The room with the private pool was amazing. It was so relaxing the views, the cleanliness, and the helpful staff made this trip amazing. The bathroom and shower were the coolest part. The bed was extremely comfortable with charging ports and lights attached to the headrest for easy access. Aphrodite was amazing and helped coordinate rides for us around Santorini and to and from the airport, booked deep tissue massages, and show us around the resort!

I wasn’t sure about staying here because it seemed off the beaten path, but we rented a car and would choose the town of Pyrgos and Skyfall over and over again. The town is quiet but there are good restaurants. There is a cute little market area within the white stairs of the town. The view is beautiful (sunrise), and the breakfast was fantastic. The staff were all very helpful! We thought the having to reserve the gym in advance was going to be annoying, but it turned out to be no problem at all as we always got the time we wanted every day. We went in early October and had a room with a private hot tub, and this would be the only negative- we could never use the hot tub since they said the hottest it got to was 33°C and could be adjusted. It was too cold the whole time. It is centrally located to everything and well worth it for the peace and quiet to sleep outside of Fira or Oia. Definitely try the hike and ask about a traditional Greek experience with plate breaking and music. So fun.

This property is in Pyrgos, which was away from all the craziness of Fira and Oai. The bus was close and cheap to use to get around the island! We needed some peace after a big trip to busy places in Italy and Greece! Used the spa services and highly recommend using and then spending a hour in the hydro therapy, sauna and steam room!

We loved our stay at Skyfall. Our suite was amazing. Our views and plunge pool were so quiet and relaxing. The entire staff is wonderful and helpful. Amazing breakfast daily--they even packed us a breakfast for our departure since we left early in the morning. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Detailed, honest and objective review below. I stayed for 4 nights in October 2024. Firstly, I’d say this is a 4 star hotel, not a 5 star hotel. As you’ll see from my review, I enjoyed the stay, but there are a number of elements I’d consider make this hotel actually 4 star. 1) Restrictions - 5 star hotels are not restrictive in nature. For example, I attempted to order a portion of fries from room service and received a “no.” The hotel can’t get newspapers having asked and the evening restaurant menu is a seven course tasting menu, with no other option. 2) The room - 5 star hotels, in my view must be immaculate when it comes to cleanliness. Don’t get me wrong, the room itself was clean and tidy, but the rainfall shower head had a notable amount of limescale on, making the jets shoot in all different directions. The hand held shower head was also split. 3) Check-out - the hotel has no facility or flexibility for late check-out. Santorini airport has limited flights, meaning if you have an evening flight, you can only sit by the pool or in the restaurant (no showers or separate room etc). With a lack of shade, this is quite the ask for those awaiting flights! 4) Amenities - usage of the spa carries a charge of 25 euro per person per hour and must be booked. The gym must also be booked but is free. One might expect the space, at least for a short slot, to be included in the price. The gym is very good itself. Very good views and staff! Recommended to all.

We were really happy to start our stay in Santorini here, the hotel has a wonderful view, helpful staff and they provide a delicious breakfast! The bed was very comfy and the room had everything you need! The jacuzzis are lightly heated, and it is not possible to increase the temperature. I would suggest to the management to adjust the temperature depending on the time of the year - we stayed in mid-May, with some cold days, and the water was not warm enough to stay in for a long time.

Previously stayed at this property in 2019 and it was 10/10 or more . When we welcomed they had a bottle of wine waiting for us and snacks , the room was amazing . Upon arrival this time they did offer an upgrade which was in my option a less desireable room then what we booked but it was a nice gesture . The room was amazing and the view but this time we were there for our wedding and honeymoon and the welcome was not as last time which was a bit disappointing. The room itself was amazing but did have some mold in the bathroom which they did clean after mentioning . Overall amazing place to stay and the staff are Truly the best and care .

La vue orientée Est offre chaque matin des levers de Soleil fantastiques ! Bonne insonorisation du logement (pas de gêne particulière liée à l'aéroport en contrebas). Le centre du village de Pyrgos Kallistis se trouve à moins de 5 minutes à pied. L'ensemble du personnel est aimable, souriant, discret mais efficace. Hébergement vivement recommandé.

Very friendly helpful staff, but at night there is a lot of noise coming from the mini jacuzzis on each balcony. If you are below one it is very hard to get to sleep due to the noise. The staff did switch the one above me when remembered but l find it hard to believe that is suck a high class resort this night noise is normal.

Die Lage ist toll mit Blick in die Ebene Richtung Meer, Flughafen und dem höchsten Berg der Insel. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, die Reinigung ist gut. Das Frühstück ist fantastisch und schmackhaft! Platz auf der Terrasse war genug mit Tisch, Stühlen, Liegen und dem eigenen Whirpool. Bett sehr bequem. Was uns gefehlt hat, war Geschirr, Töpfe und Besteck. Tassen und Gläser waren da. Es gibt am Bett nur auf einer Seite ein Tischchen mit Anschlüssen. Auf der anderen Seite haben wir als Ablage einen Stuhl hingestellt. Auf der Terrasse gibt es nur kleine gespannte Dreieckstücher als Sonnenschutz. Ich glaube in der Hauptsaison droht ein Hitzeschlag. Am Pool gibt es auch keine Sonnenschirme…Perfekt für Anfang Mai auf einer Trauminsel.

We had a wonderful stay from the very beginning of our trip until the end. Afrodite at the front desk was amazing – she explained everything clearly and helped us with whatever we needed. Very Disappointing Customer Service During a Crisis I had a reservation at this hotel but unfortunately was unable to travel due to an ongoing war in my country and the cancellation of all flights. I contacted the hotel in advance, explained the situation clearly, and requested to cancel or postpone the booking, the hotel refused to offer any flexibility, refund, or even partial credit. I sent the hotel massage before 8 days from the check in . I tried every thing but no one help me . I told them that i want to give the room for someone else and well come on september and well pay a penelty for this changes but no one try to help

We had an amazing stay at Skyfall. The staff were really friendly and helpful, the breakfast was delicious and the views are amazing from the hotel. We loved Pyrgos, which was just a couple minutes walk from the hotel to the main square, and found it much more peaceful than the busier areas of the island, although it was very easy to taxi/drive to the other towns and beaches. Highly recommend!

We stayed here for 4 nights in August and the hotel is stunning. Views are fantastic and rooms are delightful. The team around the hotel are amazing with advice, guidance and helping sort booking and logistics. They catered for an allergy with one of our guests with bespoke food options and amazing service. It made our visit to Santorini a wonderful trip. The local town is stunning, it’s super close to the airport and if you want to relax, chill and switch off would highly commend.

Was extremely satisfied by the quality of service and experience at Skyfall suites. It’s a very quiet part of Santorini compared to Fira and Oia making it very enjoyable. It is also walking distance from the town centre of Pyrgos and in a central location on the island such that everything is accessible by car within 30 minutes. Staff is very polite and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this place for staying in Santorini!

This place is top notch. My husband and I went to celebrate our anniversary. It is a perfect place to be peaceful. The breakfast was delicious. The staff so helpful and friendly.
