We arrived late at night and had coordinated this with hotel. They have a vending machine that delivers the room cards, so you can get your room card even when the reception is closed. However, the room card issued did not open the room, and the service hotline number did not pick up. We eventually found out that the issued room card was for a different room, which was not prepared and had left over food inside. We ended up having to sleep in that room, since we were tired and it was 5 in the morning. The hotel refused to compensate us, and we now have a complaint case against them through hotels.com

The exterior of the hotel was in a very poor state, with renovation works ongoing. However, the interior was very good. The room was clean and presentable and the underground parking was very convenient.
