Hotel with great location. There is a 24/7 buggy service that will send us to platinum mall, pratunam night market. Staffs were helpful and polite. Will definitely return back to this hotel. Very vibey. Breakfast spread was ok. It is vegetarian and muslim friendly thank you!

Loved free shuttle that would scoot you around to local market and metro stations, very thoughtful and convenient. Included breakfast buffet had excellent variety of both Asian and western dishes. Front desk staff, bellboys and shuttle drivers in particular were very friendly and kind. Did not love smell of our room…there seemed to be a lingering smell of sewage when we returned back to our room after being out…not sure if it was the way the way the water system worked in the hotel but it was off-putting. The gym was very small and basic, would have liked a bit more space to do free weights, and having drinking water and wipes to clean down equipment should be a given in any hotel gym but were lacking in this one.

Very nice hotel. The the staff was great and the bed was sooo comfortable. My only issue was that the pool is much smaller than it appears in the pics so lap swimming wasn’t going to work. Nice hotel though that I would stay at again.

飯店有迎賓飲料&爆米花,也可免費提供冰塊! 服務很好,房間寬敝,早餐很豐盛,飯店另有24小時嘟嘟車服務,很便利! 訂房時,有先留訊息預約泰服體驗,但卻一直遲遲未收到回覆,有點小扣分~ 飯店每二/五有提供免費按摩服務(因為行程排不上,無法體驗到!但週六晚上泳池畔下午17:00~19:00有提供炸雞皮小點心,還不錯! 住房期間的設備都很不錯,唯一覺得水壓不是很強,水溫會冷忽熱...除非一直開到很燙...但可能會燙傷!!希望這個部份能再加強改善! 能感受到飯店很用心在經營,但如果針對訂房時,房客提出的詢問或預約,能有及時回應,會更好!(因為收到回覆時,已退房了...真的有點遲了!)

We really like the pool at the top floor thats getting ample sunlight and water not so cold like other hotels. Breakfast was great and served until 11am if you fancy a sleep in. Thai costume photoshoot was fun and required booking beforehand, like days ahead. Walkable distance to Pratunam market and Centralworld as well.

Excellent location near the shopping malls. Nice with the rooftop pool, but the last night when we wanted to take a swim, it was a big event in the bar. So we felt it was not appropriate to disturb. So disapponted. The restaurant was terrible. We didn't get what we ordered, so we have to wait a bit longer to get it all. We were the only guests, so the waiter was not that busy. So no excuse the order went wrong. The breakfast (food) was good, but too noisy in the restaurant. Both from staff and guests.The service was as bad as in the evening, a bit of a chaos. The room was ok. We slept well, but it could have been more space for clothes. Best, Cristina and Thomas from Sweden

They provided a lot of little extras for free. Upgrade to kingsize bed, complimentary bottled water replenished each day and free ice blocks in the afternoon to cool you down. Room spotless and service outstanding. Very welcoming staff. Free drop off and pick up tuk tuk service offered by hotel within limited area but at key transport points e.g Bangkok skytrain. Very close to major shopping areas. Would come back and stay here in Bangkok again.

Our stay in Vince Hotel has been nothing but fantastic! Staff are very accommodating and the breakfast was lovely. They also clean the rooms really well and leave fresh towels without having to ask. Daily top up of water bottles was a welcome surprise as it saves us a trip to nearby shops to buy one before going out! (Hydration is essential in Thailand!) The buggy service was also well thought and caters to guests needs very well. And lastly, we almost missed our flight as we just passed out the night prior and forgot to pack!!! (Never again!) We just told the reception staff about the rush we have to do and with no questions out checking out was a breeze! We caught our flight! Sooooo, we will be staying here again on our next trip to Bangkok.

위치는 나쁘지 않으나 가까운 역에서 도보 10분 정도 걸립니다. 대부분 그랩이나 볼트로 택시나 오토바이 택시를 불러 이동하여서 큰 불편함은 없었습니다. 근처에 세븐일레븐이 있어서 간단한 간식거리를 사러 나가기 좋았습니다. 숙소는 커서 혼자 쓰기에 넓은 룸이었습니다. 그러나 창문을 열 수 없을 정도로 앞의 호텔과 거리가 가까웠습니다. 커텐을 열면 건너편 사람이 굉장히 잘 보입니다. 에어컨에 먼지가 많았고 청소 후에도 화장실에 머리카락이 떨어져 있거나 가운에 파운데이션이 묻어있거나 하였습니다. 흐린 눈하고 지낼만 했습니다.

Worst soundproof - I can hear every single word from the people next door. If I could speak Thai I can definitely retell the whole story. One day I even heard the cleaning ladies talking loudly with lots of laughter. It’s improved after talking to the customer service. Poor setting of air conditioning - it triggers my nasal allergy so badly i can’t breathe well at night. I’m unsure if it’s simply because the hotel never clean the filter, or the AC is not set properly in the way that the cold air blows right on my head no matter how I switch it. The staff in concierge is nice that’s why I gave 2 stars instead of 1. Strongly NOT suggested for anyone unless you really have a super tight budget in the peak season.

During my stay between 13 to 16 Oct 2023 in Vince Hotel everything is going smooth but on the second day it’s my mistake to rush out the hotel without knowing my safe box wasn’t locked with my 3 pieces 1000 baht and passports in it and realizing it when I got back hotel at evening. We remembered clearly as we set aside the money for our friend the following day. I approached your reception staff and got back nothing only acknowledgement. Saying they checked but cleaner did not took it. If the money was placed on the desk of course I am perfectly fine as cleaner may mistaken it as a ‘tip’ when entering my room for room tidiness but it was left inside the safe box!!

I don't like that not follow what i book the room, give the corner room, room next the lift, i booked 3 room given 1 room at the corner, 1 room next to the lift, 1 room at the middle of the walking road, that is really terrible. Location is good

Wasn’t aware about Songkram. It’s quite a bit to take in especially coming out of the cab to be seeing water-fights, blasting music and powder in peoples faces. I got rather anxious but I feel that this could’ve been in another part of the hotel than the front of the hotel. It can create a bit of surprise to new guest. Other than that. The hotel was in the heart of the city, a bit confusing for cabs to get to. I’m not sure why but once your uo in the hotel room, it’s peaceful, quiet and the rooftop also helps especially during the hot summer days.

Hotel tres sympa dans bangkok dans un quartier assez calme, mais proche de pratunam market. Les chambres sont assez grandes, et plutot bien insonorisées. Un service de tuc tuc gratuit de l'hôtel permet de rejoindre divers points du quartier. Le pdj avec beaucoup de choix, mais tres oriente asiatique, la clientèle etant à majorite asiatique. Le pdj continental est moyen. Globalement c'est un bon rapport qualite prix.
