A very high quality hotel, everything is just high end, complete and functioning. A large gym, large pool and very good restaurant. Love the place, and would certainly recommend it to anyone who needs a hotel close to the airport.

Great hotel, clean and good! You can make laundries by yourself, which is also great. The only thing to notice is that it looks super close to the airport, so I thought it was possible to just walk to airport, but it wasn’t. They didn’t recommend me to walk, but it was 5 in the morning I needed to go to the airport, so this is maybe why, so I have no idea how it is during the day time. I paid around 10 euros for their taxi to the airport. But overall a good experience.

This is a super convenient location if arrive late and have to connect to another flight the next day. The staff were superb and really made the place. The in-house spa is excellent and decent value for money. Recommended!

The pool needs repair imo. The hotel is v.good apart from the fact there is nothing near by . Can't walk to any restaurants or shops.Other than that I'd stay there again because of the convence of airport

Stayed at the Hilton pre flight home. The room size was adequate for a short time. The pool is great and the breakfast buffet is fine for choices. Staff were wonderful. The airport shuttle available is expensive at 125,000 idr p/person for the 4 minute drive. Best to order a Bluebird pickup for 30K idr and tip the driver.

Nice hotel. Beautiful pool and very friendly staff. It has coin laundry so I could clean my clothes before embarking on next phase of my trip. I found it odd that there was no commissary. I had to go down the street to buy a bag of chips. Overall though, great hotel.

Great stay here before we caught our flight out of Bali, amazing pool, great room, looked newly renovated, was large and incredibly comfortable. The food at the restaurant could do with some work, but was still ok. Would stay here again.

Extremely polite and helpful staff . Nice pool and lovely Buffett breakfast it’s nice to have a money change right there at the hotel and it’s really convenient to have laundry facilities in the hotel for travelers that are going elsewhere a suitcase full of clean cloths is a nice feeling not to mention the spa offers a wonderful relaxing program

Mold in the sink lots of mosquitos in the room I killed three in my bed! Smashed on my sheets!! Shower is awkwardly complicated water took long to warm up atmosphere is nice besides the bugs bedding appeared to be clean. Staff were nice we had to use big towels to wash they wouldn’t understand even by my showing them that I needed a small wash cloth or face towel that was annoying all I wanted to do was check on shower and sleep. Checked in at 2am got a call saying be out by noon. They did have late check out available and they allowed me to store my luggage.

This property is full of mold and smells old. I stayed on the first floor and there’s and scent in the hallway that is also in the room. The bath itself is very dirty! They need to scrub the tiles in the bath. I would not recommend staying here.

Staff were good at check in, no one to help with bags when you arrive. The room we stayed in was actually very poor for a 4 star hotel. The bathroom tiles had a lot of mold especially in the shower area and the shower head was black and moldy. There was no hand towel, had to request for a hairdryer, as standard in most hotels they are provided in the rooms. The power point in the bathroom wouldn’t work for the hair dryer so I had to use in the main area. The lamp shades were rusting. Great size room however is poorly configured and not really practical.

I loved my stay! Very friendly staff who help with anything I asked, perfect location for the airport but also very easy to get around from here, can walk around nearby streets or take taxis easily. Beautiful room, comfy beds and pillows, perfectly clean, really nice pool and was very happy to find laundry facilities, and the breakfast and room service was delicious. Would happily stay here again

We would hazard a guess that 99% of guests at this hotel are in transit either from or to the international airport. We found the price extremely expensive for the short stay. Either AUD$400 for a king bed or AUD$130 for a twin room. We opted for the cheaper. The room was basic and tired but beds were comfortable. As it is a transit hotel guests were arriving and leaving all through the night, which was a little noisy in the corridor. The pool was lovely. We enjoyed a cocktail and then tried to put it on our room as we had depleted our cash to leave the country. There was something about having to had paid a deposit to do this. So a server was sent with me, in my wet swimmers, to my room to retrieve my Visa card for payment. Quite awkward. There is a great Warung a short distance away for dinner, which was great. If you're leaving early morning (5am) it would be possible to walk to the terminal as the traffic is non existent (literally 500m from the terminal), however if you're leaving later, DO NOT WALK! Grab cost us AUD$2.50 at 4.45am and picked us up in 3 mins.

Overall nice. Room was clean and modern. Facilities well maintained. 2 issues though, ac for our room barely worked. Kept it cool enough to not feel hot hot but definetly not cool. Also the lights were funky. 8 switched only 2 of them seemed to work, it was basicaly all lights on or all off.

The Hilton Garden Inn was great but for a couple of small items. Let's start with the things that bugged me. Access to the guest rooms were great and secure through card key accessed glass doors. There are two areas for improvement here: 1. The doors were often friction propped open, defeating the security feature. Perhaps secueity staff might round the access doors more often. 2. The sign to identify the exit button was not obvious. It could be made more visible, OR perhaps explained upon check-in. The ground level rooms had clear glass which allows people at the poolside to look right into the rooms. Perhaps tinting of the full glass walls might be helpful to maintain privacy. The good: The service is phenomenal! The staff were very helpful. Our shampoo was running out and we informed the front desk. In less than 5 minutes, housekeeping had it brought over. People seem genuinely happy to work there and all greeted guests with smiles. The check-in process is flawless! These people act as though they were trained by the Ritz Carlton. We had arrived early and they had no problem stowing our luggage when we went around town. They also were very willing to give good information. The rooms were well appointed, clean, stocked, and tidy. The water they provided were all in sealed glass bottles. Breakfast was WONDERFUL! Great choices and variety available. There were local delights, western items, and fruits. This will be my default choice in Bali from now.

The staff there were truly amazing and beyond expectations. So many instances for our 6 hours' short stay while awaiting the flight. 1. We requested a new room because some workers were replacing the carpet on our floor which was very loud. They immediately swapped the room for us upon request. 2. Our daughter dropped the glass bottle and made a mess before we moved to the new room, we were so embarrassed but the staff Alvin didn't make us uncomfortable at all and showed nothing but genuine. 3. I left my sunglasses at the pool, called them the next day but didn't have much hope. They miraculously found the glasses for me and kept them for me until my friend can pick them up.

The slowest check in I’ve ever experienced. Hallways unfortunately smelt of must and mould, I’m glad I only stayed short term. Staff were lovely though. Burger and chips were delicious but room and hallways need massive clean.

When I came to my room there was no towels. I went to tell them in the reception. It took 1 hour to get some shower towels, and then another hour to get one hand towels. When I checked out I forgot my AirPods in the room, they claim they couldn’t found them but I can see that they have now left the hotel and is a few blocks away. No apologize there either. The breakfast was good though

Nothing around .. can’t walk to explore surroundings like I did at the holiday inn .. the beach was 1 min walk and there was a lot to see just waking around close to the property . Very clean and comfortable but very noisy . Staff not overly keen to help with luggage.. or to hold the door while I’m trying to get suitcases through.. thy just passed by and did not offer to help.

In transit for 1 night only. The hotel was lovely and super convenient location to the airport. Would stay again for sure. The hotel should have a free shuttle from the airport .. that was the only annoying part 🙂

Best thing is that this hotel is close to the airport but the disadvantage is that they don't provide a shuttle to the terminal. A better solution for travellers is to stay at the Novotel as you can walk directly to the terminal

It’s perfect for what I needed - a short stay near the airport. The breakfast was really good and well worth the few extra dollars. Watch out though, there is no longer an airport shuttle service but the hotel can still arrange a pickup if you contact them (currently IDR 125,000)

To avoid traffic I used this hotel the night before my flight. It is not within walking distance to the airport but it's still convenient. The rooms are big and clean and the front desk is 24 hours. Taxi to the airport is around Rp30,000.

Perfect for a night before/after a flight. Clean. Quiet. Varied breakfast. The later check out of 12pm meant a quick dip in the pool before heading to the airport. Overall more than adequate for our needs. Close enough to the airport to walk (which we did). But there are some patches of tricky sidewalk and you do have to jaywalk across a very busy road… wouldn’t want to go that with kids/prams. Mon airport shuttle

The property is showing age but not its full age. Yes there was aeroplane noise but we weee 500 metres away It serves its purpose well. It is an airport hotel what more can you ask Oh an official taxi ride was R125,000. It was a printed listed price (but you do pay the Ferry man before you get to the other side) The Airport touts started at R300,000 don’t get caught

The hotel is a classic Hilton clean comfort and good service. One huge surprise was as a red wine drinker the bar had only two and both of them out of stock ! Very poor for a Hilton to not have even one red wine variety of any kind available.

They don’t use washcloths and the shower/bathroom was not clean. You can see the bacteria and scum on the shower head and handles of the shower and sink. I had to ask them to come clean it. Another they don’t have any good options of vegetarian/vegan options but I liked the gym and pool. They advertise 24/7 shuttle to and from the airport but it cost.

I got to the hotel. I had put notes in there for them. And 77 I want to be close to the front desk or not like miles away also, I requested a bathtub which the suite had it but the vibe in the room just make feel uncomfortable They had another room bath tub said it was always across to the door to far from front desk and on top of it, it only had twin beds Finally, they got me a room Double beds no bathtub that I requested and when I booked it, it says it had tub shower combo Then I couldn’t get the hot water to work so at three in the morning, the guy had to come and get the hot water working The breakfast is good good selection but you couldn’t even get a hot cup of coffee out of the coffee machine Then she made me a cup of coffee I don’t need to be rude, but she made it so strong that I couldn’t even drink it . I’m glad Iwas only there for one night
