Property was low budget style with a higher price. I expected more for the price. Pool was dirty and had the vacuum in it that wasn't operating. Had to swim around all the hoses. Bed was old and uncomfortable, furniture was old and uncomfortable but bathroom had been renovated to a very low standard.

Staff were so friendly. I booked only a few hours before I arrived, they upgraded me to a spa room and let me check out late. Great location, walking distance into main street and Botanic Gardens. Main room is a bit old but very clean and bathrooms have been renovated.

Bon accueil Motel basique et chambre vieillotte mais propre et d'une surface correcte. Ameublement ancien et simple mais complet. Jolie petite piscine. Attention, le prix indiqué pour une chambre Queen standard ne comprend qu'une personne !!! Il y a 16 à 17 euros en plus pour la 2ème personne. A proximité du lac mais également près de la route, occasionnant quelques nuisances.

Our room was really spotless and all in good order. What looked like a newly renovated bathroom and the kitchen items such as kettle and toaster looked new. Small points such as the dinner plates were clunky and heavy and old. Queen bed was comfortable. Aircon worked well. No complaints.

Beds were uncomfortable but that could be our preference so we didn’t take off anything for that. There were lots of cobwebs and the fridge was situated on a rickety bit of wood which was fairly unstable. The pool area was good, and generally the property grounds were clean but we were in a corner so litter built up around our unit. Overall it was ok for a few nights cheap stay but really cobwebs in the wardrobe and bathroom should not be expected no matter the level of price.

It was good place for quick one night stay. There was only one set of towels which was not enough. We have to move the bed so my kid would not fall, but it meant it was quite dirty under the bed. I hope they can clean that up. Other than that, for this Christmas time, it was safe and convenient place to stay to drive to great ocean road

Unfortunately the noise from room 3 was only interrupted by a domestic dispute from an adjacent hotel room. The manager did well trying to address what sounded like a substance issue, but my family were very intimidated from this incident. The toilet in room 3 continued to run, otherwise everything else was ok. The main bed was not comfortable - it was not a good night's sleep overall. Plenty of crockery was available in the room, including a microwave and toaster. Hot water was sufficient, and the (mini) fridge was very cold/effective. Overall a negative experience but the staff tried their best.

Check in time was 2 pm we arrived at 2.30pm office all shut up the Mobile number provided went straight to vm after 2 and half hours later I finally received a return call to advise they will leave the key under the Matt needless to say after a long drive to get there we were very unimpressed

Convenient for one night just passing through Colac. Room was fine as was the bathroom, the only slight annoyance the passing of trucks on the main road the motel sits on. However, only a few minutes walk to a variety of eateries on the main drag through town.
