. Rooms are tastefully decorated. You have access to kitchen for preparing your own food for evening meals.

My husband and I had the most amazing stay here especially with the most friendliest dog i'll never forget -Fred. Annette was really nice and humble which made our stay extra comfortable. Her breakfast is very delicious and flavourful. Even her scrambled eggs were really soft and creamy. The croissant stuffed cheese with pears and ham was exceptional.it was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I wouldn't have found a more satisfying breakfast outside in my opinion. Our stay at your house has been a very pleasant experience, thank you again Annette and Fred, we will e back :)
