Very cute location, spread out on a large property, depending which section you stay in you may need to drive to amenities. Pool was under construction, signs for gym but no gym, check in host was not very friendly but took care of his job

Muy limpio nos gusto mucho, solo las área de comida se están un poco alejadas y hay que estar llamando para el transporte. El desayuno nos gusto mucho y todo el personal fue muy amable.

Todo está desperdigado por toda la propiedad, que es muy grande. Necesariamente se requiere coche para ir de una instalación a otra.

Had an amazing stay at this resort! Staff is super friendly and helpful. The brewery has good beer and all the restaurants on site have great food, no need to leave the area to look for good breakfast, lunch and dinner. Love the location and pools and jacuzzi are clean and well kept. I recommend staying here.

Great property with 2 restaurants, coffee and pastry shop, winery and brewery on site. Friendly and welcoming staff. Definitely recommend this spot. Will be staying again soon.

Very nice restaurants with good food, a bit overpriced. Hot tub was not really hot, none of the 3. Staff very nice. Stylish establishment. Property provided map that is deceiving, looks like things are short walking distance but not true.

The hotel is promoted as a relaxing destination, but our experience did not reflect that. The property is divided into three areas, which are not well connected for walking. Although they advertise three pools, the pool and jacuzzi in our section were out of service for 3 days. As a result, we had to drive to the other pools, which unfortunately were not clean. On Friday at 9:40 p.m., just as we were hoping to relax in our room, a water pipe suddenly turned on to fill the pool, creating a loud and disruptive noise—without regard for quiet hours. Additionally, there was a party on the neighboring property, right next to the rooms, with very loud music. When we reported the issue, the front desk staff said they could call the police and police should deal with it, but I guess no action was taken as the annoying music continued late into the night. Supplies such as toilet paper, coffee amenities, and makeup remover were also insufficient for the number of guests, even though we left a note for the housekeeper indicating how many people were staying, in case that information was not known.

Property was beautiful. Didn’t realize everything was so spread out. But that was okay. Room was clean and comfortable, Wish there was a tv in the room. Breakfast the server never brought our drinks.. not a lot of English speaking, which is understandable because we’re in Mexico just made things a little more challenging. Restaurant Yumano, Told us they ran out of tequila and beer when we had dinner, but our wedding party was inside and said they didn’t because they were being served. Pool needs more loungers and towel area. Overall everyone was really friendly and we’d love to be back.

No había nadie en recepción y tardaron más de 10 mins en llegar para que nos atendiera, me asignaron una habitación distinta a la que yo reservé y pagué por anticipado. La segunda noche tampoco había alguien en recepción para que me confirmara mi cambio de cuarto y estuve sin cierto y afuera esperando en el frío de la noche por más de 15 mins. Las regaderas tenían cabellos de los huéspedes anteriores. Muy mala impresión. No volveré ni lo recomendaré

The staff was nice and helpful. The website was misleading of what our room would like (Tesela is not the individual pods). The room was damp. The bathroom floor was constantly saturated (without showering) and the rug in the room on top of the concrete was damp. Same with the towels in the room. The property is spaced out so depending on where you stay you have to drive or walk it. I enjoy walking however it was pouring rain so no walking. The roads are dirt on the property and really wear and tear your car. SUV or truck is recommended. We got a nail stuck in our tire due to them. Although the spaces at property has it’s charm, it’s just not fully there and I would not go back.

Walls are very thin can hear everything. Sheets smelled like mildew. They have NO T.Vs. Ate dinner at the restaurant/bar/brewery my husband ordered a borrego plate and it had a piece of wire in it. I asked for the check and let the waitress know about the wire, she took it back to the kitchen came back and said it was part of the wire they tie the borrego with, didn’t even offer an apology, didn’t offer us a discount on the check or dessert, nothing.

Very cute winery, staff were sweet and accommodating. The only thing that was disappointing was the shower. It was literally a trickle of water coming from the shower head and was extremely loose. They have WiFi but the signal was extremely weak. Heads up there’s no tv but that was totally fine with me since it was great to disconnect for the time we stayed there. The food was SO good too. Excellent service.

Went for a wedding accommodations are acceptable. The rooms don’t have a television or iron but other than that the restaurants on the property have good food and drink. The bed and pillows were nice and comfortable

Unique place! Room was clean. Room was hot when arrived and didn’t cool down until after 7. Noise from neighbors dog at 4am was not good. Bed was comfortable. Shower was roomy!

We stayed in the airstream trailers. Mine had NO MIRROR. When the front desk was told about this they just seemed to blow it off rather than offer to provide at least a hand held mirror. This resort is in three different physical locations. Distance between the properties is too far to walk. Each property has different amenities. The one where the front desk is has a bar, and a restaurant for breakfast. The area we stayed in had the trailers, rooms, a pool, the winery and a dinner restaurant. The third area had rooms and the spa. So when making you reservation look at each area. The website does not make it clear. Overall not a bad place to stay except for the mirror. And other than this issue, the staff was helpful and friendly.

We enjoyed our stay here very much! All of the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The layout of the resort was very unique and full of beautiful views. We would especially like to thank one of your staff members who works in the lobby - he helped us get around and helped us with anything else that we needed with such a welcoming attitude! We would love to come back to enjoy the wine, as our stay was too short to get the opportunity. Thank you!

Maglen resort was amazing. Friendly and accommodating staff. Every interaction felt warm and inviting. The hotel restaurant served great food. The resort is tucked away in the mountains and provides beautiful views. I enjoyed the wine tasting at the resort, the staff was knowledgable and super helpful. My Spanish is not that great and everyone had patience with me and spoke English if necessary. Beautiful place to stay!

Second visit at this property but not the same experience. Complete lack of hospitality from the front desk staff - mentioned we had a dog at check in but was then accused of not paying / asked to come back to the front desk and pay. First room the HVAC did not work - had to move rooms. Second room the plaster from the ceiling was falling off, toilet leaked, door did not latch. When mentioned to the front desk - asked what we did to it. No apology, no compensation. Restaurant was understaffed - felt bad for the two people working. The property is beautiful! Not sure if I would stay again after this visit.

Me encantó la propiedad, el servicio del Gerente turno matutino y el servicio de ama de llaves del bar solo lo único que para nada me gustó y casi logra opacar el servicio excelente del resto del personal fue el pésimo servicio del restaurante Huevo Republic Más de 2 horas de espera para atendernos y más de 1 hora para traer la cuenta no baja personal de atención ahí y el Gerente Nocturno Pésimo servicio nada que ver con el Personal Matutino llenos de alegría y servicio al cliente en General gracias a este personal puedo decir que es un gran lugar para vacacionar

Maglen resort was amazing. Friendly and accommodating staff. Every interaction felt warm and inviting. The hotel restaurant served great food. The resort is tucked away in the mountains and provides beautiful views. I enjoyed the wine tasting at the resort, the staff was knowledgable and super helpful. My Spanish is not that great and everyone had patience with me and spoke English if necessary. Beautiful place to stay!

Had an amazing stay at this resort! Staff is super friendly and helpful. The brewery has good beer and all the restaurants on site have great food, no need to leave the area to look for good breakfast, lunch and dinner. Love the location and pools and jacuzzi are clean and well kept. I recommend staying here.

We stayed in the airstream trailers. Mine had NO MIRROR. When the front desk was told about this they just seemed to blow it off rather than offer to provide at least a hand held mirror. This resort is in three different physical locations. Distance between the properties is too far to walk. Each property has different amenities. The one where the front desk is has a bar, and a restaurant for breakfast. The area we stayed in had the trailers, rooms, a pool, the winery and a dinner restaurant. The third area had rooms and the spa. So when making you reservation look at each area. The website does not make it clear. Overall not a bad place to stay except for the mirror. And other than this issue, the staff was helpful and friendly.

No early check in even if room is ready. Limited parking in your designated area. Welcome drinks are limited to their choice. Pool area very limited seating. Have to drive to restaurants in property. Property was beautiful. Didn’t realize everything was so spread out. But that was okay. Room was clean and comfortable, Wish there was a tv in the room. Breakfast the server never brought our drinks.. not a lot of English speaking, which is understandable because we’re in Mexico just made things a little more challenging. Restaurant Yumano, Told us they ran out of tequila and beer when we had dinner, but our wedding party was inside and said they didn’t because they were being served. Pool needs more loungers and towel area. Overall everyone was really friendly and we’d love to be back.

Very cute winery, staff were sweet and accommodating. The only thing that was disappointing was the shower. It was literally a trickle of water coming from the shower head and was extremely loose. They have WiFi but the signal was extremely weak. Heads up there’s no tv but that was totally fine with me since it was great to disconnect for the time we stayed there. The food was SO good too. Excellent service.

El concepto es interesante pero está muy mal implementado. Tener que manejar a todos lados es muy tedioso. Hay muy poco personal y todo resulta muy tardado. La poca ayuda para llegar a las habitaciones con muchas maletas hace todo pesado y complicado. De igual manera, la falta de room service y de horarios en los restaurantes hacen que la estadía se vuelva cansada. El spa y el personal del mismo fueron fantásticos y creo la mejor parte del hotel. El área de alberca de tesela es muy cómoda pero nunca estuvo prendido el sistema de calefacción. El jacuzzi extremadamente caliente y la alberca helada. Para usarla fue entrar a la alberca y meter las manos al jacuzzi para tener equilibrio y poder estar 15 minutos. El restaurante Yumano tenía un solo mesero que tenía que estar sirviendo todo y solo 1 persona cocinando. La comida estuvo bien pero cara para el precio. Tardaron tanto, sin culpa del pobre mesero al ser el único ahí, que la entrada fue lo último que llegó. Nuestro desayuno del domingo en huevo republic fue así: 40 minutos para comer y 30 minutos esperando la cuenta. El hecho de no tener a alguien en el lobby para cualquier situación es irresponsable. Hubo momentos durante el día que teníamos que esperar hasta 30 minutos a que hubiera alguien. Esto sin contar que los teléfonos no servían y cuando traté de llamar no contestaban. En general una estancia de 2 estrellas que, por muy bonito el lugar y comodidad de las habitaciones, no vale el precio.

Siempre que es un lugar nuevo suelen haber detalles en ocasiones negativos , sin embargo desde nuestra llegada hasta nuestra salida , el servicio gue excelente , el personal en recepcion , el trato , asi como la habitacion fue de lo mejor , los servicios son un encanto . Sin duda un lugar al que regresaremos sin dudar .

A clean place to stay and quiet. The only thing I did not like is that here is not a table o chair on the room. The shower had a leak we had to move to another room. It did not have a small fridge either .
