Great place overall. Great location and loved the style of the lobby and room. Would definitely return. One complaint! The first floor was so over air conditioned that I frooze just getting to the elevator!

Desde a chegada, fui bem recebido por uma equipe cordial e prestativa, sempre disposta a ajudar com informações e atender às necessidades com agilidade. O processo de check-in foi rápido e eficiente. O quarto estava limpo, organizado e com boa estrutura. A cama era confortável, a roupa de cama de qualidade, e os itens básicos — como toalhas, sabonetes e papel higiênico — estavam devidamente disponíveis. A climatização funcionava bem e havia isolamento acústico suficiente para garantir uma boa noite de sono. O café da manhã foi outro ponto positivo: variedade de frutas, pães, bolos e bebidas, tudo fresco e bem apresentado. O restaurante do hotel também oferecia boas opções de refeições, com preços razoáveis e atendimento atencioso. A área comum do hotel estava bem conservada, com ambiente agradável. instalações muito confortáveis, novas, com excelente atendimento e ótimo é da manhã! O único problema na estada foi acordar com um intenso cheiro de fumaça no quarto, provavelmente de algum óspede fumante em algum quarto vizinho, o que foi resolvido com a nossa mudança para outra unidade imediatamente. A equipe foi muito prestativa.

The bathroom didn’t have it’s own switch to turned lights on and off. It was very annoying listening the fun on all the time. There was only one switch in the room to turned on all the lights.

The shower head was too tall. My wife is 5 foot 1 inch and had difficulty in the shower.

Great place pillows were bricks they should try putting softer pillows my neck is sore

We had a short stay but it was excellent! We traveled to Peru for our honeymoon and they surprised us with a room upgrade and welcome gifts. We wish we could have stayed longer but had a bus to catch early in the morning. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay here again on a future trip to Lima!

Atendente Heremias da recepção desse hotel é muito amavél, educado e muitíssimo bem preparado. Chegamos um pouco antes e conseguiu nos acomodar, deu várias dicas de passeios pela cidade. Nota 10 para esse rapaz. Todos os outros também muito bons e educados. Equipe nota 10.

Plenty of shopping and restaurants in walking distance. Hotel staff up front very courteous and friendly. Kitchen staff not so helpful. My wife and I stay at this hotel when we come to peru. This is the first time a hotel member did not want to help. My wife and i know when the kitchen opens up in the morning, however we had to leave to the airport at 6am. Cofee was ready in the table area and we asked the person there if we could get cream for our coffee. She said they dont open until 630am and seemed as though we were bothering her. After asking her a 3rd time she reluctantly got us cream. That part of staying there made me frown. Never had that problem before.

The hotel is centrally located but the best and consistent trait of this Marriott is the entire staff from the front desk, to the restaurant and even house keeping. All are ready, willing and able to assist you in any matter and follow thru on seeing to your needs. The only place I would wish to stay in Lima.

After checking out, we needed to go to Lima Airport and asked one of receptionists to arrange our ride to the airport. She took care of it. Great service!

Na minha reserva constava transfer do aeroporto para o hotel , solicitei na reserva e depois recebi um e-mail dizendo que teria que pagar se eu quisesse. o taxi do hotel para o aeroporto foi cobrado 30 dolares . achei caro mas paguei . deveria ser mais explicado sobre o transfer na hora da reserva. se diz direito ão transfer não deveria ser cobrado. ou oferecido.
