“Hot” water was room temperature- otherwise good value

Was there a vineyard view? I missed that! No reception, just a note on an always open door to call somebody. I probably did not react well as the last time this happened (also in Germany) it was a disaster! Parking is around the back, but you have to go 1-200 mtrs up the road the get to the turning - and they guy on the phone seemed to have no idea how to assist. Got my key from the key safe on the wall, parked and made my way to the room. To be fair, the room was OK, but the TV had no remote, so no watching German TV for me. Also, my computer would not access the Wifi, I tried multiple times, every variation I could think of, but no.... So I called the number again - there was nobody on site - they could get somebody over in about an hour - that would have been around 11PM....... I suggested (no I said bluntly) that this was quite poor, and then to top off the experience, the voice on the phone decides to f-bomb the conversation. For myself, it was not the best hotel ever, not the best experience, but I have had worse. All the other things aside, and despite that the town seemed quite quiet, the front door was always open, and anybody could access the hotel and walk up to your room door, so I would give it 1 out of 10 for security. The voice did say they are refurbishing, and the local council will not allow them to close, do the work and reopen.... So those are my observations, aside from that, the place is great!

Zimmer war soweit Sauber, Licht im Zimmer konnte man nicht anmachen. Badezimmer ist ok, es waren Saubere Handtücher und auch Duschgel vorhanden. Am Montag morgen vor meiner Abreise ging die WC Spülung nicht, habe improvisiert und auf ein Leeres Zimmer gegangen. Küche war geschlossen somit konnte man sich auch nicht selbst verpflegen. Das WLAN ist Hyperschnell mit 0,35 Mbits *Ironie* Selbst normale Internetseiten laden ewig. TV war glaube ein 15 jahre altes Gerät. Alles im allen wenn man was für eine Nacht ist es ok aber für mehr ist es nicht zu empfehlen.

Es war sauber u. ordentlich, das hat mir für eine Nacht ausgereicht.
