Poco estacionamiento para la cantidad de habitaciones disponibles y además estaba ocupado con material de construcción lo que reducía más la disponibilidad. Falta de mantenimiento en la instalación de agua ya que al tirar del baño se seguía mojando el piso

Terrible hotel; la alberca no servía,la televisión no tenía servicio de cable, el internet malísimo y nunca me cambiaron las sábanas. La ubicación es lo único que se rescata.

La ubicación es excelente, es el mero centro de Cabo San Lucas. La habitación estaba limpia y hacían el aseo a diario. Solo tiene 6 cajones de estacionamiento dentro de la propiedad, si se llena no hay donde dejar el auto. A 3 minutos caminando de la marina de Cabo San Lucas.

Room given was a slum and AC wasn’t working. They checked 4 different room but ac wasn’t working. Finally we get the room on 3 floor and that room was livable. Rooftop was good.

El personal muy amable. Áreas comunes muy limpias al igual que la alberca, es una alberca pequeña. Cuenta con estacionamiento, está muy cerca de la marina, de plazas y de tiendas departamentales, se puede ir caminando. Está justo en el centro.

Buen servicio, solamente que ofrecieron en mi paquete cama queen y al llegar esta era matrimonial, la alberca es muy chica, pero lo demás excelente servicio, muy cerca de tiendas de artesanias, restaurantes, museos de arte y la marina. Ademas ofrecen servicios de tour al arco y paseo al avistamiento de ballenas a muy buen precio. No me quejo!!

Yes nice room staff was good, but there English was not too good. They need to get lounge seating near pool to lay down and enjoy the weather.

This property was disgusting. Mold everywhere. Ceiling tiles missing. Random overflow pipe on the bathroom floor. The ceiling leaked onto our bed. I don't think Expedia should host this hotel as an option. Thoroughly disappointed that it looked ok in pictures and was gross upon arriving.

Al llegar, el personal poco capacitado no encontraban la reservación, estuvieron alrededor de 30 minutos resolviendo eso. El cuarto sucio con papel higiénico usado en el bote de basura, botellas de agua vacías y toallas usadas en el baño. De verdad pésima experiencia, sobre todo con la limpieza. Alrededor del hotel hay muchos bares, antros y restaurantes y la Marina de Cabo está muy cerca. Ubicación 10/10, limpieza y organización 0/10

El hotel es pequeño pero muy agradable, limpio y el personal muy atento Es un espacio confortable y acogedor Fácil acceso muy bien ubicado con tiendas y restaurantes cercanos.

Este hotel está en reparación, todo desordenado, sucio y habitación con mal olor Decidimos no quedarnos ahí por higiene

The place is close to the marina and restaurants , that’s the biggest plus , besides they do clean the room each day . But the door wouldn’t close right , doesn’t have a safe and anybody could have broke into our rooms . The lies on the outside of the building feel like they are lifting up from the ground . Be careful ! The shower leaked for four days in a row, thankfully it was fixed by the fifth day when they noticed the towels on the floor . There is no hair dryer , shampoo or conditioner, just body gel and a small fridge that worked well. There is also no coffee pot or any place that make it but you can buy it in a place to the left that make espresso coffee . The drawers were not functional, we kept them closed by using a big water bottle to push them in , there isn’t also a place to hung clothes just some bars across the room where you can hung your hats . The swimming pool was crowded by furniture without pillows or towels , you couldn’t walk around but the water looked clean . The WiFi is worthless unless you go to their little office and use their private WiFi . The employees are all very nice people , and right next to this place there is another hotel called the Siesta Suites Boutique Hotel which is home to a great Italian restaurant called Salvatore’s and the Terrace Bar . You should visit it ! Excellent views, strong margaritas , great bartender , and horrible attitude from the manager ( curly, long hair he is specially rude with customers )

Necesitan decir que te van a cobrar depósito y cuánto es el depósito tiene que ser claros! El baño no tiene cortina ni puertas te balas y queda un charco en el área de baño e inodoro, se siente fatal fatal sentarse en el inodoro y tener los pies en el charco, una luz del lavabo no servía, los toma corrientes cerca de la cama no funcionan

The property was at one time very nice, unfortunately it has gotten run down. Our outside door had a one inch gap at the top and hung crooked. My husband showed the handy man how to fix the latch, they had the slider but nothing for it to slide in so the door opened when it was locked. The breakfast they advertise doesn’t happen. Most days there was no hot water, the on demand system wasn’t working properly, they fixed it and we had water for two days, then it went out again. We did our own housekeeping asking for things as we needed them.On the good side there were lots of patio space on the different levels. The location was good and we felt safe, staff was friendly but a real language difference so even telling them my wifi didn’t work, or my tv won’t work was hard to explain. Finally just read a book. For us we decided I guess you get what you pay for, but not what was advertised. Sadly I would not want to see the place close because the staff are very nice but it needs upgraded electrical, tv, and internet.

This place have a really good location close to the marina is not s 5 star hotel .but location is good .the room that we stayed at it had the door handle broken I reported but it was not fix, hot water was not hot but for the weather that we had it was good, and the they did not clean the room even when I requested.

Las instalaciones están deterioradas, la puerta del baño no cerraba bien, había mucho olor a humedad

El lugar se encuentra justo en el centro por lo que te da la facilidad de desplazarte a cualquier lugar, estás a unos cuantos pasos de todo. El servicio del check in fue excelente con una persona muy amable y servicial el detalle es que no se encuentra siempre, no hay una persona que esté disponible si tienes alguna petición o deseas arreglar algo. El lugar en general es bueno pero no tienen muchas atenciones en los detalles, los muebles, contactos y baño se ven un poco deteriorados prestando atención. Y el único inconveniente es el ruido exterior y el qué hay entre habitaciones, realmente puedes escuchar al que está a lado y en las noches no puedes descansar correctamente por el mismo ruido

I’m stayed in nicer backpacking hostels. One working electrical outlet. Bad Wi-Fi. Would not stay again.

No habia agua caliente, no nos dieron jabon, reportamos el problema del agua fria y solo se limitaron a decir que raro debe de haber, la recepcionista de la tarde muy gestuda y contestaba de muy mala gana, no creo que le guste su trabajo.

Reservamos 2 habitaciones a través de la app, pero al llegar a el lugar no aparecían en el sistema del hotel, entonces mencionaron que me podrían haber estafado, por cuestión de tiempo adquirimos otra en el mismo hotel y pedimos que se cancelaran las anteriores, y nos hospedamos allí, pero la señorita de recepción hizo el check in de las otras dos habitaciones sin mi presencia intentando cobrar por todas incluso las que no habíamos usado, así que tuve que llamar para pedir un reembolso, otro detalle es que las fotos de la app no reflejan el estado de las habitaciones, están en mal estado, bastantes detalles, no funcionaba el wifi, daños en paredes, techo, y piso de la habitación, y la entrada del estacionamiento está muy reducida solo para autos chicos, lo único que puedo rescatar es el área en que se encuentra, es muy céntrico cerca de todo.

The front desk was amazing, Charlie was the best ! Helped answer all my questions about the area and activities. I loved his energy made our stay lovely will definitely be back !

My room was clean. The staff were friendly. The hotel was convenient and very affordable.

First time I went there and they had to check 3 different rooms to find out the AC is working. I went to La Paz for few days and back for a day and they were more interested in cancelling the reservation rather than show me the room before check in. Roof top patio which I bragged earlier was more filthy and no one goes up there and clean. Pictures on the web are very deceiving. Do not fall for them. As I did and regretted.

Padrísimo muy centrica

Es un hotel ya algo viejo, pero no por eso deja de ser una buena opción. Está en el centro de C. San Lucas, entonces no necesitas el carro para moverte a menos que vayas muy lejos. Esta rodeado de todo lo turístico que ofrece los cabos: restaurantes, la marina para ir al Arco, souvenirs, antros, etc. Aunque las playas de por ahí cerca por lo mismo se llenan muchísimo.

A 1 calle de la marina muy buena ubicación. No cuenta con refrigerador ni cocineta pero te dan permiso de ocupar el microondas.

Buena ubicación

Es un lugar muy bien ubicado, el lugar es austero pero cómodo, por el precio está genial, en mi opinión muy recomendable, llegas caminado a cualquier lado de los cabos.

Older hotel, not for the hotel snobs. The location is fantastic, one block from marina, walking distance to unlimited restaraunts, shopping and night life. Staying Cabo centro is one of the best places ive ever been.

Muy mala atención tienen letreros de que si quieres les puedes dar propina a los de limpieza, ni se aparecieron no había tuallas cobijas ni controles todo lo tienes que pedir te dan muy poco dónde venden alimentos no tienen los precios en menús y te cobran lo que quieren muy mugroso todo no es quejarme por quejarme densen una vuelta , lo que les platique es poco
