B&B La Perla di Roma

The location is good. Check in requires an international phone plan and need to use it to get in hotel as no staff are on site. You will need WhatsApp to coordinate checkin. The room was clean and shower warmed after about 3 minutes. WiFi did not connect to Internet in the room during our stay. You need to stay at location until 9 am which affected our ability to attend morning mass. This is when they get passport info and charge the 6 euro fee per guest. The breakfast is a voucher for coffee and roll and a local place. We didn’t use it. You need to keep track of 3 keys one for exterior of building, one for the apartment on the 5th floor and one for the room. There is a sizable common area and the other group staying there used the dishes and stove to make ramen. 25 minute walk to Vatican and close to the Metro and the big pluses.
