Die Bilder werden dem Hotel und der Anlage nicht gerecht. Es ist wirklich traumhaft gut. Man kann sich gar nicht entscheiden, ob man einen der zwei großen Pools oder den "eigenen" am Zimmer nutzen soll. Der tolle und sehr freundliche Service des Personal sind ganz besonders hervorzuheben. Auch das Frühstück bzw. das Essen waren sehr gut und das zu einem vernünftigen Preis.

A really great alternative to the more typical “Resort” type hotels on Rhodes. It is in a quiet area with beautiful views of mountains. Short walk from a great swimming beach, and within east distance of some of the islands other top beaches. There is great on-site food, drinks as well as gym, yoga. Lots to di! We loved it!

Gorgeous interiors, a laid-back vibe, beautiful view of the mountains from our room, super- friendly staff (if forgetful sometimes!), great food & drink selection. We recommend the hotel activities too - yoga, 7 Springs cycle ride, amazing spa treatments. Only thing that could improve it is coffee/tea facilities in the room.

Everything about our stay at Casa Cook was phenomenal -- from the minute you arrive and are greeted by the friendly staff to the minute you leave when you are given warm goodbyes. The property is absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and clean. The main pool was stunning with the mountains in the background. We loved the decor of our room and it felt so cozy. We actually had a slight issue with our room when we arrived regarding the bathroom. We spoke to hotel manager (sadly I forget his name) and he graciously upgraded us to a villa for the remainder of our stay and he comped dinner for us at one of the restaurants on their property. We were floored by this gesture and it truly made our entire experience at Casa Cook so special. Shoutout to Kosta (sp) in the restaurant as he was so kind and helpful. The same goes for Tsampika (sp) who personally introduces herself to all of the new guests at breakfast. She is from the area and provided the best tips and suggestions. I honestly was so sad to leave and I cannot wait to come back next year when the season opens. Highly recommend staying at Casa Cook.

Casa cook is just the most incredible place to stay. It has everything you would need for the perfect stay. Super chilled vibes. The friendliest of staff. We stayed in room 107 with a shared pool, which suited us perfectly. It felt like no one else was there. Enough to do hiking up the hill with incredible views, water park, and the beach. We stayed for 2 nights as needed to chill out after a stressful time and it really ticked that box. Can’t recommend enough and we hope to visit again.

This hotel is pure bliss. If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing get away, Casa Cook is perfect. The swim up rooms are glorious and the two main pools are great relaxing vibes with a bit of atmosphere. The food was delicious and varied every day. If you are looking for a party, go his wouldn’t be ideal as it is very quiet and couple focused but you can visit the sister hotel next door for evening entertainment and the beach is also close by.

Very clean. Well appointed. Staff are friendly and happy to assist with all needs, without being oppressive or OTT. Food is excellent, wide ranging. Drinks equally so. The included breakfast is amazing. Prices seem reasonable and certainly competitive with what we paid whilst in Lindos for food and drink. Some reviews mentioned that the music near the pool was too loud, but I disagree. The volume is kept respectable and never intrusive. We had a room very close to the main bar and this music was never enough to keep us awake. There is some Sun lounger reserving behaviour at the main pool, but the fact that all rooms have their own swim up veranda mitigates this. Check in and check out were smooth. I’d recommend private transfers from the airport - around €100 return for us, around 30 minutes trip. The only thing I would mention is not the fault of the hotel at all, but trips into Lindos and Rodos are not as convenient as we had hoped. Whilst taxis can be booked by reception; they cost around €45-50 each way. We didn’t look into the busses but heard they were very busy. Overall would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. Would love to come back again soon.

Absolutely amazing property with wonderful athmosphere. At least we as a young couple felt like home. Cool pool areas, very nice breakfast and dinner. Also lunch by the pool was great. Hotel is app. 7 years old and only bad thing to say is that rooms (at least ours) need a little bit more attention to take care of.

Insgesamt auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung, die Anlage ist extrem stylisch und modern, tolle Pools, sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal und auch das Essen ist wirklich auf hohem Niveau. Abstriche würde ich beim Zimmer machen, das definitiv keinen fünf Sterne-Komfort bietet. Das Bad ist sehr klein, nur ein Waschbecken, kaum Ablagen, die Handtücher, teilweise schon etwas verwaschen und in die Jahre gekommen. Absolutes No-go ist die alte und laute Klimaanlage. So etwas sollte heute in keinem Hotel mehr zu finden sein. Das Personal ist extrem hilfreich: als wir Ameisen im Zimmer gemeldet hatten, war innerhalb von 5 Minuten jemand mit Ungezieferspray unterwegs.

Im Großen und Ganzen war es ein schönes Hotel und ein toller Urlaub! Den Empfang waren wir persönlich aus anderen Hotels, gleicher Kategorie, anders gewöhnt. Es gab keine wirkliche Einführung in das Hotelsystem, lediglich ein Hinweis auf einen QR-Code. Das größte Problem war eine fehlende Kommunikation zwischen dem Hotel und den Gästen. Sei es bei den Abläufen des Restaurants, als auch allgemeine Aktivitäten. Tag für Tag hat man selber als Gast neue Dinge herausfinden müssen, da diese zuvor nicht erläutert wurden. Der Großteil des Personals in den Restaurants war sehr beschult und zuvorkommend, jedoch z.T. einige auch unfreundlich sowie gestresst, wodurch das Allgemeinbild wieder getrübt wurde. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön mit dem Zugang zum Swim-Up, bieten jedoch durch den minimalistischen Stil mit wenig Stauraum. Außerdem fehlt es im Badezimmer an einer Ablage für die Kulturtaschen. Unserer Meinung nach, sollte ein 5-Sterne-Hotel über Hygieneartikel (z.b. Wattepads, Q-Tips) auf dem Hotelzimmer verfügen. Zudem wäre eine Kaffeemaschine und/oder ein Wasserkocher zu erwarten. Die Handtücher wurden täglich gewechselt, überzeugten aber nicht mit einem frischen Geruch. Die Reinigung der Zimmer war gut. Gläser wurden teilweise gar nicht ausgetauscht. Die Kissen des Bettes waren nicht angeordnet und die Dekorativen Accessoires wurden nicht angerichtet. In der Mini-Bar befand sich ein Obstteller, eine Flasche Weißwein und eine Flasche Wasser für den gesamten Urlaub.

Le séjour était incroyable ! Accueil, service et propreté étaient au rendez-vous! Le petit-déjeuner était parfait, ainsi que la cuisine du restaurant. Le personnel est à l’écoute et très aimable, le service client est super! Si vous cherchez du calme, du repos et de la tranquillité allez-y les yeux fermés! Great room with pool and very clean . Awesome comfy bed with lovely crisp cotton sheets. Great design boutique style hotel .. only thing that lets it down is the quality of the food offering . Like everything is okay. Not great. Breakfast not great .. and frustrating wait for that first coffee of the day every morning .. but the staff are lovely and do everything they can to make your stay enjoyable .. just don’t eat here

Everything about our stay at Casa Cook was phenomenal -- from the minute you arrive and are greeted by the friendly staff to the minute you leave when you are given warm goodbyes. The property is absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and clean. The main pool was stunning with the mountains in the background. We loved the decor of our room and it felt so cozy. We actually had a slight issue with our room when we arrived regarding the bathroom. We spoke to hotel manager (sadly I forget his name) and he graciously upgraded us to a villa for the remainder of our stay and he comped dinner for us at one of the restaurants on their property. We were floored by this gesture and it truly made our entire experience at Casa Cook so special. Shoutout to Kosta (sp) in the restaurant as he was so kind and helpful. The same goes for Tsampika (sp) who personally introduces herself to all of the new guests at breakfast. She is from the area and provided the best tips and suggestions. I honestly was so sad to leave and I cannot wait to come back next year when the season opens. Highly recommend staying at Casa Cook.

Abends gibt es eine Suppe, anschließend drei Vorspeisen und bei der Hauptspeise kann man aus verschiedenen Varianten wählen (auch viele vegetarische). Die Zimmer wurden frisch renoviert, leider hat es noch ziemlich nach Farbe gerochen. Das Zimmer wirkte noch nicht ganz fertig, es fehlten Handtuchhalter und ein Stuhl im Zimmer. Nach ein paar Tagen wurde noch eine Bank ins Zimmer gestellt. Wir hätten uns gewünscht, dass die Zimmer komplett fertig sind wenn wir ankommen. Wir waren letzten Jahr auf Samos im Casa Cook und dort gab es jeden Tag eine Flasche Wasser. Auf Rhodos gab es diese nicht. Ansonsten war alles perfekt! Wir werden wieder kommen :-)

Im Großen und Ganzen war es ein schönes Hotel und ein toller Urlaub! Den Empfang waren wir persönlich aus anderen Hotels, gleicher Kategorie, anders gewöhnt. Sei es bei den Abläufen des Restaurants, als auch allgemeine Aktivitäten. Tag für Tag hat man selber als Gast neue Dinge herausfinden müssen, da diese zuvor nicht erläutert wurden. Der Großteil des Personals in den Restaurants war sehr beschult und zuvorkommend, jedoch z.T. einige auch unfreundlich sowie gestresst, wodurch das Allgemeinbild wieder getrübt wurde. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön mit dem Zugang zum Swim-Up, bieten jedoch durch den minimalistischen Stil mit wenig Stauraum. Außerdem fehlt es im Badezimmer an einer Ablage für die Kulturtaschen. Hotel was based in a lovely setting and the Mountain View was quite unique. The pool areas were fantastic and the spa treatments were some of the best we’ve had. It’s a good location for accessing Rhodes town and Lindos if you have a car. Breakfast was good but the rest of the food was very average. The overall finish of the hotel was just slightly off with a bit of a touch up on paint, lay out of the room like including a kettle or coffee machine or a mirror with good lighting for women

Die Ansiedlung Kolymbia ist total unattraktiv, das Meer ist zu weit entfernt vom Hotel, der Strand ist nicht schön und ohne Infrastruktur. Das Hotel liegt herrlich ruhig am Ende der Ansiedlung an einem Berghang. Man benötigt einen Mietwagen, um schönere Gegenden der Insel zu sehen. Die Umgebung des Hotels lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Die Hotelanlage selbst ist wunderschön. Herrliche Botanik und alles sehr weitläufig, sehr stilvoll und gepflegt. Die Kulinarik ist ausgezeichnet, Staff extrem freundlich und dienstleistungsorientiert - TOP! In den Zimmern leider kaum Ablagefläche im sehr kleinen Badezimmer und nur zwei Haken zum Aufhängen der Handtücher. Sehr gute Schalldämmung im Zimmer. Für eine Woche zum Eingraben und Relaxen sehr zu empfehlen.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Cook. The loft room was perfect with a wonderful swim up pool just outside, we had the most relaxing time. It was my birthday and they gave me a complimentary cake and bottle of Prosecco which was really thoughtful. The staff were friendly and approachable and professional, I would definitely go again

Very clean. Well appointed. Staff are friendly and happy to assist with all needs, without being oppressive or OTT. Food is excellent, wide ranging. Drinks equally so. The included breakfast is amazing. Prices seem reasonable and certainly competitive with what we paid whilst in Lindos for food and drink. Some reviews mentioned that the music near the pool was too loud, but I disagree. The volume is kept respectable and never intrusive. We had a room very close to the main bar and this music was never enough to keep us awake. There is some Sun lounger reserving behaviour at the main pool, but the fact that all rooms have their own swim up veranda mitigates this. Check in and check out were smooth. I’d recommend private transfers from the airport - around €100 return for us, around 30 minutes trip. The only thing I would mention is not the fault of the hotel at all, but trips into Lindos and Rodos are not as convenient as we had hoped. Whilst taxis can be booked by reception; they cost around €45-50 each way. We didn’t look into the busses but heard they were very busy. Overall would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. Would love to come back again soon.

Der Großteil des Personals in den Restaurants war sehr beschult und zuvorkommend, jedoch z.T. einige auch unfreundlich sowie gestresst, wodurch das Allgemeinbild wieder getrübt wurde. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön mit dem Zugang zum Swim-Up, bieten jedoch durch den minimalistischen Stil mit wenig Stauraum. Außerdem fehlt es im Badezimmer an einer Ablage für die Kulturtaschen. Unserer Meinung nach, sollte ein 5-Sterne-Hotel über Hygieneartikel (z.b. Wattepads, Q-Tips) auf dem Hotelzimmer verfügen. Zudem wäre eine Kaffeemaschine und/oder ein Wasserkocher zu erwarten. Die Handtücher wurden täglich gewechselt, überzeugten aber nicht mit einem frischen Geruch. Die Reinigung der Zimmer war gut. Gläser wurden teilweise gar nicht ausgetauscht. Die Kissen des Bettes waren nicht angeordnet und die Dekorativen Accessoires wurden nicht angerichtet. In der Mini-Bar befand sich ein Obstteller, eine Flasche Weißwein und eine Flasche Wasser für den gesamten Urlaub.

This hotel is beautiful and the perfect relaxing break for couples. The hotel is well laid out and the staff incredibly helpful and accommodating. We didn’t get everyone’s name but Mia and the waiting staff were lovely to see and speak to everyday and made you feel very welcome. We’d definitely recommend staying here and would come again

Stunning hotel, great pools, evening meals are delicious and very generous, breakfast buffet was really varied, great mix of hot and cold. Stayed in room with private pool which was great as nice to have privacy to sunbathe and swim. Would highly recommend. But- if anyone from the hotel sees this review can you please reply to my email about my lost jacket. I lost my favorite jacket during my stay, would love to know if anyone found it?

The Team at Casa Cook are fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble, they are there when you need them but otherwise they are discreet. Brilliant team and make the hotel. Room was wonderful. Never did I tire of looking at our view, nor direct access to the pool. Again, it had everything and was comfortable. Bed was super comfortable! The food is delicious and lots of choice on an evening. We didn't do half board but wish we had. Breakfast was the best breakfast we've ever had at a hotel. So so much choice!! I had something different every single day. Overall the hotel is stunning, amazing and perfect.

Everything about our stay at Casa Cook was phenomenal -- from the minute you arrive and are greeted by the friendly staff to the minute you leave when you are given warm goodbyes. The property is absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and clean. The main pool was stunning with the mountains in the background. We loved the decor of our room and it felt so cozy. We actually had a slight issue with our room when we arrived regarding the bathroom. We spoke to hotel manager (sadly I forget his name) and he graciously upgraded us to a villa for the remainder of our stay and he comped dinner for us at one of the restaurants on their property. We were floored by this gesture and it truly made our entire experience at Casa Cook so special. Shoutout to Kosta (sp) in the restaurant as he was so kind and helpful. The same goes for Tsampika (sp) who personally introduces herself to all of the new guests at breakfast. She is from the area and provided the best tips and suggestions. Amazing week in casa cook rhodes. Staff were excellent throughout my stay. We booked the executive suite however there was an issue on the first night when arriving so they put us in a twin room and as an apology gave us complimentary half board which was very kind. The food was excellent and very accommodating to dietary / religion requirements. Overall fantastic.

Hotel was based in a lovely setting and the Mountain View was quite unique. The pool areas were fantastic and the spa treatments were some of the best we’ve had. It’s a good location for accessing Rhodes town and Lindos if you have a car. Breakfast was good but the rest of the food was very average. The overall finish of the hotel was just slightly off with a bit of a touch up on paint, lay out of the room like including a kettle or coffee machine or a mirror with good lighting for women

A really great alternative to the more typical “Resort” type hotels on Rhodes. It is in a quiet area with beautiful views of mountains. Short walk from a great swimming beach, and within east distance of some of the islands other top beaches. There is great on-site food, drinks as well as gym, yoga. Lots to di! We loved it!

Casa cook is just the most incredible place to stay. It has everything you would need for the perfect stay. Super chilled vibes. The friendliest of staff. We stayed in room 107 with a shared pool, which suited us perfectly. It felt like no one else was there. Enough to do hiking up the hill with incredible views, water park, and the beach. We stayed for 2 nights as needed to chill out after a stressful time and it really ticked that box. Can’t recommend enough and we hope to visit again.

Die Kulinarik ist ausgezeichnet, Staff extrem freundlich und dienstleistungsorientiert - TOP! Man kann sich gar nicht entscheiden, ob man einen der zwei großen Pools oder den "eigenen" am Zimmer nutzen soll. Der tolle und sehr freundliche Service des Personal sind ganz besonders hervorzuheben. Auch das Frühstück bzw. das Essen waren sehr gut und das zu einem vernünftigen Preis.

Like everything is okay. Not great. Breakfast not great .. and frustrating wait for that first coffee of the day every morning .. but the staff are lovely and do everything they can to make your stay enjoyable .. just don’t eat here

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Cook Rhodes. Everything was excellent from start to finish. We have just come back from a truly amazing experience from all the team at Casa Cook! Anyone thinking of booking, we couldn’t recommend it enough- book!! You will not be disappointed, the staff are so friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious, an amazing selection at breakfast and dinner. Wish we stayed longer to try more of the food available. Five star experience at dinner from all the staff. Stunning surroundings within the complex. We were lucky enough to be surprised with being upgraded to one of the best villas. Never experienced this before and wondered what the catch was, but no catch. We really appreciated this wonderful gesture! We are already planning on returning, when we were there, a few other people were returning guests, which speaks volumes. Thank you so much to everyone at Casa Cook for being a part of making our beautiful holiday memories x

Five star experience at dinner from all the staff. Stunning surroundings within the complex. We were lucky enough to be surprised with being upgraded to one of the best villas. Never experienced this before and wondered what the catch was, but no catch. We really appreciated this wonderful gesture! We are already planning on returning, when we were there, a few other people were returning guests, which speaks volumes. Thank you so much to everyone at Casa Cook for being a part of making our beautiful holiday memories x
