This is our second time in 13 Mon we have stayed here and this whole business is on top of their game! Breakfast is fabulous! Rooms are clean, pool and hot tub are an add bonus! We will back next year! Lebenon has great things to do and with other towns nearby also are great!

Wonderful facility. A bit further from OSU than I would have liked but still worth it. Well run hotel. Pool hot tub and workout room all great. 1847 restaurant breakfast included was excellent. Only item that needed addressing was the mattress near the window of room 333 needs to be replaced. The springs were quite loud if you moved at all. Other bed was fine and very comfortable. We had a queen room 2 beds.

The hotel is a hidden gem. Definitely not what we expected in the middle of town. It is so beautiful. The restaurant was great. The on site garden is breathtaking. The pool was perfectly heated and the hot tub was spacious and clean. Lots of seating and tables around the pool. Our room was spotless and incredibly comfortable. I didn't want to leave.

I have been here a few times in the past. This time wasn't so good, dirty walls and carpet around bedroom end table. Bathroom walls behind toilet urine stained, towel rack walls dirty. Breakfast choices not so good anymore. I ordered a Pellegrino at breakfast and they said can't it because there is no cash till open to pay for it and can't charge it to the room.

This hotel is wonderful. Room was clean, bed super comfortable, room was large, loved the large bathroom with a lot of counter space, and really appreciated the light up makeup mirror. The halls are extra wide, the entire hotel is well designed and beautifully decorated. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the breakfast had a lot of options and variety. The outdoor zen garden, with waterfall and koi fish pond is such an amazing addition to offer guests to enjoy at their leisure. Well done!

On the surface, this seems like an above average hotel. However, our stay was entirely average. All hotels seem now to just want to cut costs. Breakfast was terrible - fake eggs, weak coffee, few fresh items etc, so I guess good that it was "free". We spent $150 for dinner at the restaurant there onsite, when we should have just gone to the amazing local BBQ joint for $39. Their water feature in their Japanese garden was green and not cared for, so that "amazing feature" isn't really amazing. The room has scuff marks everywhere from lack of upkeep, places where cleaners missed places, etc. You can hear people walking above you. All fine if you are spending average for a hotel room, but this was $300/night and marketed as this amazing stay. The details are being missed. I would not stay again unless I could get a big discount.

Nice enough hotel but quite basic. It feels like you pulled up to an office building. All the pretty pond and trees are tucked along the back. Thin walls, heard neighbors dog barking a lot and upstairs moving. Bed was comfy and breakfast was tasty

Our room was fine and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately we were up all night with what sounded like elephants stomping on the floor above us. Noisiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Zero attempt at noise reduction between floors was made during construction. For the price I was incredibly dissatisfied.

**Review of Best Western Premier Boulder Falls Inn** We have been frequent guests at the Best Western Premier Boulder Falls Inn since 2016. Initially, the service, housekeeping, and overall experience were excellent. However, to our disappointment, the quality has significantly declined over the years. One glaring issue is the apparent lack of communication among the staff. For instance, upon our arrival, we requested housekeeping every other day. This arrangement worked the first time but was not honored subsequently. As a result, we found ourselves without enough towels one evening when we returned to the hotel late. When we asked for more towels, the staff responded rather rudely, informing us that we should have requested housekeeping. We clarified that we had already made this request, which had evidently been overlooked by the hotel. Overall, the service has been quite unfriendly at times, leaving us feeling unwelcome. The gym was not great. There should be a bench and dumbbells larger than 5-lb. There should be dumbbells at least up to 50 lbs. The resistance machine is dangerously and badly designed; there's no safe, reasonable way to use it as a chest press or pull-down machine. (I was very glad that it did have a pull-up/chin-up bar.) Also, the left side weight stack pin holes are misaligned and require creativity to access load above 100 lbs. I was glad there was a stationary bicycle; it would be better for me if there were a rowing machine in place of one (or both) of the ellipticals. One note on the lobby: Inner and outer doors should stay shut on days when the AQI is above 50.

Front desk lady lacked good costumer service. Staff did not even acknowledge us and we were right in front of her for a few minutes. Only when I greeted her did she ask for a credit card and photo ID. No eye contact and appeared to have lacked desire to be present.

The hotel is 35-40 minutes from Eugene. Rates were good compared to the ones in Eugene specially during moving week. Quiet area. Room was spacious. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Staff was friendly. Will stay again.

The staff were very friendly. Included daily breakfast was a plus. The Japanese garden around the property is beautiful! The location was convenient for our needs. There were many options nearby for my son’s dorm shopping needs. It was only about 20 minutes away from OSU, which was nice for us to give our son space to stay on campus, while we helped him get situated.

I’ve stayed here many times because I am local and enjoy using their pool but their breakfast is equally phenomenal. My rooms are always super clean and very comfortable (although the beds are very high which could be problematic for shorter guests or ones with physical disabilities). The restaurant always smells wonderful and I’d decided on this trip that I’d try it but, they were closed on Sunday so hopefully will be open the next time I visit. The Japanese garden is wonderful and make sure to buy a 50 cent cup of koi food, the fish will love you for it! There is no better way to start, or, wind down a day than a walk through the garden. The whole area around the hotel is safe and extremely walkable; restaurants, a few big box stores and boutiques are a very short drive away. This is truly a gem in the area.

This property is new, clean, and quiet. The grounds are beautiful with a garden, pond, waterfall, and a walking path in the back portion of the property. There are great places to sit and relax with a book or cup of coffee in this lovely area. We loved the quiet and slept very well. The hotel is nicely appointed, but not located near shopping or dining, although there is a restaurant in the hotel. There are many nice places to eat and shop in Corvallis, OR, about 10-12 miles away. Would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel with lovely gardens for strolling through after a long drive. The rooms were very nice and the service was top-notch! The breakfast was a step-above and included eggs, bacon, sausage, warm cinnamon rolls, oatmeal, waffles and much more! We also loved dinner at the restaurant on site! Terrific stay!
