Parking wss great and we felt safe walking the area in the late evening. Staff was very helpful and courteous. One of the nicest Holiday Inn Express I have stayed in.

The property cleaning staff desk security breakfast etc. we’re all excellent the gym was a 2 your equipment is broken needs repair and is cheap we were not advised that your pool was being repaired dumbbells are bench were good quality

Beautiful hotel. Nice breakfast. Pool was closed for renovations. A little noisy in rooms near the highway. I would think the rooms away from the highway would be a little quieter.

So disappointed the pool was out commission.

Très bel hôtel en général. Au goût du jour, tranquille et propre avec une belle piscine. Bon déjeuner buffet à notre disposition. Par contre, il faudrait entretenir les installations du gym. Le vélo et l’elliptique étaient brisés lors de mon passage.

We had to change rooms cos the first one was not cleaned properly (desk table still had coffee rings) and counter where the fridge/microwave was a bit dirty too. But otherwise a decent room. I read that the rooms were renovated, but it didn't seem like that to me. The first room, the door nob on the closet door was falling apart, and the shower curtain was torn in 2 places. Staff was very friendly and the person who was working when we arrived promptly came up and gave us another room on the same floor, and even took a few pics to show where it was still dirty. Plenty of parking which we appreciated, and seemed safe enough. There was a small child or 2 running up and down the halls but it didn't last long. Plenty of options for breakfast which we appreciated as well, hot and cold etc..we couldn't get a late check out cos apparently they were sold out? We never heard of that b4 as we never had a problem asking for a late check out from the day b4. We also appreciated the extra room as we got a suite, couch..table to sit and eat, along with the extra television. The water pressure for the shower could have been better, but i have to mention the wifi, i know it's free but at times it was just horrible and we couldn't connect to anything. Overall a pleasant stay, even though a few glitches here and there.

Staff was extremely friendly, and helpful. The rooms however lacked towels, as do the pool area. The floors in our room were very sticky, and the bathroom showers have a slight grout/mold issue. At least in our room.

The floor was not vacuumed or sweep properly. It’s a little rough when your barefeet walking. No extra towels.

We stayed here for a night as we had a wedding to attend. The only good thing I could say for the hotel is that the check-in and check-out were easy and quick. But for a fairly new hotel, the rooms were really not well cleaned and kept. Mirrors were dirty, the toilets still had poop marks from the previous people that stayed here, the tables and floors were dusty. I walked barefoot in the room and my feet were black upon leaving. There also was no safe in the room - isn't this standard? Tried calling the front desk to ask them of this, the room phone was dusty, no indication or notes on the phone on how to reach the front desk so I had to do trial and error on dialing a bunch of different numbers. Once I finally dialed the right number to reach the front desk, there was no answer for a good 7 minutes so I decided to hang-up. So would I come back, no unless I really needed to stay for a night to just sleep and nothing more.

We always have great stays of holiday inns this was no exception. Everything was clean and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

Le ménage de la chambre laisse a désirer, papier dans la toilette, cheveux sur le lit et dans la douche. Plancher avec détritus dans les coins. Pour le prix élevé, ce n’est pas acceptable.

Rooms need to be a little cleaner! A lot of dust everywhere and on the curtains. Bugs in some of the rooms.

Walls too thin..curtains not blackout!

It was good my only concern was wifi wasn’t helpful.

Great location and super clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Only fly in the ointment was a rather noisy hvac unit that sounded like someone scraping a sidewalk in winter. Small stuff. Would recommend staying here.

The room heater out of order and the table light are not working too! As check-in at mid night almost 12 therefore it really border me to change room at 2am

Nice room, quiet, clean, spacious The bed was very comfortable and it was close to everything: restaurants, supermarkets, shops. I liked it a lot.

Room was great. Breakfast was nice too. Tons of young hockey players running up and down the halls until quite late but it did eventually stop.

It was very loud with school children coming in from 7-930 pm and then again at 6 am both days I was there

My Experience at Holiday Inn Montreal Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. After a long day of work and travel, I was surprised to find no facial tissues in the room and no bottled water provided for drinking or making coffee. When I called the front desk—after waiting several minutes—I was told to come down myself to pick up tissues. For water, I was told I could buy a bottle from the vending machine for $2. It also seemed that during the night there was only one staff member handling everything: reception, phone calls, and guest requests, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this brand and price. I paid a high rate expecting proper service, but I did not find even the basic amenities. Overall, it was an unsatisfactory experience, and I would not stay here again.

Drag racing goes on in the parking lot or the road close by so it is VERY noisy at night. Front desk person 'CLAUDINE" claimed pool was closed one day, we rearranged vacation plans, only pro see pool was open CLAIDING misinformed

Great stay - even though there were lots of people staying there the nights that we were there, it was still quiet and comfortable. The staff was super friendly and helpful, particularly MJ at the front desk who is a super star. Would recommend!

smell of cigarette when you walk in the main lobby. Staff said that is not true. He/she should have offered to investigate the source. I am sure that we were not the first ones to report this issue.

Housekeeping service was exceptional and the woman Jane was a pleasure to interact with

This hotel is an absolute disaster when it comes to customer service and respect for guests. I have never encountered such scandalous treatment. I left my very expensive Wrangler denim jacket in the room. As soon as I realized it, I called the hotel, and they assured me that the jacket would be secured. The next day, instead of getting a proper response and an apology, I was told that the jacket is *gone* and that they *can't do anything*. No effort to resolve the issue, no interest – complete ignorance. They didn't even bother to check who cleaned the room or search for the item, as if it didn’t matter at all. When I returned to the hotel, they promised to check the cameras and investigate, but they never got back to me. And here's the worst part: they implied that I must not know where I left my jacket because 'their staff would never take it'. Such treatment of a guest is a complete joke! Instead of conducting an honest investigation, they blame the customer and take no responsibility. This hotel, despite being very popular, has shown me a total lack of professionalism, care for the customer, and respect. In practice, they support theft because rather than helping, they shift the blame onto the guest. I am outraged and will never return to this place. A warning to all: if you lose something here, the hotel won't lift a finger, and they might even suggest it's your fault. Avoid this place at all costs!"

Stayed 4 days. Had 1 day cleaning service, no service on weekend. Sign at reception mentions staff shortage, but no mention of this. Wet towels and trash 4 days. Another family member had room no hot water. Called desk and was advised no maintenance on weekend. Had to take cold shower. And FULL ROOM CHSRGE of $250 per night taxes. No offer of discount. Never stay there again. There are other local hotels.

The hotel is in a great area, surrounded by restaurants, stores & a grocery store, plus many other restaurants and stores within 5 minutes. Only about 35 mins from Old Montreal. The hotel is very new & clean. Pool not too big, but a good size and clean. The breakfast was good too.

Very clean, very close to Montreal, good parking on each side of the hotel.

This property is beautiful and clean. Room was spacious, bathroom was spacious and the shower was fabulous. Located right of the highway this hotel is surrounded by many restaurants and great shopping.

Wonderful stay , great location 45 min from City Centre of Montreal but no problems heading back to the hotel , i understand if you like be in Downtown but for me i love quiet and safe places during my stays . And this hotel the location was perfect thanks again ..The breakfast umm the only complain ..

New construction - nice modern furnishings and wide corridors. Located in a shopping plaza and thus have easy access to a grocery and dining options.

The location is very satisfying. Almost everything is within walking distance and other amenities are 5 mins away by car.

Incredibly clean and staff very welcoming. Pool was great. Issues were had to call for beding for pull out couch and only part brought, pool there were never any towels and when asked for at the front desk had to wait 30 minutes to get one. Pool could only be accessed with assistantance of staff. Pancake maker was not working which was one reason we booked as the kids like this for breakfast

The monitoring of noisy children in the hallways especially late at night. The eggs and orange juice were inedible.

Clean and modern, right off the main highway. The manager that checked us in was nice and helpful but the breakfast crew - not so much🙁

I was very surprised at this past long Wknd visit I found the hotel to be very dirty the hallways were never vacuumed , garbage everywhere, overflowing and the breakfast ran out early 9 AM on the weekend there’s nothing left and it was open until 10. Found the housekeeping staff just to be gossiping and talking instead of working for hours on end complaining three days in a row, so I was just very surprised as we stayed there at least 10 times.

Excellent stay. Clean, convenient parking and several restaurants in short walking distance. Loved the walk-in shower. Very helpful staff and excellent breakfast options.

Excellent hotel for a short stay. Breakfast is a little “thin” on choices but apart from that, i would stay again instead of anywhere on the west Island and airport area.

Hotel cleanness....but breakfast was pretty basic. The stuff who were responsible for breakfast area, not very friendly !!
