Lovely hotel, pool/spa, gym, and restaurant/bar. Great stay outside of the city and worth the price. Better probably on non peak heat days because of the guest only visiting the pool/sauna. It was very, very crowded with families on a Sunday. The parking was the only issue i would state since there are so many hotel rooms then so many guest only coming for the pool. Parking was very difficult and if you are moving bags from your car during a busy time you may not even have a spot on the curb to pull up and off load since the other guest checking in may also need to do the same thing. Ownership and management team put pride into this establishment in its entirety. Was pleasantly amazed by the upkeep and investment into the property where big chains loss this value.

Es war alles von Anfang an gelungen. Das Hotel ist an der Rhein/Main Therme angebunden. Der Empfang freundlich. Schönes , renoviertes Zimmer. Bademäntel ,Schlappen und Saunatücher wurden kostenlos bereitgestellt. Schöne Saunen und ein moderner Fitnessbereich der mit genutzt werden kann. Eine Panoramabar mit exklusiven Cocktails. Frühstuecksbuffet von 7-11h mit warmen und kalten Speisen. Alles was das Herz begehrt und on TOP Late Check Out um 12 h inkl. Perfekt! Vielen lieben Dank es hat uns super gefallen und wir kommen wieder. Salvatore

A great hotel, and the weather was a bonus. The spa is open to the public which meant it gets very busy and crowded at times. We found the a downside as the facilities are great but just way too busy. The Gym has fantastic facilities (although no air con there). Really liked the room - we had a suite. Comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed the panoramic bar. Good breakfast with lots of choice. We were disappointed with the evening menu so ate out after the first night. Staff were friendly and helpful. The spa area could do with a tidy up.

We would stay there again.

The spa area is not a spar area but a waterpark for kids. Our daughter really enjoyed it. On sunday the whole pool area was completely over crowded with day visitors. I would stay away on weekends. I hated that smoking was allowed everywhere around the pool. As a non snoker with kids I dont appreciate being subjected to smoking at the pool

Mycket trevligt hotell i toppskick, finns absolut inget att klaga på. Men man skall ha i beaktande att hotellet inte ligger centralt, om det t ex är externa restauranger man är ute efter. Mycket trevligt bastulandskap som man har fritt tillträde till som hotellgäst. För ovana svenska besökare kan tilläggas att man är naken i alla pooler och bastur tillsammans med motsatta könet, vilket kan kännas konstigt till en början. I bastun får man dock ha en handduk om sig om man vill men det är ingen som har så det blir bara konstigt, och duschen efteråt är ju ändå gemensam. Finns också ett stort "vattenland", där är badkläder obligatoriskt, men det är mer för barnfamiljer.

The best part of the hotel are the pools and whirlpools. The down side is that they are also open to people not staying at the hotel, but there's so much space, it wasn't completely overrun, even with groups of kids coming in. The hotel is a little further out than some other options, but it's got great rooms. The spa area cafe is excellent. Good food and lots of choices.

Room was very comfortable, direct access to the thermal spa was really handy, robes and spa towels and slippers and tote bag were very convenient. Wrist band allows room access and spa and sauna access, that was really convenient. If therme spa is busy, it can be difficult to get into the parking lot. Hotel and spa are in what looks like a commercial area, it’s not overly attractive. No nice views from the rooms.

Beautiful hotel! The room is clean, the staff is very helpful and friendly. It is 8.5 miles away from the airport, and if you have a car that should not be a problem. Not sure if they have an Airport shuttle. You do pay for parking, however, it is not as expensive as the hotels near to the airport. They have a beautiful thermal baths, but unfortunately, I did not have time to try them out. you pay for breakfast, but it is very reasonable., and the breakfast buffet is very well stocked. Wonderful place and my husband and I going to return. For me, this is a five star!

Far enough away from downtown Frankfurt, but close enough to have easy access to highways. The staff mostly speak English and they are super-friendly. The scenery is fabulous. The food is delicious! The entire site is immaculately clean. Safe and sound any time on the property. Highly recommended. Thank you to everyone who accommodated us.

In occasione della fiera Light & Building 2024 io ed un collega abbiamo soggiornato una settimana al Vital Hotel. L'hotel, che si trova a circa 25 minuti dalla Frankfurt Messe, è ben tenuto, dotato di un enorme parcheggio chiuso da sbarra automatica. La mia camera era ampia, pulita e silenziosa. La colazione è abbondante con ampia scelta tra dolce e salato. Il ristorante propone vari piatti ed un menù a buffet. Il personale è molto gentile. Segnalo per la gentilezza, simpatia e professionalità in particolare il cameriere Sig. Salvatore di Franco che ci sempre accolto con un sorriso facendoci sentire come a casa. Torneremo sicuramente.

I didn’t like how the rooms have no refrigerator or coffee maker. There was also no ice machines. Pool is beautiful. Dining is good. I had the burger it’s was great. Also the bolognese pasta is good.

This was a perfect weekend getaway; the hotel is clean and modern, the layout is nice with designated elevators from the rooms to the spa sauna. There’s even a panoramic rooftop bar and a nice breakfast each morning on the ground floor. The hotel staff was professional and courteous, speaking English and friendly service

Es war alles von Anfang an gelungen. Das Hotel ist an der Rhein/Main Therme angebunden. Der Empfang freundlich. Schönes , renoviertes Zimmer. Bademäntel ,Schlappen und Saunatücher wurden kostenlos bereitgestellt. Schöne Saunen und ein moderner Fitnessbereich der mit genutzt werden kann. Eine Panoramabar mit exklusiven Cocktails. Frühstuecksbuffet von 7-11h mit warmen und kalten Speisen. Alles was das Herz begehrt und on TOP Late Check Out um 12 h inkl. Perfekt! Vielen lieben Dank es hat uns super gefallen und wir kommen wieder. Salvatore

Staff are rude & not very accommodating. Upon check in I arrived at 2pm (check in is 3pm) I was frowned at if asking for early check in & when declined I asked if could access the facilities early to best make use of my time, on which is only possible if I paid €30 , for one hour access… poor. Same story with checking out, I had to leave for a flight at 2pm & due to having a suite (unsure how this changes anything) the staff would not entertain any form of late checkout what so ever. Beds had a big split / droop in the centre of the mattress. Duvet covers was cheap / possibly disposable covers & cushions of a poor quality also. Noise from outside leaked into the rooms until 11pm. I often stay in Frankfurt for business & stayed here purely for the gym / facilities which are good.. however the unwelcoming feel the staff leave you with alongside poor beds I wouldn’t stay here again

Väldigt fint och trevligt hotell, men förutsättningen är att man gillar och utnyttjar det perfekta bastulandskapet som man automatiskt har tillträde till, annars finns det billigare hotell med bättre läge. Riktigt skönt att från rummet kunna gå i morgonrocken ner till bastu/bad avdelningen. Värt att notera för pryda svenskar är att allt bad/dusch och all bastu sker naket och gemensamt med motsatta könet, badkläder är inte tillåtet (gäller bastulandskapet, äventyrsdelen har textiltvång och separata duschar mm, men man bor knappast på detta hotell om man inte vill utnyttja relaxen). Det finns ca 8 bastu, fyra stora bubbelbad och två vanliga bassänger. Några gånger varje dag erbjuds olika peelingar, kostar inget extra utan på ett visst klockslag samlas man i ångbastun och får en skopa tilldelat sig, som man sedan får gnugga in själv. Därefter dusch i den gemensamma duschen. Enda negativa att säga om detta hotell är att de var väldigt petiga med incheckningstiden, kom man tio minuter för tidigt blev man nekad att få sitt rum. Dåligt eftersom säkert i alla fall merparten av rummen måste varit klara då.

In occasione della fiera Light & Building 2024 io ed un collega abbiamo soggiornato una settimana al Vital Hotel. L'hotel, che si trova a circa 25 minuti dalla Frankfurt Messe, è ben tenuto, dotato di un enorme parcheggio chiuso da sbarra automatica. La mia camera era ampia, pulita e silenziosa. La colazione è abbondante con ampia scelta tra dolce e salato. Il ristorante propone vari piatti ed un menù a buffet. Il personale è molto gentile. Segnalo per la gentilezza, simpatia e professionalità in particolare il cameriere Sig. Salvatore di Franco che ci sempre accolto con un sorriso facendoci sentire come a casa. Torneremo sicuramente.

A lot of value if you are looking for a place outside of Frankfurt. Parking was a reasonable 12 euros for my entire stay with in-out privileges. The ease of access to the pool and sauna made for a relaxing time. Restaurant and the two bars were well staffed. The hotel staff were very accommodating.

Beautiful hotel! The room is clean, the staff is very helpful and friendly. It is 8.5 miles away from the airport, and if you have a car that should not be a problem. Not sure if they have an Airport shuttle. You do pay for parking, however, it is not as expensive as the hotels near to the airport. They have a beautiful thermal baths, but unfortunately, I did not have time to try them out. you pay for breakfast, but it is very reasonable., and the breakfast buffet is very well stocked. Wonderful place and my husband and I going to return. For me, this is a five star!

Far enough away from downtown Frankfurt, but close enough to have easy access to highways. The staff mostly speak English and they are super-friendly. The scenery is fabulous. The food is delicious! The entire site is immaculately clean. Safe and sound any time on the property. Highly recommended. Thank you to everyone who accommodated us.

Mycket trevligt hotell i toppskick, finns absolut inget att klaga på. Men man skall ha i beaktande att hotellet inte ligger centralt, om det t ex är externa restauranger man är ute efter. Mycket trevligt bastulandskap som man har fritt tillträde till som hotellgäst. För ovana svenska besökare kan tilläggas att man är naken i alla pooler och bastur tillsammans med motsatta könet, vilket kan kännas konstigt till en början. I bastun får man dock ha en handduk om sig om man vill men det är ingen som har så det blir bara konstigt, och duschen efteråt är ju ändå gemensam. Finns också ett stort "vattenland", där är badkläder obligatoriskt, men det är mer för barnfamiljer.

Room was very comfortable, direct access to the thermal spa was really handy, robes and spa towels and slippers and tote bag were very convenient. Wrist band allows room access and spa and sauna access, that was really convenient. If therme spa is busy, it can be difficult to get into the parking lot. Hotel and spa are in what looks like a commercial area, it’s not overly attractive. No nice views from the rooms.

A great hotel, and the weather was a bonus. The spa is open to the public which meant it gets very busy and crowded at times. We found the a downside as the facilities are great but just way too busy. The Gym has fantastic facilities (although no air con there). Really liked the room - we had a suite. Comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed the panoramic bar. Good breakfast with lots of choice. We were disappointed with the evening menu so ate out after the first night. Staff were friendly and helpful. The spa area could do with a tidy up.

Beautiful hotel. The spa was amazing. The breakfast is the best ever. The staff was so kind. Nice to have a swim after exploring for a day. Clean lovely pools. Breakfast is fit for a King.

The best part of the hotel are the pools and whirlpools. The down side is that they are also open to people not staying at the hotel, but there's so much space, it wasn't completely overrun, even with groups of kids coming in. The hotel is a little further out than some other options, but it's got great rooms. The spa area cafe is excellent. Good food and lots of choices.

Verschrikkelijk hotel. Veelste druk en overpriced. Je kan amper zwemmen van de mensen, overal gegil en veel shady types in het saunagedeelte. Voel je je totaal niet op je gemak. Kamer is erg duur in verhouding. Ontbijt is wel lekker en uitgebreid. Eten in het zwembad gedeelte enorm teleurstellend en duur.

Das Hotel ist nach wie vor eine solide Adresse. Angenehm ist, der kostenfreie und schnelle Zugang zur angrenzenden Therme. Das vor einigen Jahren noch hervorragende Frühstück wurde aber deutlich verschlankt. Weniger Obst, die Saftbar durch einen Konzentratautomaten ersetzt, weniger Gebäck, die Eierspeisen-Theke nur noch im Glücksfall besetzt. Alles nicht wirklich schlimm, aber nicht mehr das hervorragende Gesamtpaket, das es mal war.

But we were there in July with 40 degrees outside and some 30+ in the room as there was no AC….which was to some disappointment. Friendly staff. I would call the next door establishment a water park and not a spa. It’s open for the public and there were hundreds of playful kids and a lot of commotion. Gated parking lot in front of the hotel at a 7EUR fee a day - I am a bit troubled by hotels also taking money for parking.

Wi-Fi was very easy to access. The staff was very accomodating, as there was at least one person who spoke English and was able to answer out questions. Breakfast was delicious, and had a wide variety of both classic breakfast items and international cuisine to choose from.
Wi-Fi was very easy to access. The staff was very accomodating, as there was at least one person who spoke English and was able to answer out questions. Breakfast was delicious, and had a wide variety of both classic breakfast items and international cuisine to choose from.
